😠 Disgusting, had pepper beef and lemongrass chicken with noodles. No flavour, cold, expensive for what it is. Maybe they should go back to Vietnam and learn how to cook. People often mention hair, rice,

After a spot of shopping my son and I decided to venture to the food court. He ordered large rice with bbq chicken and honey chicken. When he got to the rice he discovered a long dark hair in what he was eating. Feeling repulsed I marched over to the counter and advised the mature lady and she denied it. I pointed at the young girl who served us, she had hair tied back loosely and hair around her face. Still denying it, even after showing her the plate, I marched over to the Information Desk and the helpful lady took my details and witnessed the plate of rice with the hair. I will never order from here again, I will never order from anyone now who doesn't either have hair tied back properly or a hair net. This was purely disgusting and the fact that they denied it even after I showed them the evidence. I will take this matter further.

Disgusting food as I found hair in my soup and took it back to the counter and manager’s customer service was even worse than their food. She was so rude and instead of opologize as found hair in my food she said it happens sometime. How stupid to say something like that to customer. Never going to go back there.

First one star review :) Have been treated rude with no reason for three times, by different staff in the store. Is rude a store culture for this particular shop???? Won't recommend this shop to anyone, don't let them destroy your day.

Ordered bung mi rolls (pork & salad on bread roll) They were already made up & displayed in glass casing at front counter so thought it would be a quick take away purchase so I could get on with my shopping. However, the server lady told me to stand to the side as she was more interested in serving the 3 people who were still perusing the menu board and proceeded to coax them to place their order. I waited another 5 minutes till they finished then she turned around and put my 2 rolls in the grill oven and cooked them for 2 minutes. When it came out the salad that was in the bun and shrivelled up because who cooks salad?? and the roll was burned on top. I paid $8.90 each (nearly $20 in total for both) for these burned buns plus being pushed aside to get more orders when she could have finished mine. So in summary, don't go here!! Bad food & bad service.

Best Pho I've found on the coast and I grew up in the pho capital Footscray, Melbourne. Buy it's not just that, the laksa is huge and delicious also the fried rice and Bun Mi are super good value for lunch. One of the few places where everything on the menu is great. Don't listen to the ridiculous 1 star reviewers. This place lives up to its name (hence why most of the one star people find the Vietnamese staff rude, when its just cultural). Also I've been going to this place twice a week since it opened 2 years ago and I've never had food poisoning, a hair in my food or waited more than 5-10 minutes for my food. Great job guys keep it up

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food here and such variety. They have lunchtime deals where you get a small drink. A roll and a drink for $10 . Hot meals are always hot which is great!

Best PHO on the GC. A huge bowl of piping hot fragrant stock full of noodles, crunchy fresh bean sprouts, coriander, and your choice of protein. YUM YUM YUM $14 Or choose a Chinese-style dish with rice or noodles from the bain marie, or maybe one of the Vietnamese rice paper rolls. This entrepreneurial young woman has opened her 2nd Vietnamese food outlet here at Pac Fair, while continuing with her hugely popular and successful VN BAKERY at Australia Fair (near Woolworths). I have always found the people working in her shops to be extremely helpful, efficient and polite.
