Urban Monkey Cafe is a real hidden gem. Located off Karp Court In Bundall. Has a nice tranquil, cool vibe & looks really nice. Staff are super helpful and friendly. They have a selection of Healthy food and drink options. Had “The Fish House” which was nicely presented and tasted great. Edit : Had previously given 5 Stars. But, had the “Naked Turkey Burger” which took an Extraordinarily Long Time to Arrive. And was Overly Moist, to the point of being Watery !!

Great customer service as even though they only had protein balls as their light vegan option, they were also happy to change items on the menu to suit me. So I just did avo on sourdough toast with tomato relish. Husband had Health Nut smoothie which was dairy free & nice as well. Coffee was nice and smooth. I normally have almond latte but they use Aldi's Inner Goodness almond milk which I don't like in my coffee, so tried their Barista Oak milk which turned out pretty good. They also have bonsoy lactose free & coconut milk. They have pillows on most chairs which was good too as I get a sore butt on hard chairs.

What a great cafe! The staff were so kind and looked after us well. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Huge menu. Very satisfied customer!

Recently used this little gem of a cafe for our corporate catering. Extremely pleased with the variety, quality and presentation. Everything was delicious. Excellent customer service from Adam and his team. We will be back!

This café is the reason I choose not to work from home. The coffee, muffins, bagels and salads are all amazing.

Very chilled happy environment attention to detail the best well spoken and courteous no questions asked when I asked for a late with choc on top that won me straight away the banana bread with butter and cinnamon omg love it. Thank you very pleasant cafe to come to.

The best coffee and service in the area. Great range of coffees and food. It's a busy Cafe but the wonderful staff pump out those delicious hot beverages.

I had a toastie with roast beef, that was yummy, coffee was delicious too. The only downfall is very limited parking, I was driving around for about 20 minutes, almost missed on my lunch 😁 so make sure you plan that one ahead, probably park somewhere else and just walk

What a lovely little place! Slightly hidden but definitely not forgotten. I was told they had the best coffee and they certainly didn’t disappoint! Friendly and relaxed atmosphere even though extremely busy and first-name customer relationship from the lovely staff. Highly recommended as I would definitely go back!

The staff are all so lovely and the coffee is so good! Lovely selection of snacks including protein balls which are my favourite and nice quick service when your in a rush on the way to work but just really need that hot coffee and some energy to start your day.

A real hidden gem! You are welcomed by the friendly and happy staff, nothing is too much trouble. The Barista’s are experienced, fast and efficient, the coffee is amazing. The food is equally delicious, homemade and fresh. Run, don’t walk, it gets very very busy! A great find!

I've been frequenting Urban Monkey almost weekly, for 9 months now. Super happy with Rick and his super service! He is friendly and knows the regulars by name. If he isn't preparing it himself, he will direct other staff with our preferences without being prompted. (I have special dietary needs so it's much apreciated). Tea and food is always fresh and yummy! (My coffee drinking co workers also love his coffee). Not only is the food and service the best in this area, It'd be pretty darn close to being the best on the Gold Coast!
