Got a deal in the first table experience with this restaurant and my partner and I would like to give it a go. We arrived early so not too crowded though it’s a Saturday night. We were greeted by friendly staffs and we got seated in a quieter table that we preferred. We both were not very fond of whiskey so we ordered a red wine and a cocktail. They’re good. I enjoyed my Jalisco Peach cocktail very much. We ordered Scotch egg and salt and pepper calamari to share. For our main, we both had the Scotch filet. The Scotch egg was yummy and the calamari was so soft and juicy, delicious. Our steak was cooked to perfection, spot on! We did enjoyed our dinner here! Recommend!

Wide selection of whisky here and we really enjoyed it with fresh apple juice. The Scotch egg was also cooked to perfection.

Oh what atmosphere! The hidden door down an alley opened up into what felt like a genuine European pub. Whiskey bottles lined up behind the bar, in a snug but comfortable and romantic. They had an amazing musician playing the Sunday night we were there which just added to an already great night! The vibe was exactly what we were after!

OMG! The food here was outstanding and generous servings. Steaks cooked perfectly and chips large and delicious. Favourite food for me was Arancini balls 😋 Enjoyed the music and was a relaxed evening. Only little thing was charged $1.50 for soda when no one had soda. We only had water in our Gin. Spent alot here and would again! Great service also!

Absolutely love the food and atmosphere of this wonderful gem tucked away in the avenue. The staff are friendly, hard working and professional. Clearly they have one of the best chefs ever. The menu has excellent variety, good hearty meals as well, generous portion sizes and delicious gfo and vegetarian options. We have tried most of it and it is so tasty. Can highly recommend the steak and ale pie, beer battered fish and chips and steak is superb. Our only fear being Palmy locals is the building being knocked down by Tate and his unmerry men. Well done Scottish Prince. Best place ever. Please don't leave us.

Service terrible. Booked a table. Taken to the table - no menus given / given a shared table even though other booths free. No table service for food or drink. Went to bar ordered cocktail - waited at bar, other cocktails given to people but still my cocktail not made. I asked the girl and then they blamed each other for not making it. took 25 minutes for this. It wasn't busy - staff avoiding serving the bar. Vibe was uninterested in customer service. Left and went upstairs after - great service/food at Frida Sol. Will avoid Scottish Prince now.

Had a great evening here and not for the first time, Matt and Matt the front of house and bartender duo were killing it, super friendly, hospitable and attentive. It was quite a busy Friday night and there were happy customers all round. I was quite round by the end of it too 😂 I'll be back soon! Also the live music here is bloody awesome. started with a decent dinner date and ended with a good boogie sesh! Keep it up!

We visited here on First Table. Lovely food. And the atmosphere was epic. We both agreed if we were childless this would be the perfect place to sit down for a session with mates. Such an amazing vibe and unreal selection of spirits!

Nothing Scottish about it, menu is average and steak pie is worst I've had - just sauce and from the microwave. No doubt would be good on a comedy night if its just drinks but don't waste your time having a meal. Staff were good but food was woeful

Lovely experience there. Had an awesome bartender didn’t catch his name but he made us his personal signature cocktail that wasn’t on the menu. Also had fantastic knowledge of spirits.

Weird, fun, Scotch eggs are awesome, service is impeccable, it’s like being in a ship’s gallery (or in the belly of a whale, Scottish pub themed though!! 😂) great experience and a must if you want a unique experience. Go on comedy night, so good!!

Hands down an amazing experience. The staff are great, amazing atmosphere, food is mouth watering. The staff really knew their whiskey and were very helpful in picking the right one. The food was amazing. I can't wait to go back in July. I can recommend the arancini ball, venison spring rolls, steak and ale pie, and venison burger. The whiskey is a lot to take in, but staff will help. Thank you for an amazing Birthday dinner.

Got a deal at First Table so we went early. This was our second time here. The food menu has changed since we came last time before Covid so it tasted different. I still enjoyed most food like drinks, entrees and desserts. Great atmosphere, music and lovely staff.

My partner and I went there for dinner and a few drinks. The service was non existent, we actually ended up having to walk to the bar to get their attention. Our mains came 1 hr after ordering and everything was over cooked. I ordered the king Ora salmon but I don’t think it’s king Ora at all, I asked for medium rare it was well done and dry, it took me 15 min to get their attention to let them know about it as they would simply walk by pretending they didn’t hear me. When I did manage to speak to a waiter he said it’s suppose to be cooked like that , I’ve been eating salmon all my life and no it’s not suppose to be black like charcoal outside and dry on the inside! My partner ordered the burger and even that was mediocre, the patty was tough, dry and overcooked also! An expensive and disappointing night! Will never return!!!

Great pub with great service. Owner and staff went out of their way to check if their white wine was vegan. They do have a vegan Riesling.

Always the best bar on the Gold Coast. Phenomenal whiskey choices, fresh apple juice, and innovative cocktails. The food? Absolutely beautiful. Consistently our go-to for a night out in palm beach!

Awesome vibe, super friendly staff. The scotch eggs and the haggis is worth trying.

Heaps of charm and what must be one of the best whisky collections on the Gold Coast. Even better the team behind the bar were very knowledgeable on those whiskys. Craft beer was available but the brown ale was sour. Useful tip: the entrance is in the side alley. Some nice touches like a copper covered bar.

The Scottish Prince was a surprising experience. Such an amazing find, as soon as you walk in the bar greets you with an awesome selection of Whisky from Europe, Australia and Scotland (also Rums and Gins). The menu was short but had something for everyone (veg, vegan, seafood, steak, spring rolls - but all with a Scottish style twist) and everything delicious! Highly recommend.

Incredible place. Every time I go I forget how much I love it. The vibe is so relaxed & the decor is filled with character. The staff are professional & friendly, and the service is very personal and prompt. The live blues music was fitting and not too loud / over whelming which you can otherwise find at bars which have live music. It was perfect for the vibe. The food is hands down some of the best bar nibbles on the GC. The calamari is house hand breaded and it was the freshest I’ve ever had, along with the delicious chips. The drinks are so authentic and are different from other bars on the GC. They’re crafted & made with so much pride. The ONLY suggestion I would have from my whole experience is for the lemon oil greens to have some garlic or chilli or another accompaniment, but that is my only “negative” thought. Other than that, 5/5 stars everytime. Will be back & will be recommending to everyone.
