The glow worms are simply stunning to view, never realised how tiny and intricate they are - or how endangered! The tour guide was so funny and yet raised some very valuable points about our ecological systems that we hadn’t considered before. He was also very patient and happy to answer questions. The frog exhibit after was a lot of fun and we loved seeing the different breeds and their history. Very affordable, lovely merchandise to purchase, and disability friendly too which is great. Can’t take photos of the glow worms in the cave (because a, it can kill them and b, go visit yourself?) but got one of first cave area to give you an idea. There are rails to hang onto if you want and everyone has a little glow in the dark piece so you don’t get lost - not that you really can but helps if you have a fear of the dark

Fantastic team “George” was very helpful with our booking Cain was excellent in all his information and patience in the tour. Well worth the look and drive there is also a winery here.

Great little outing especially for families. Definitely a once in a lifetime need to see experience. Fascinating and informative. Supporting conservation of the species is something I was happy about. It's not an all day experience but lovely none the less.

Great tour, it was really cool to see the worms close up and to be able to see their strings for catching insects. The kids were also fascinated by the glow worms. It was also cool to see the frogs

Great little walk in the rainforest, nice view and fresh air. We went for the half hour wormhole tour, good for educational purposes but the cave is too small to explore, phones and cameras are not allowed to take photo even when flash light off, which is a bit disappointing, just be aware of this.

Very informative tour! We have seen glow worms before but surprisingly found out this is a man-made cave and they are the only one who has it, and the glow worms produces green light. It's a small cave but amazing still. Tom, our guide mentioned of the bioluminescent mushrooms, and we totally support that idea of bringing them in the cave. That would be awesome! The current price is 23$ per person. They also have frogs in aquariums for viewing.

Experience was great and the tour was very informative. Tour guide was brilliant and although it’s a small tunnel, it’s definitely worth the visit. There’s a frog hollow area to see too whilst you’re there. The glow worms cave is man-made, and some of the photos are misleading, however it's a nice tour and great to see. Only downside was the parking lot, with one particular curb poking out which drivers should be aware of (we saw 2 cars near us hit the curb poking out, one taking damage).

Tour guide was lovely and answered all questions. It was both informative and funny. I wish I could have taken photos but it was to protect the glow worm so I didn’t mind. It was so beautiful and I highly recommend. At the same sight the was a frog grove. This was so cute where there were many species of frogs to observe. There is a wine tasting store next door too. Highly recommend visiting!

The glow worm cave experience was worth the fee. Saw these amazing creatures up close and personal. Learned about their life cycle and their bioluminescence. Great frog section as well.

It was a really nice experience and very informative. The tour run by the place is good and guides provide a lot of information. The glow worm cave itself is as not very big as we expected it to be much more but it was still majestic to see the glow worms shining. TIP: book your tickets in advance when visiting Definitely would recommend as it is a unique experience

Absolutely amazing the glow worms cave. I love it great experience with group of people on tour inside the glow warms cave. Was rainy day didn’t walk around much but still make it to see the magic worms in the dark. Next going again when nice sunny day for sure. 😊

Great experience. People reconstruct natural rainforest, trying to attract wildlife and save our unique nature. Glow worm farm is a very informative tour, explaining biology and life circle of Arachnocampa flava. You don't need to wait till dark, the cave provides all the experience during day time.

Nice guided experience on glow worms. Great initiative on revitalising the rainforest. Nice small vineyard with wine tasting. Some unique wines there to buy. Wasnt expensive either.

It's a cute place to go but it's a very short experience. I'd only go if your already in the area. It's about 5 minutes in the cave overall. They also have a little frog area right next to it which is also worth looking at. Have a fun game of trying to spot them.

A winner with visitors, or I recommend taking yourself here if you haven't been. I've been here 3 times and took visitors with me twice. Both groups loved it. You get to watch a video to give your eyes the chance to adjust to the dark before the tour. I won't give anymore away, but the whole experience goes for approx half an hour. It's hard to describe & no pictures or video allowed - you need to see it for yourself. It's slightly cheaper to buy tickets online. I had issues with the internet at the time, so the staff member offered to put it through for me at the discounted rate. He also was our tour guide and seemed very knowledgeable. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Highly recommended.

Had such a great time here! The staff are very kind and involved. Went through the cave in about 10-15 minutes. Not a very long walk the staff just takes a moment to show the worms and answer any questions. Also had a shed area with lots of frogs (in cages) that were beautiful to see. Definitely recommend this! Make sure to make a booking beforehand! I also recommend stopping by the restaurant here, it’s a bit overpriced (in my opinion), but it’s a wonderful spot to enjoy a coffee and nature.

Excellent place to visit. No pictures of the glow worms as the light from the phones would hurt them. The guides are very polite and knowledgeable. There's also a little frog sanctuary to visit. The place is located in a winery, so you can also try and/or buy some wine (I recommend the chocolate port). You can go on a little walk down the viniard and see the grapes and a small lake. Buy tickets in advance online to make sure you get a spot. There are toilets near the entrance.

A great activity to bring the family or a date. The glow worms are really amazing and the conservation work is good to support. A beautiful location tucked away and serene. There's food and wine tasting near by as well. There's a little park with benches near the creek and a reptile exhibit. The chocolate port was to die for. It had a really strong chocolaty flavour without being too sweet or having a strong punch from the alcohol.

We spotted the glow worm cave sign from the main road on a road trip through the mountains and thought why not! Turned out to be a great experience. Dana was our guide and was filled with energy and answers, carefully preserving the environment. I have been to a few natural glow worm tunnels before but this was certainly different! The Frog Hollow section of the area was a little bit of a let down as we are probably a bit too old for it, however the grounds were a huge win. The attached (and parent business) cellar door was a great experience, with a wonderful tasting opportunity offered on welcome and the most amazing and unique port. Would absolutely keep an eye out on the online store as our wine supply dries up!

Tour was so informative and interesting. Just the right amount of information delivered by a great guide with no cheezy jokes or commentary. The frog display was great too. What a pretty amazing site with the teeny tiny glow worms.

We had so much fun. Our guide (sorry forget her name but she was lovely. Brown, curly hair) was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and you could tell she loved her job. She kept every light for kids but also threw in a few adults jobs and make it overall interesting. Would recommend to anyone who wants to learn something different and have a unique experience

Amazing place to visit. This is located in a winery so there is also a cellar door here. There are public toilets, a gift shop and lots of parking. The tickets can be bought in advance and are very reasonably priced. They also have Frog's Hollow with different species of frogs. The glow worm cave is amazing and a truely unique experience. Highly recommended.

It was an amazing tour through the glow worm caves. Special thanks to Austin, who was the guide during our session. It was interesting to learn about the life cycle and life of the glow worm. There was also a separate place displaying different types of frogs. I particularly liked the tips given in how to spot the frogs! There were many species of frogs of different sizes. Personally, I felt that the frogs would enjoy a bigger space if that was possible! Overall, it was a great experience. There is a spacious car park. I suggest booking tickets online to avoid delays or even missing a chance to see it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Glow worm caves. I highly recommend paying a visit if you are in the area. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. The tour was very interesting. Unfortunately you can't photograph the actual glow worms in the cave they live in as they will turn their little lights out and you won't get to see them. It is fantastic that there is so much work going into the conservation of the glow worm colony.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Glow Worm caves, it was really cool to see the worms close up and to be able to see their strings for catching insects. Absolutely beautiful. The way they have preserved and are taken care of is just mind blowing. The tour guide was lovely and answered all the questions asked. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience! So interesting - our guide Claire was very informative and let us know that it would be be complete darkness and assured us that if our 2 year old grand daughter did not cope with the complete darkness that there were "exit strategies " Well, I'm very proud to say that she was fine - and Big Sister (6) is now a Glow Worm Enthusiast!! Both girls enjoyed Frog Hollow trying to find the frogs. It was a wonderful and educational family experience.

Our guide Harrison was hands down the best guide we've came across. Engaging, funny and friendly. We were definitely lucky to have him as our guide. Although the glow worm cave is small, it was special to be so up close.

We had the best time!!! James was our guide, he was funny, passionate and had heaps of information. The worms are very groovy and I'm keen to go and see the other species Australia has to offer. Definitely try and make it out to this spot!

It was a cool once off experience. A huge man made cave. It was pretty unpleasant with our guide who was insincere and loud- really hard to enjoy the place with kids yelling, the guide pretending to be a wiggles host and being pushed through. Good to do once but probably not again.

Nice little tour. Could have been a little longer or a bit more to see inside the cave. A few interactive things. But was informative and got to see the worms glowing. Save breast if all the money goes to helping fund the project to keep this species alive. Also my daughter was disappointed she couldn't keep the very cheap glow in the dark necklaces we needed to have back. Could have been a nice souvenir. 🤷‍♀️

Good attraction to go to. Perhaps the only few cave that you go can see glow worms during the day. Tour itself was informative, though the cave itself isn't overly large.

Such a great place for kids. We had a great experience. The cave was small but stunning. The garden is well managed and beautiful. We even had a picnic there today.

Arrived at 9am for a tour at 9h30. On the door written open from 10. Got a little worried that we fell in a tourist trap online but not at all. Different hours for holiday season. The comments read before are right, friendly staff, very informative. A little expensive for 30 mins (15 dollars would be better) but at least we spend a few minutes in the cave to see the glow worms. I highly recommend as you cannot find them elsewhere in the world! (Except Tasmania)
