Do not recommend at all. The staff are extremely rude and the parking is limited to only one car space and no option of paying for extra. The price is way too high for such a dated apartment block. The shower is surely illegal, it has a window in it that isn’t frosted, which means that when someone is showering, you can see them on the street! I shall be letting everyone I know of this.

Wow!!! My two friends and I booked the Standard 3 Bed Apartment and couldn't have been happier. What a stunning view over a fabulous surf and dog beach so plenty to enjoy while sitting on the lovely balcony. The living area and kitchen look out over the stunning ocean views. The bedrooms are towards the back of the apartment, but we were happy with that as we spent most of our time on the balcony and living area. The linen was lovely and crisp and all the lovely small touches that mean a lot. It felt like a home which is always nice to spend time in. Undercroft parking and a lift gives easy access to apartment. It's close to the great BSKT Cafe (10min walk along the beach exiting at Nobby's Surf Club) which is one of my favourites. Also close to Oasis Shopping Centre and Pacific Fair. We will definitely be back. Thanks Rossco & Jac Jac.

A most luxurious apartment with absolutely stunning views. Pam & David are wonderful hosts & nothing is too much trouble they are so welcoming you feel like family. We like that the apartments are away from the maddening crowd but close enough to be amongst it when you choose to be. This has been our second time to visit & will certainly recommend it to our friends. Thank you

Great location, great views and great apartment. Had an incident where we got told off for speaking to loud at 6pm at night on the balcony. We then moved inside and again had a knock on the door at 6:30 for excessive noise. This was a family holiday so there wasn’t any party like behaviour going on. We then had to step on egg shells for the rest of the stay especially with the manager being the rudest person we’ve ever had to deal with. If you’re looking at staying somewhere and enjoying your stay with some company I wouldn’t even recommend this place. Maybe it’s time for the elderly downstairs residents to move into a home because they need to realise people are there on holidays not to live like it’s a nursing home

We stayed for a week in apartment no 14 , beautifully furnished with wonderful uninterrupted views from level 5 right on the beach , balcony's for each bedroom and living room . AC was welcome on those hot days with the pool so refreshing after a ocean swim. We walked to all the nearby local restaurants and bars , this location is not in a tourist area so the beach and shops aren't crowded , we loved our stay and look forward to returning .

Stayed here for a holiday in a small family group, management was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were there for a family holiday after years of Covid and were told no visitors, no music, no fun. 6pm noise curvew, felt like we were walking on egg shells the whole time, could not enjoy our stay what so ever. The elderly couples in the building were also very rude and very I would encourage anyone looking to stay here to avoid the place.

The most disgusting experience. We booked a three-bedroom apartment with the apartment manager in November last year for staying 2 nights in the Jan 2023 , we had been given a discount and received the invoice with 3 beds rooms confirmation on the same day. when We arrived, We found it was only a 2 beds room apartment: I called the manager straight away , but he said that we booked a two-room apartment. I told him that he was wrong , I had the invoice to confirm that it was a three-room room. He asked to show the invoice to him : And then, he read the invoice and said that we only paid for the two-beds room apartment, and The current rate for the three-room room would be several hundred dollars higher; I told him The price displayed a month ago was much lower and the fact that he gave the discount, but he said that he did not remember he had offered the discount, and asked me if I had an email to prove it ; well, the price was negotiated verbally at that time, but the invoice was received after confirming the price , so it could tell everything; I asked to explain the invoice, and he said he had no idea; Request him to check the email which contained the communication records of our booking ; he read the email and told us , fully book ,the solution was come back in the future, or to add two rollers beds without extra charge but no refund for the price difference, or check out straight away , another woman pointed at us and shouted that it is a 2-room room, go ..., , we said don't point at people while we were talking The manager said she meant good rather than go .. In the end we decided to check out, but he said that the refund couldn’t not be processed until he did the room inspection . I invite him to check room straight away. He then said he didn’t have time to check until late afternoon, and he also asked me to trust him.. Later on he said It showed in his computer that our reservation was changed to 2 rooms apartment on the 24th and we should be messaged ; I told him I didn’t receive any notice, and no one say anything about the change when we made the payment; I asked him why it’s changed His answered as I do not know ; The refund was processed after another argument , we had to book rooms else where : our long-planned vacation was ruined by him without an apology

Our stay at these apartments were great as they were right on the beach and in walking distance to the beach,pool and restaurants. The beds were comfy, the bath was amazing and the open beachy vibe was nice. Michael was very accommodating and put aside some alcohol we had left behind for us to pick up. Great experience overall and would come back again.

The location is perfect. I love this beach. Was so deeply disappointed with the presentation of the apartment. Chair by the window had an awful smell, made mistake of lifting cushion, almost vommited at sight of stains. Dishwasher had rotting food in bottom. Bits of food on dining room wall and lamp. Must leave shoes on, floor was filthy with grime, no mop provided to try fix. Lounge sliding doors had dirty hand prints all over it, door hard to open/close dirty tracks. Kitchen backsplash had smeared cloth marks, cleaned with toilet cloth? Middle blind broken was left in down position, hard to roll back up. Screens were filthy with dust and lint. Shower pressure so poor had to rinse hair under bath tap. Lots more to list but this should give good enough idea. Tried to arrange to show building manager all the problems was only available at time that suited them which we were out at. Would recommend this place if you love the beach and have time to do full clean yourself on arrival and dont mind no water pressure. Lovely location, great size living area, just needs extensive clean, including steam clean of furniture

Can here for a weekend and found the experience really amazing. Place was clean and well maintained. WiFi was not great though

Loved these apartments. On the beach, ocean views, clean and tidy. Great stylish furniture and fully decked out kitchen. Even complimentary beach towels in each room. Comfy beds too. Would definitely stay again.❤ Marie

It was the holiday & rest I needed! Very clean comfortable apartment. The managers Pam & David were delightful. Beautiful outlook straight onto the beach. Parking was easy & good restaurants & coffee shop nearby.

This holiday complex has new management. David and Pat are extremely helpful and accommodating along with being always accessible. The building is situated on the beach opposite the surf lifesaving tower number 24. The apartment we were in was on the second floor south end and had three bedrooms and went from the east side through to the west side with spectacular views of the entire beach from Surfers to Rainbow Bay and in the West, through to the hinterland. It was extremely spacious with plenty of cupboard space and a well appointed laundry. The decor was fantastic, sheets and towels all very fresh and the apartment was extremely clean and had all the essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms you could ever need. An exceptional place to stay for a weekend or a week. VERY CHILDREN FRIENDLY.

Pam and David are truly awesome managers of this resort. Nothing is too much trouble. The location is just perfect, and is set in a nice quite part of the GC. Well services by cafes and restaurants for all budgets and tastes, this is the perfect location for a family holiday.

Amazing view and great place to stay

My sister booked this for me and my husband Ged and her husband Mal it's the 1st time that we had been to Australia, and the Gold Coast was fantastic, the apartment was right on the beach
