I'm
sharing
my
post
surgery
care.
ICU
and
Surgical
team
were
technically
top
notch.
However,
my
private
health
fund
was
charged
$46k
for
my
6
night
stay
after
a
redo
open
heart.
One
would
expect
to
have
the
room
facilities
be
reasonable,
but
shower
is
crazy
cramped
and
dated,
biomedical
equipment
well
past
a
reasonable
lifespan,
both
chairs
in
the
room
had
a
fault,
mattress
pumps
didn't
work,
mattress
incredibly
uncomfortable,
food
absolutely
appalling
(first
time
I've
ever
not
been
able
to
eat
a
bolognaise)
other
than
the
sandwiches,
parking
is
nuts
and
more
engagement
with
council
needs
to
occur,
the
fact
that
SNP
is
located
at
the
facility
and
are
enabled
to
charge
outrageously
compared
to
Pathology

Med
Imaging,
Pharma
and
Path
services
should
all
be
inclusive
and
a
failure
on
our
society,
nurses
often
missed
the
procedure
during
hand
over.
It
was
good
to
recognise
some
staff
so
retention
seems
rather
good.
The
room
had
an
amazing
view,
but
HVAC
isn't
per
room
controlled
so
my
room
overheated
during
the
day.
Discharge
was
so
unorganised
and
discombobulating,
no
booking
were
made
or
correct,
complete
failure
in
Warfarin
management,
and
penny
pinching
post
pharma
bill
on
exit.

two

and

end
to
end
care,

and
equip
your
team
with
state
of
the
art
kit
(they
deserve
it
and
the
NIB
bill
reflects
it
should
be
happening)
and
management
need
to
pull
their
socks
up.
Public

is
smashing
you
in
nearly
all
aspects
from
personal
experience,
even
the
food.
