Great food and good service 👍🏻

Unfortunately although I have been going there to Harbour Town location for the past 2 years, was very disappointing in using a buggy app and ordering food 2 hours ahead. Then got there and they said they had run out of chicken— and “it wasn’t their fault.” The female owner/manager offered no apology and anything to make it right — except making me wait. In summary unfortunately no good customer service. I won’t be going there again. Some simple apologies and actions to attempt to make up for it would have gone a long way.

The food was great and came out in reasonable time given how busy they were. They encouraged us to use the QR code and order on the app. It didn't work as they didn't receive the order so we ordered at the counter anyway. A lot to be said for being served by a person.Opposite Reading Cinema Harbour Town so good for a quick bite before a movie.

I have been going to this store since it opened. Best Oporto in town. Sandy's professionalism is amazing. The manner in which she treats customers is fabulous. She's the superstar of this store.

Good service, plenty of seating and good options. The burger ordered was supposed to come with chilli sauce but didn’t have it, but still tasted good. Friendly service.

Poor service and not trustworthy. We had ordered a whole chicken at harbour town oporto for takeaway. When we received the chicken and opened it, there was a missing leg and no thigh pieces, only breast rough chicken. So, when we returned and complained, they had already knew that pieces were missing and just replaced it with leftovers. We did not receive an apology but rather got shushed by the two girl workers. Very unsatisfied and should never go here.

Food poisoning! Me and my family have suffered really bad. Please council check this place out, they reheat chicken which is an extreme health hazard! Not a clean place seriously we only sat here because it was isolated from the busy food area and we have a child with autism that everyone likes to stare(So yeah thanks for that everyone)! Go to much cleaner places...

Best chicken in the area no joke - falls off the bone. Staff are fantastic, always friendly and happy to assist. Both the ladies that i see working here at the front are always working really hard. Thanks so much for the great food and service!

Food good , service good then why is the whole staff so intense, serious all the time, perhaps the management need to do more for them. In past 5 years even before that when it was Nandos, I have never seen them with a happy relaxed face. We don't work to live .... it's just a small part of life.

Very tasty food but if you are going to have a good time and the blonde cashier girl does not greet you, she treats you like stupid and does not help you knowing that you do not speak English it is a very annoying service. Third time I go, third time is the same girl and it is very unpleasant

Large and delicious meals at affordable price. Highly recommended, particularly if you are visiting the DFO Harbour Town and want to have a lunch or early dinner. The ingredients are absolutely fresh and cooked with a special recipe which makes the taste of sandwiches very unique.

I just came in, but the staff - a skinny girl with very long eyelash was so rude and unprofessional. Probably won’t come back if she is working. I’m so disappointed, dont know why she can be at work with that attitude

For service, food quality and restaurant quality, this is the worst Oporto Ive been to on the coast. Not an isolated experience - at the end of the day, it’s food, but so is a roast chicken from Woolworths for half the price.

Service is slow they really need to hire a few other workers to help speed things up.

I generally tend to avoid oporto as I have had bad experiences with them. I decided to try half chicken in this branch and it was amazing. One of the best I have tried. Meal portion was generous. Chicken was juicy and the spices were just right amount. Will definitely come back.

Simply can't go wrong with Oporto. Enjoyed our burgers. Staff also let us change chips to chilli chips, which is our favourite. Food came quick and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Visited the store on a slow Sunday afternoon. Absolutely the worst experience I've had at an Oporto ever. Ordered the large Triple Bondi meal. None of my changes to the burger were made, in fact, I got the opposite. The chips were also soggy and the drink was luke-warm. I used to love Oporto, but this explains why their outlets are closing.

I posted five stars a year ago, but taking all 5 stars away today. Unfortunately, There is no zero stars option on here. At about 2pm we went to Oporto to be served by a young lady with blonde hair and false lashes, she had zero customer service and was very dismissive...didnt ask for any other details aside from, "drinks? Sauce?". If there's any consolation, same girl gave the same, consistent treatment to all customers and her co-workers. Management should look into Ms. nasty's attitude. It'd be better to move her to the back to flip lashes while grilling chicken.

The food was average and was greasy. They didn’t give us one of our drinks. My partner called up about our order they lady was rude to him and tried arguing with him about the order, didn’t acknowledge that we didn’t get one of our drinks and no common sense at all. Spent almost $100 on food for our family from here so definitely not happy with how we were treated. Wouldn’t recommend going there.

Recently moved from Griffith NSW where we don't have Oportos so it was a great treat after 7years without! We were served by two very young boys with great manners, demeanour and all round customer service/ communication skills. Not to mention their patience since I took some time trying to decide what would taste best and they were very helpful in offering suggestions according to my tastes. Food was fresh, hot and provided efficiently. Ambience of the place was nice as we ate in. Great little high chair for my 2y.o who INHALED the fries lol And I even bought two Chilli Jars that I hadn't actually tried before but am absolutely obsessed with now! ***Amazing in a chicken&avo sammy*** hehe Thanks Oporto Harbourtown!

I purchased oportos on the 8th day of December 2022 through Uber eats . When I received the order it was missing the quarter chicken , one of the chips and pita bread . This item cost $22.50 , they gave me a $7.06 refund . I can’t replace this item for $7.06 .

One of the staff was taking my order. He did not understand what I was saying I had to repeat 4 times I’d like. He charged me for the chilli cheese chips, and then he gave me the plain chips, stated that I ordered chips only no sauces. I had to repeat 4 times what I want to order. Since they forgot to put the sauce I asked them that’s fine just give me the sauces to the container no drama. One of the other staff stated that I need to give them the chips box to put it on top, otherwise extra money, with bad attitude. Terrible service!!!

I was impressed with this branch of Oporto. I ordered a quarter chicken box meal and was happy to see the variety of sides on offer including healthy options Instead of the usual chips, you can opt for edamame and kale, or fried haloumi, or Italian tomato salad or avocado. It was very busy but the food arrived promptly and was very tasty. The value of the meal is exceptional, and even better, the tables were spotlessly clean. I'll be back.

Our chicken was dry and chewy. Also not enough basting with the sauce. Didn’t feel comfortable going to speak to the person that served us, as this person didn’t seem interested from the start when taking our order

waste time of chicken roast cooking take too long 30 or 40min , I am doordash delivery, customer say not happy too long waiting order because you are fault. I got down rate star dasher . NEXT TIME WHEN SEE DOORDASH OR OTHER ORDER NEED MAKE SURE 1 minutes to 5 minutes READY TAKE AWAY NOT WAITING TOO .

Best Oporto I've had. It's away from the other main food strip so it's quieter, more room and service is prompt. Food has been fresh and hot everytime with chilli done just right!

I love how they bring your order to you! Or you can takeaway as well. Lovely service made the experience that much better! Fresh chips and even fresher burger. Always love Oporto!

The overall food was good but the staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming towards the customers. Mostly were international student giving their best but please smile and show some joyful on your face smile I feel you guys are paid well. It's a decent place for some quick bites. I personally believe they can enhance their menu a bit more. Include more seasoning and flavours especially if they're representing Portugal. Overall a nice place to eat but can improve a lot.

Slow service even when not busy. Churroses were undercooked and no sauce available, wasn't even told this.

Waited almost half an hour for a takeaway burger only to see it waiting on the hot plate. Asked the staff why they didn't call my name & get told "we called out like 5 times!!"

Yet again not a good experience with Oporto. Ordered Triple Bondi with full chicken. Got our bondi first and then waited for another 30 mins to get our full chicken. Who waits for this long between their meals? Noone was cleaning the table after customers were leaving. Staff was roaming around like they are doing franchise owner a favor by working there and not getting paid.

Although the food is nice, the service here is absolutely terrible. The person serving me was rude and intentionally didn’t give me the right change back. The other workers were cold, bitter and very unprofessional in my opinion.
