I visited 19th Avenue shopping center today, what a great variety of speciality stores available particularly selection of yummy food.

A lot of good things about this place let down by a few not so great issues. Pros: smiling staff, good location with parking and restaurant is clean and very presentable. Menu is short and snappy and so not a lot of choice but that's not a bad thing. Cons: food was not just...okay. it could have been great. Look I appreciate everyone can have it tough but four cheap white bread slices is not ideal when used to bulk up a plate. Maybe just one slice of quality bread would do a better job and two bakeries within walking distance so not really an excuse... Both portions of scrambled eggs we ordered were truly an omelette, with unidentifiable bits inside likely mushrooms, but again that's not what was ordered. The rest was a bit flavourless but perfectly fine. Sadly the mocha which is coffee with chocolate had none of the latter and chocolate topping so really a very lukewarm latte. Look this is first world problems here but with just a few improvements and maybe staff engaging with you as you walk in the door rather than chatting could make this five stars. Again, nothing here is said to be mean but in the hopes of a little constructive feedback might make this place truly rock.

Positives: Good coffee and food. Negatives: no wifi (won't give out password when asked so can't do work on laptop when there), seating outside is uncomfortable and sitting inside is very noisy with loud music and hard floors.

Amazing friendly staff and great fresh food. Fish tacos were very fresh and well balanced, great serve size. Banana bread was very tasty and luxury, the flavours of the berries and cream worked very well with the banana bread. Parents loved the on tap beer at a very good price and waffle fries were crisp and tasty.

Amazing experience, had the big breakfast it was delightful, one of the best coffee I’ve had in Queensland

Great place to relax, meet up with friends, and enjoy a cup of coffee and spoil yourself with a snack. Will be popular when M1 extensions are finished.

Hands down best breakfast. Honestly couldn’t fault a thing about this place. The staff were lovely, the cafe was super cute and clean, the food was well priced and honestly so bloody delicious. Since I went there over a week ago, it’s all I can think about! I had the breakfast burger and my partner got the breakfast burrito and they were both super delicious. Will definitely be going again soon. Highly recommend!

We ordered eggs benny and fries. We don’t know what the chef did to make our meals taste SO DAMN GOOD. How the chef took such standard dishes and turned them into a flavour factory, is beyond me. Congratulations to the chef! Great coffee (every 9th coffee free with their loyalty card), abundant free parking and lovely service - thanks to the whole team.

My wife really enjoyed her meal. Mine was sadly lacking. Chef did well under pressure.

Menu never changes and kitchen closes at 2pm when they are advertised as open till 3pm.

I had an amazing toasted wrap there a month ago or so. I had another recently which was nice but not amazing perhaps due to not made by the same lady.

Almost as a good a coffee as you'd get in one of the better coffee places in Melbourne. The ambience was of a typical coffee shop. No idea about the food but the menu looked appetising .

Fresh flavourful food and they were very accommodating to my grandson. Didn't turn up there nose when he made a mess, which we cleaned up. Also loved the music playing ❤️
