Soul Origin Pac Fr (nr Coles) is really hit and miss in regards to both the staff and the food. Some days are great..others are just truly, truly awful. Yesterday my salads were very average...but the staff member that served me was just awesome.(she had black hair; tattoos). She was on her own on the Counter for at least 20mins and she worked it beautifully. She acknowledged any Customers waiting with a cheery hello and had several wraps toasting, taking orders and engaging the next Customer. If only my salads were as good as this staff members Customer Service.

Very good position with wonderful selection of the salads but the service of the young ladies could be more pleasant. My friend asked for a specific salad on display but the one the young ladies was trying to serve her just remains of a few bits of greens. She asked specifically for the new batch that offered more vegetables inclusive of the avocado and was told she was not allowed to start a new batch … really?

Found this place by chance as we noticed their salads and were looking for something quick for dinner at the end of the day after doing shopping at Woolworths in Pacific Fair. So they are very conveniently located. There is a huge selection of all kinds of fresh food including coffee, fancy sandwiches and a massive salad selection. The salads are super tasty and fresh, can definitely recommend them, they remind me of Sumo Salad that doesn't seem to be around anymore so we were thrilled to find this place! Have been back several times and never been disappointed. The portion sizes are also very generous and the staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks :)

First time today trying their salads which always look delicious. I was concerned at the lack of grooming around food as a server was playing with her hair which was hanging around her face. The salads were named but no list of ingredients. I thought I had selected two safe salads, chicken caesar and chicken pasta. I have these often at other places with no issues. I sat down to enjoy my lunch and after one mouthful my tongue started to tingle. I am allergic to chilli, fortunately not anaphylaxis but still extremely distressing. I approached the counter to explain what happen and the response was a shrug of the shoulders while twirling her hair. No concern for my well-being or apology.

Legends! We come here regularly with our daughter for a hot chocolate and coffee or sometimes while we shop. Today they made the wrong coffee but brought us a complimentary brownie. My daughter was so happy. The staff are always kind and friendly. In this day and age, that’s hard to come by.

I have been getting my daily coffee fix for a long time as I work at pacfair. They changed their loyalty card to $5 vouchers via their own app which I had to download as per their suggestion. I was pretty disappointed to find out that you only have 7 days to claim it !! The staff was not sure what was going on when I asked them about it as they were trying to figure out themselves too. Apparently 7 days to claim it !! Asked them about staff discount, they said no discounts available. That's it, I am done buying anything from this place anymore!

rude employees, and flies are seen inside the display and on the food, why are the girls just looking at them and are doing nothing about it??? staring at it but wont buzz them away? so far if they cant seems to do something about that what else is this place not taking care of? the coffee -1/10 taste so bitter and burnt and was cold? start buying proper quality beans and teaching your barista how to make coffee.

I’ve been in soul origin pacific fair today and the staff in this place are AWFUL!!!!!! Worst service that I ever seen in my whole life! Very very very disrespectful and rude

I stopped in on a Saturday morning about 9:30. I was served almost immediately and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a chicken schnitzel baguette and it was quite sizeable and tasty. I have a cappuccino that was ok - I would have liked a little more flavour. There were plenty of options for food and they all looked appetising.

My girlfriend and I went there today And the short lady who was the cashier didn’t say anything until she saw her being with me who is white we assumed she was looking down on her for her race And when she was ordering her iced decaf She seemed like she didn’t understand my girlfriends order because of her accent but she just said yes and gave her an iced latte. Which she didn’t want to have at night And when she served her the coffee she just threw it on the counter table and the coffee was spilling all over her cup We felt very bad afterwards and feel like we’ve wasted our money

Food is pretty plain and average for the price. Staff bubbly but not very bright. Salads are mostly just tomato and lettuce, lacking most actual salad plants. If I'm going to pay $11 for a chicken salad roll, would like to get more than 2-3 salad ingredients.
