    Drive through, get my drink hand to me with the back of some young girls head same with my meal. I said to her your customer service skills leave a lot to be desired the reply spat at me with venom attached “what do you want a hello or something”, that would be nice. Well I have had a hard day so just move on. She then tells me that her dad passed last night. I asked for her manager she said there is one there so move on. I see two thing wrong with this. If the girls claims were real why was the manager not supporting this poor kid and not putting in a her front service position. If it was rubbish and I think it may be as there was no sigh of tears or stress telling me her dad had died. All the other staff behind her had stopped working and were standing there staring, I suppose at the shock of the way this young girl was behaving. I only wanted and early lunch 11.54, and was shock by the mouth full I was given then told to move on twice. Great service MacDonalds either support your staff or fire them because this girl should never have been at that window.

    This McDonald’s is so sad. Can’t even get a simple order of 10 nuggets right. If you guys come here make sure you take your time to check before driving off with someone else’s order. Has happened 2 out of the 4 times I’ve been there. Also if you get nuggets make sure you ask them fresh. They only seem to give nuggets sitting there that are completely dry and taste like cardboard. Seriously need some new management or need to retrain there staff here. Never been to a McDonald’s so unorganised.

    Ordered via Uber Eats - No meat patty and onions in the Cheeseburger. Literally a bun with cheese only! Missing chips and sweet and sour sauces for the nuggets. Chips were old.

    Oh well. Another bad reviews. Cheeseburger without cheese. Drive-thru. Rude lady on the pick up section but nice lady on the payment section. Maybe she had a rough day.

    Served by Chris the manager I rang up because my family got someone else’s order he offered a replacement Mcfamily box went back to the restaurant tonight and this must the worst I’ve ever seen so they forgot the 2 cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets the chips were half full and very cooked twice chips tasted dry with no seasoning and we received a quieter pounder with two top buns I wonder what customer received the two bottom buns lol 😂 seriously this is the worst I’ve seen for the last year this McDonald’s restaurant at Q centre gold must be the worst store for sure the mistakes are consistent and to top it the manager packed the order.

    The Hot cakes were one course I can count on anywhere in the world. The Blueberry muffin was the worst I have ever had, little wonder a staff member came to the table and asked if I wanted it heated, even though I had already said I did not wanted it heated. Stale. The young man was most helpful with the ordering of my meal. The girls were a totally different story. Sorry Mermaid Waters store, very disappointed and will not be returning, you need more senior staff who care about your customers.

    i ordered a brekkie bundle off uber eats & we didn’t get our full order & was messed up. we ordered 6 hash browns and didn’t get any of them & got 3 bacon & egg muffins and 1 sausage one & we ordered 2 of each. was very poor effort

    Always find this maccas serves warm/flat coke that’s been sitting on bench and cold chips. Asked for a fresh coke as mine was warm and flat again. Served three ice cups in same drink

    Train your baristas properly. It’s not that hard to make a coffee. And then train your presenters to actually hand the PROPER coffee out. It’s literally common sense. It’s getting ridiculous, I’ve come here so many times and EVERY time my coffee order has been wrong.

    The most appalling experience I have ever had at McDonalds. Ordered through Uber Eats, who were able to provide compensation for this McDonalds pathetic effort of service and delivery. I didn’t receive my chips, straws, sauce and nuggets in my family meal. My drinks were 2 small and 1 medium, missing a drink. When contacting them, they answered then proceeded to not answer anymore. Disgusting and disappointing.

    Do not order from Here. I'm saying this As a dasher. There are only two people working the late night shift And while the manager was handling my Customers order She gave it to me unfinished said that there was two Other drinks missing. Word by word me: "There's two more frozen drinks" Manager: "I'm not making that. they can refund the order" Disappointing for the customer and the delivery drivers. This affects sales and reputation. Fix your attitude and act. Estimated time 10:24pm Tuesday 25th July 2023

    Missed out half of our order. They blamed uber eats. Our kids missed out on all their food. We went down to mcdonalds mermaid and the manager was rude and argumentive. It was an $80 order and we received $29 of the order. Disgusting at the least to say.

    Girl at speaker box during mid order told me to “wait”. Rude! Boy at window told me to park in front of the store. I think he meant the waiting bay OPPOSITE the store. And the coke no sugar has no syrup was just bubbles. Disgusting. Rude. And dirty. Me and my kids are never coming back

    Ordered coffee 1/4 strength with sugar only to have it come extra strong . Boy at coffee machine rude saying. Not making that again. He does make again only to burn the milk and coffee beans. When he finally makes it again. Then tells me there is no sugar in the restaurant. Very bad. What should have taken 5 minutes took 25 minutes. Totally toxic atmosphere. Too many young kids. There was also no change at drive through window. Which was another 10 min wait.

    I am very impressed with one young girl who's name was Evie on her tag. She was very polite and caring and took her time to understand and put in my order with care. I'm very impressed with this worker as I observed her working in the back and dealing with all the food and customers. I wasn't very impressed with the food as the fries were soggy and didn't have enough salt and the soft serve could of had more ice cream as for what I was paying for. such a disgrace for the food but amazing worker.

    Drive thru staff were lovely but I think the food needs to be checked before being sent out cause sometimes the kitchen staff don't seem to care about what they are doing with people's food.

    shocking experience. about 3 cars in the drive through and it took us 15mins to get through. first we had to repeat our order twice, then the girl lost our order?? she then put it through again and we asked for a receipt to make sure it was right and she said we don’t do receipts here? got to the next window and there’s a worker cussing right by the window for all customers to hear. we then got our food but no drinks, the guy says “are you waiting for a second order?” no.. waiting for the first one still. got my drink and it had no ice… then to top it off the food tasted stale, one of the worst maccas meals and experiences i’ve had. atrocious service overall

    Store is DISGUSTING. i waited 50 minutes for a happy meal. when i asked for a refund ginger liam rolled his eyes and kept sliding his big boots along the floor as he walked away. he stunk. the manager finally came out and didn’t even apologise. they gave me a refund and nothing else. APPALLED. never go here. disgusting. YOU SHOULDNT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    went three times in the last 24hrs and they messed up the order each time, changed our coffees to delux and charged us for them when we just ordered regulars, this happened twice and the first time charged us and didn’t even give us the delux, second time they also gave us the wrong syrup, no apology and made it sound like our fault. Would recommend getting a receipt so they don’t blame their mistakes on you.

    Just went in to dine in and was absolutely appalled at the state of this McDonalds. The health inspector should be called in. The place is filthy!! The rude girl that served me had dirt under her fingernails and it was such an imposition for her to serve me after I waited for ages at the front counter to be ignored. The cafe food was left out under covered and the stuff that was looked stale as. There is rubbish all over the floor, all the serving areas haven’t been wiped down in what looks like forever and the rubbish bin behind the counter is overflowing onto the floor. I walked out after the girls serving me walked off in the middle of putting my order through without any explanation. Definitely won’t be back!

    It would be great if I actually got what I ordered for once! I’ve gone to this McDonald’s 3 times in the last 2 weeks to grab a coffee with a ham, cheese and tomato toastie. Seems basic enough right? Wrong! Not once have they got my order right in all 3 visits. Coffee is either completely wrong or my sandwich is missing either the ham or tomato. The first time I went I ordered a caramel latte, I received a long black. The second time I went the “toastie” wasn’t even toasted and didn’t have ham on it just the tomato and cheese. I took one bite and threw it in the bin. The third time again no ham on my toastie but atleast the coffee was right for once. I understand mistakes happen but for goodness sake 3 times in a row, get it together!

    WORST McDonald’s. Seriously! We ordered two burger meals on Uber and when we received the meal it was two ice creams. So we ordered again and it was declined. Then we tried for a third time and when we receive our order we ended up with 6+ burgers.. nuggets (not our freaking order). Everytime we’ve been there, we’ve ended up with no meat on our burgers.. just buns and sauce. The staff are extremely rude and when you ask them to fix your order, they snatch and give you the dirties. Honestly we are constantly getting our order wrong because they leave children to handle food (which is unsafe) in my opinion.

    The male bold manager is super super rude. Talk to customer like an uneducated person. Don't know what he is doing. Not good at what he is doing. Argue with customer in front of kids. He needs to go back to school to learn some manners. Can't believe such a terrible person exists in the world and works in this industry. Shame on you. Sorry for those poor young kids who have to work with thr bossy man in this poor environment. Learn some respect first before working. Be a person first before being a ' boss'.

    Same disaster is mentioned in all the other reviews. Order totally messed up and wrong. The full garden salad we ordered ended up being some lettuce and a bit of onion thrown into a burger box. Total order was a disgrace and took forever. Quite frankly this McDonald’s should be shut down. Will be lodging a formal complaint.

    I've never left a review in my life . I was the only person in store ordering food. It took ten minutes whilst the boys in the kitchen talked and cleaned instead of cooking. Whilst waiting 4 people have come in from the drive through with wrong orders, no salt on the fries before they sent them out. The slowest McDonnell's order I've ever had in my 44 years of being alive

    I have come here several times late once a week over several months. Not once was a burger made straight. It's like they see how far they can misalign the layers and still hold together. Generally the cheese is the glue, and tastes like it The last time I went (tonight) I brought it to staff attention. A fish burger . There's no way you could pick it up . It has to be reassembled (just like previous weeks) So the staff member said she'll remake and tossed that one in the bin. I waited more than 5 mins. Gave me time to eat the cold soggy chips. My chai latte was very/too sweet but otherwise nice. After those were gone the fish burger finally arrived. It wasn't straight but at least could be handled. Staff were so proud of how well they did getting it straight . That must be the easiest and most common thing to do in a hamburger restaurant. How can they get it wrong badly all the time. The competition can manage assembling a burger properly. It's not rocket science.

    Not a bad experience but the general quality of food is on the decline. Whilst the staff are efficient, the self service machines regularly fail to produce a reciept with order number and the burger portion sizes have noticeably decreased. Never an issue with staff, only an issue with McDonald's as an overall fast food outlet.

    Your manager is a child. You have an advertised deal for coffee and a toastie for $6 and I asked at the speaker if we could get that. The girl said yeah drive through, came to order and asked why the price was different or if they need MyMacca’s code, the younger girl didn’t know what to do, so the manager? Idek came out and was like “you have to drive around again, you should have asked at the speaker”, we literally did. If you didn’t hear properly just say that, not “ugh you didn’t say that. 😠😤🙄” you just came here, wdym we didn’t say that?? If you hate your job, just say that bro :/

    Wow, possibly the worst McDonalds I've visited. Pretty sure they need an adult supervising. Unclean floors, 15 minute wait for a cheeseburger, filet o fish and medium fries. Fries container wasn't close to full. Filet o fish bun was tiny. Watched staff slamming people's bags containing orders onto the counter with no regard for what it was doing to the food.

    A lovely boy named George saw me waiting a while for my meal and realised that it didn’t come through. He fixed me up in no time and was really kind. The wait was frustrating but such lovely staff like him is what makes a business good when they check up on their customers. Only problem was the long wait but, Thankyou!

    Been going to this store regularly forthe past 15 years. The customer service at this store has diminished to the point that it seems they do not want your custom. Drive thru service, your lucky if your order is correct half the time and always come as if thrown together from 5 feet away. NEVER going back

    I went through the drive thru, ordered 3 large fries. They asked me to wait because they were waiting on them to be cooked, they came out cold and the boxes were only half full! When I took them back inside they told me they would never service fries like this!! Haha. Don’t know where they think I got them from. It’s not the first time this store has served cool food.

    Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of some rude old woman in her yellow bubble car with her granddaughter seated beside her as She barked her order into the speaker at the drive through, she was clearly annoyed with the person taking her order , raising her voice and being obnoxious. She continued to berate the young girl when she paid ( quite the role model … not ! ) I asked Ava the very polite young lady who has tears in her eyes if she was ok when it was my turn to pay , she said yes and smiled professionally. The old woman was clearly not happy with the service she received as she was having a go at the manager in the carpark. I just wanted Ava to know she’s doing a great job and unfortunately there are some miserable & very nasty people in this world who are not happy unless they are putting people down. Keep up the good work Ava & McDonalds.

    Never eating here again. My partner found the longest piece of hair in her burger which was absolutely disgusting and I am currently throwing up from food poisoning. Staff didn’t care about the hair in the burger, didn’t offer a refund, yuck.

    Very disappointed today for drive-through lunch, the entire meal was cold, it was like they gave us an old order or something. The chips were luke-warm and soggy and hamburgers at room temp. Not good enough.

    We were greeted and serviced by Ashton. He alone we give 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The kitchen took 22 minutes to serve out the Bacon and egg McMuffin meals.
