Ordered $50 worth of pizza tonight! For the family! Absolutely disgusting! 1 of the pizza's Pepperoni (basic deep pan) hardly any cheese far too much tomato Base. I can even add a photo as I ate two slices! Seriously if you're going to charge these prices make sure you deliver decent pizza! Not impressed

The worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to, horrible staff that were so rude, not informative at all. Abusive when asked a question, not willing to change a pizza for a child with allergies, when asked if th order could be placed in a deal.. I was abused and told this isn’t dominos. Never ever ever again will we spend money at this store. $92 order you’ll never see again.

Over 45 minutes late without any phone calls, replaced desert without asking apparently they did not have what was ordered and got pizza totally wrong, the one we got looked absolutely disgusting. Called back with in seconds after delivery driver gone and asked for him to come back pick up order and refund our cash. Over 15min later still waiting... Fed pizza to the dogs and Chickens, called back and told them not to bother with the refund..... Would never use again CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PAY!!

Myself and 3 mates purchased a pizza each last night. Currently all 4 have ‘upset stomachs’ to put it nicely and all 4 of us noted that we felt ‘off’ immediately after eating. We also waited for over half an hour while the store was empty for our pizzas to be made. Won’t be returning.

Waited an hour and a half rang to be told order on way. Rang back 20 minutes later to be told sorry no record of order. Asked to speak to manager, staff told me they had been contacted and would call me back, who fobbed me off over an hour and a half by getting a staff member to tell me there was no record of an order too bad. This is the 3rd incorrect order in a row but hey I got offered a free garlic bread for my efforts...

Way better than dominos in jimmy...the edge is actually the edge. Toppings go to the edge. The pizza base could be cooked longer for the extra crunch. But doesn't taste doughy. And the pepperoni doesn't taste like its a week old and you get what you paid for. 5 stars🖒

Went to get the family a couple of pizzas, waited for about an hour for two pizzas and a Hersey cookies. Had 3 customers that ordered about 20 mins after me and their received they pizza before me. When we got home and dig into the pizzas of bbq beef and pepperoni was very disappointed of what we received. We didn't relies that after waiting for an hour for the pizzas we only going to get cheese pizzas with barely any toppings. Very disappointed and disgusted at they customer service.

What a joke. We ordered pizza for delivery at 6.30 and at 7.15pm had not arrived. When I called. The excuse waa they were short staffed. They offered no refund just a garlic bread or drink... seriously won't be using them again!!! So disappointed as these were for a party.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. We had a fantastic experience. I was just there and got pepperoni cheesy crust, thin pepperoni and thin cheese pizza. And omg awesome. Very generous toppings. More than ever had from anyone before. Took about 15-17 mins wait for food, but once opened boxes no longer cared about that lol. Thanks guys. Will definitely be back!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My dad ordered pizza for his dinner to be told there would be a 50 minute wait, which he was fine with. 80 minutes later he is called from by an extremely rude person from the store to be told that they had too many orders tonight so because he was paying cash on delivery his order wasn’t going through! This has left him without dinner as it is now almost 9pm! Extremely unhappy Jimboomba Pizza Hut!!
