Rude staff, need training in customer service. pho was only half a bowl not a full bowl and had no flavour tasted like half water. Sweet potato Chips were also cold. Would not bother coming here again, other restaurants nearby are much better value and better service 👎

Located in The Kitchens in Robina Town Centre. Can Highly Recommend the Banh Mi, (had the Roast Pork with Crackling) & The Rice Paper Rolls, (Summer Rolls) Very Fresh & Tasty.

Came on Friday. Got a cold banh mi. The felling taste a bit odd. Nice cracling though. But found a piece with some hair on it and it ruined the meal. Nice curry but weird taste from the chicken. A standard meal although got stomach ache later that night. Not recommend

Hello. Came to this store yesterday and the service was below satisfactory. I was recommended this store by a close friend and while the food was impeccable, the service was not. I stood at the light up menus to be served, but the worker infront of me had her head down and seemed like she was ignoring me, though it was clear she knew I was there. Will not be coming back anytime soon, and if i do end up coming back, i hope the service has greatly improved.

I work in the centre and a regular at roll’d but I will officially never go back there again. Rosie, who is the manager/boss is the most inconsiderate, rude, unhappy and unkind person I have ever been served by. Never a smile, never a ‘enjoy’ or ‘have a good day’… I have also witnessed the disgusting way she communicates to her staff which most are just teenagers. Terrible service.

The worst food and service. No smile or hi. Food looked like dirty water, look at all the bubbles. Terrible taste. I should look at the review first.

Customer service basically grunts. The beef pho, $15.00. No sauces, chilli, lemon on spoon on side. Watery flavour, pickled onions in it. Weird taste with onions. Not much to rave about. Very basic.

Disappointeded again that these rolls are filled with 90-90% rice noodles. Would much prefer iceberg lettuce to give them bulk, plus capsicum, spinach leaves etc.

Ordered at 2pm for 4:50pm pick up got there ( and was even a few minutes late ) and the order apparently hadn’t come through. Wasn’t prioritised or offered an apology disgusting customer service staff were filling sauce containers instead of focusing on getting a late order out won’t be coming back will try and find a location where they actually value customer service. also I’ve never seen staff work so slow in my life do better guys.

The phở is pretty good for a food court setup (not restaurant quality but that’s understandable) - definitely ask for fresh chilli, though 🌶 🔥 The Vietnamese iced coffee is good - perhaps a little light on the condensed milk, but still tastes good. The rice paper rolls are a slightly higher price than elsewhere - they have a deal but it comes with a drink. It would be better if they had a deal on just rolls as well. Overall, the rolls are good, but the ratio of noodles to other filling is a little off at times, depending on the flavour. The spicy mayo is top notch. The staff have always been friendly on the days I’ve come here. This Roll’d is quite good overall!

It was awful, they forgot to toast my roll so it was old and chewy. My roll had very little on it. There was only carrot and 1 small piece of shallot, with a few pieces of meat. No crackling, I had ordered. I would have taken it back but I was home when I went to eat it. I tried to call the business but there was no answer. I've been to other rolld stores and they were great.

Went today and ordered rare beef pho small size. Was perfect and hit the spot 😌 yum. Service was good. Went today Sat 6 April'19 to Robina. Got myself 3 rice paper rolls. One was roast duck, the other was barramundi and the 3rd was soft shell crab. So delicious with of course nuoc mam (traditional Viet dipping sauce) Ordered small rare beef pho. Was almost like my mum's slowed cooked broth. Was missing some basic herbs that go with it but still enjoyed it 👍very much. Good price. Also bought take away rice paper roast duck roll. Was delicious. Bit over priced. Overall was 😋 delicious reminds me Viet street food but to Robina Town Centre 😊

The Customer service is very poor and the packaging is so bad. I ordered takeout soup which was over loaded and spilled out through the cup and ruined my car seat. They didn’t packed it properly. Food is good just customer service is very unfriendly.

I got 3 different flavours of rolls. Most of the filling was noddles and very little meat, it also taste like cucumber as it was over powering. The only way to overcome the flavour of cucumber was to drench it in hoisin sauce. Staff were friendly, price was a bit high for what you get.

First time here today bought 2 garlic prawn rolls takeaway got home took my first bite I couldn’t taste any prawn all I could taste was plain rice noodles very bland then I started pulling the rice noodle out with my fingers to see where the prawns were found 3 tiny slithers of prawn through this thick rice noodle two bit of tiny cucumber and 2 tiny bits of carrot it was awful. I threw the other one in my bin. Still have bad indigestion from the thick rice noodle. The worst one I’ve ever tasted. Less rice more vegetable and more protein and it would be so much better! Very dissatisfied

Very bad experience, I selected a beef pho but there were bones inside my noodles as if someone had eaten the meat off the bones. The soup was too salty and even though I ordered the beef I had chicken in my soup.

Last Wednesday I bought a beef and lemon grass baguette, 7 hours later I had extreme diarrhoea. I agree with other comments that the rice paper rolls are nearly full with noodles and not enough filling. The food has fresh ingredients and a lovely taste

I came here with high hopes of having a true Vietnamese experience, and it was very far from it, i got a “roast pork” Bahn Mi and it was disgusting gross pork tastes old and fake, no flavour no Vietnamese to it at all…. It wasn’t fresh it has no sauce it was just terrible. As for the hoisin I don’t know what that is but yuk it is not hoisin, service wasn’t good either felt like I was a burden. Won’t return:(

Went here today for light lunch, steamed dumplings and spring rolls. The dumplings were barely luke warm, spring rolls took a bite and were cold in the middle, like they had been cooked from frozen... This is second time in two months I have bought food from here that is not hot! Nor happy. So I took it back to counter and told the young lady I would get food poisioning if I ate these things, as they are cold in the middle. Whilst not a lot of money involved, she offered a refund, I said yes ok thanks. Then she had trouble processing it, eventually I asked did it go through...ummm yes, can I have a copy of receipt then please...yes guess what she couldnt print one out, have problem with machine so sorry...I said dont worry and walked off, will not be buying from this store ever again, was good when it first opened not now. Oh and it was not busy 1.30pm on a Tuesday...yes these food places can do better.

I use to go here regularly as it's close by my work. The last two visits I have experienced such rudeness and terrible customer service from the same girl that I will no longer be going back. Both times the Pho's been cold and underwhelming. There's another pho place in the food court near the McDonald's, maybe they will be happy to have paying customers.

Usually love your food and service, however if a customer purchases a box of food from you, and the server does not close the box properly, and the customer turns around and the box opens up and the food falls all over the floor. “Good customer service” should prompt you to replace that food free of charge… not just stand there and stare.

First time here - or any Roll'd take away. I do buy Roll'd products from Coles and they are good. Ordered Banh Mi Pork. It was disappointing - the pork was very dry and overcooked. The bread roll was quite small and the overall taste was way too salty. I have eaten Bahn Mi in Vietnam, all over Australia including Cabramatta/Canley Vale (Sydney) and numerous other Vietnamese bakeries in Australia. So sorry - but this was not up to scratch - there are so many better Banh Mi available on the Gold Coast. Also it took quite a long time to have it made - looks like they specialise in rice paper rolls. Sadly - I would not return. Nice and claen - everyone wearing masks - but for almost $10 for a small roll that was not so good???? No thanks

Don’t bother ordering delivery from Roll’d. I ordered Rare Beef Pho & Sweet potato fries. Sweet potato fries were cold, soggy and some are still slightly crunchy(undercooked). The soup for the Pho was not even hot enough to at least blanch the rare beef, needless to say the noodle was still under cooked. It was utterly unappetising to eat, furthermore imagine the potential risk on food safety. I don’t know how they think it’s okay for someone to pay full price for undercooked food.

Probably the worst banh mi I've ever had the misfortune of paying a ridiculous $9.50 for. Soggy roll (yes, soggy!), bland, grey pork (definitely not roasted) and the crowing glory was a strip of package-style 'crackling'. It was horrible. Do these people know what Vietnamese banh mi is supposed to be? You know, fresh, crusty roll, crispy salads with real roasted, crackling pork. Errrgh, never again at Roll'd!

I usually have either the crispy pork belly Bánh mì or the rice paper rolls from Roll’d. I have tried most flavours of the rice paper rolls and they are all delicious. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Staff are always friendly and accomodate any changes like less chilli or no coriander in the rolls. Would recommend Roll’d for anyone looking for a healthy meal that doesn’t leave you feeling weighed down. The value for money is always good too.
