If you enjoy horrible customer service, this is the place for you! Decided to park remotely close to the entrance of the store, and a grumpy man stormed out and began aggressively swearing at me and my 12 year old daughter, informing us to F off. Due to this incident, we were late to an appointment made. On our way out we decided to confront him after the harassment he showed towards us, he then began to deny the allegations made and sarcastically began apologising in a rude manor. Seriously disappointed, and I am curious to how this store is still open for business, especially after reading the multiple other poor reviews. I wouldn't even rate this store 1 star, definitely wouldn't recommend.

Have been here twice within the last year. The first time it was during the evening and a few people were there so we had to literally wait half an hour for one kebab, they had people so fair enough. But the meat was fatty and the salad was not fresh, literally nothing but a bad taste in mouth. Decided to give it another go 8 months after as we thought maybe it was just the end of the day and it might be better next time but again the meat from mixed kebab tasted disgusting, the chicken is yuck, there was hardly any salad, barely any sauce & the chips were from old oil were covered in chicken salt so it covers your whole mouth & makes them inedible. Won’t be back.

First time trying this place and it was absolutely disgusting ordered a beef kebab with the lot and a latte sat inside, the place was filthy no one inside yet tables were sticky and dirty took 30 mins to come out and was barely editable filled with fried cucumber capsicum, carrot and fried lettuce (no not cabbage, lettuce no sauce and hardly any meat the coffee was beyond bitter and half the cup filled with froth couldn't even drink it definitely will not be back nor would I recommend!

You need to get the old man dinosaur out of there, it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make a kebab. He was super rude too. The other older woman working there genuinely thought she was on meth as well and tried to charge my friend $125,000 instead of $12.5…

I do enjoy a snack pack and have them very regularly, this was by far the absolute worst Ive had! none of the meat was cooked so they slapped it on the sandwich press to try and cook it, was totally foul what a disappointment. Also had a piece of plastic in it which broke my tooth! Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Order food, only to drive there and the place was closed, didn't appear to be opening at all. The order took our money to. Thought we would give them a second chance, after waiting over an hour for food the first time we went there, Only for this time for them to take our money. WORST BUSINESS ON THE GOLDCOAST

The worst snack pack I have ever had in Gold Coast!! The fries are burned and old. The regular size cost me $15 and I could get larger size at Origin Kebab for the same price! BAD experience

Zero idea why this is only a 3.1. Absolutely love my HSP packs, and after tonight the only issue I have is why I ordered a large. Prepared and delivered fast, tasted great, special requests followed, good price considering size, chips just the right amount of crunch/softness so not 1 complaint here!!

Terrible service… waited 40 minutes for 1 kebab and 1 chips and gravy. charged incorrectly. gravy had chucks of god knows what in it and kebab was dry and meat was burnt. very poor and definitely will never return.

I didnt expect the day would come to see this place close down. Yelling at customers, slashing tyres and not to mention terrible food service. The owner claims his food is actually healthy too but anyways absolute appalling behavior from him.

Best place for kebabs in this area. Great customer service.

It was the worst HSP I have ever got. I couldn’t eat the chicken as it was half raw, so just paid $16 for a handful of chips with cheese. When I visited this place first time it was perfect. Then 2 time was bad. This is the 3rd time and will never be coming back.

I got the large Halal Snack Pack and it was absolutely huge! Could hardly get through half of it myself - a meal for 2-3 people comfortably. Definitely recommend.

Trust me, worth the price. The staff there are sooooo nice. I love garlic yogurt with bbq source.
