From the time we arrived and left Carolyn and Garry service is amazing and great positive vibes knowing this meant our stay was going to be great. Sure enough couldn't fault anything, rooms are great, location couldn't get any better. Cavill Ave within walking distance. Great long weekend getaway, we definitely come back here again to stay. Carolyn and Gary were very accommodating and helpful with our families, when we stayed there recently for our family Xmas weekend. Such a great location and view from our apartments, and so close to the beach, which is essential with little kids and the amount of gear you need! You can walk up to Surfers easily as well. I loved our time there, only wish it had been for longer!

From the first point of communication with Carolyn, I was extremely happy! Carolyn went over and above any other motel, to accommodate me and my disabled client.. Nothing was to much of an ask.. Both Carolyn and Garry proved to be the loveliest of managers I have ever come across. Both very warm and welcoming. I Stay in motels every 2nd months and need disabled facilities to be available, functional and reliable, not just wide door ways for wheelchairs! Bathroom is very assessable for the disabled.. I have booked with them now for 3 visits and am going back in September. My daughter and son in law came for a visit last time and were blown away by the welcoming they received. My son-in-law commented he has never ever seen or recieved this kind of service, even giving the Grandboys and activty pack as well.. This motel is definitely like a home away from home. Rooms and amenities are clean and fresh! Beautiful ocean views from our room.. Sparking pool with pool toys and sunbeds etc available. I highly recommend Surfers Chalet and look forward to returning every 2 months. Extremely close to Surfers and the Tram is practically at the end of the street... Thank you Carolyn and Garry for welcoming us every time and making sure we are comfortable and always offering any assistance in the we need... 😀

Stayed here last weekend and I tell ya this place didnt disappoint. Carolyn was amazing when we arrived, helped us lugg our stuff up to our room. Very hospitable. The room and location was perfect, and the view is amazing with whale watching from our balcony with the beach across the road. Will definitely be coming back next time. Thank you for having us ☺️

Stayed in number 14 A&B. Exceptional apartment. Fully equipped with everything you need. Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Hob, Oven, Washing machine and tumble dryer. Great Aircon. Lovely views of the beach. Good WiFi and Smart TV. 2 large bedrooms and 2 large shower rooms Nice pool outdoors and a hot jacuzzi pool. Hosts Carolyn and Garry were exceptional. Recommendations for restaurants and things to do, as well as discounts. It's very handy for the tram to the town centre or the Pacific Fair Mall. We will definitely be back.

Had an excellent stay here over the weekend. On-site managers are extremely accommodating and welcoming. The 2-bedroom (apartment 17) was huge and had everything we needed. We had family around and didn't feel crowded at all. Location is perfect - only a 10-15 min stroll into the main strip of Surfers but right across from Northcliffe beach as well as the Surf Club, which is one of the better surf clubs on the coast. It's also conveniently located near a tram stop so easy to get to Broadbeach and other destinations. Thanks for an awesome time Surfers Chalet, the family had a great time!

Wow What a fantastic place to stay with your family, so close to everything 2 minutes walk to the beach and surf club, we had the best time, the apartment was amazing so big, very clean, the pool and spa was just wow! Carolyn and Garry were awesome, always answered our questions, pointed out all different places that were very close to the complex, we had a little issues after hours Carolyn rushed up to help and resolved our issue straight away, thank you again Carolyn! 💯 will re book again 💯 happy with everything. Great place, with the friendliest management one could ever hope for. The location is almost unbeatable just a 10 minute walk to surfers Paradise Yeah the building is a little old but everything works fine and is extremely clean and tidy. Finding a sauna included with the pool was a very nice surprise to find. Enjoying an ocean view apartment with no additional charge for parking was much appreciated. Happy to recommend for couples and families of any age.

We had the most amazing stay at Surfers Chalet. Apartment 10 is so nicely appointed and has lovely views of the beach. The beach is literally across the road and Cavill Avenue is a 10 minute walk away. What makes this place so wonderful is the beautiful hosts Carolyn and Garry. Truly a wonderful holiday. It's the second time we stayed at Surfers Chalet, and it was as great as the last time. The apartment is spacious and clean, with ocean view, the beach is very close. The pool is nice. Carolyn and Garry are fantastic, they attended to all our needs straight away. When my mum asked for piece of paper Carolyn brought her a notebook and a pen. There were many occasions like that during our stay. Thank you Carolyn and Garry for making our holidays so nice! We will certainly be back.

If I could give five stars I would! The customer service was exceptional. Carolyn is so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Perfect place to being a family. Excellent value for money and the apartment is super clean, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. We will be back!

Surfers chalet apartment no 14 was a fabulous place to stay!! Location was Fantastic , right across from the beach and a short walk into surfers also close to public transport. Great water views from the balcony , Very clean, spacious and comfy, great decor well equipped with everything you could possibly want. Beds were extremely comfortable and loved that you have the choice of two king beds or 1 can be split into 2 singles. Large dining table was a bonus everyone could sit around and eat together. Managers Carolyn& Garry were very Friendly and helpful, well kept pool and gardens, Highly recommend.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at The Penthouse. Carolyn and Gary are such warm and welcoming humans and up for a laugh. Any issues we had Carolyn was happy to come and help immediately and fix for us. Location is spectacular, 150m to shops; pizzeria, chickery chick, convenience store and bottle shop as well as 100m away from the surf club and only 90m from a beautiful patrolled beach. My friends and I cannot wait to go back!

Stunning newly renovated apartment overlooking the beach with the nicest hosts that one can hope for! “Oh no you poor people, just hope you are all feeling okay and not suffering too much. Health and Happiness, Carolyn” This was the reply when we contacted the surfers chalet 10 days after our non refundable deadline had lapsed. Just When we thought it can’t get better than that we were proven wrong as from the moment we arrived we were treated with such care as if we were long lost relatives. Every request was promptly accommodated with a smile and we felt spoilt with attention and kindness. Hospitality providers like Carolyn and Garry Witt are few and far between!

We just had an awesome family holiday (9 nights) at Surfers Chalet - a warm winter getaway! The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was brilliantly presented with everything we needed to live in comfort, with views of the ocean and breaching whales from the balcony! The accommodation's location is sensational, providing tram and bus access at the end of the street and a 10 min walk to the centre of Surfers Paradises Cavill Avenue area attractions and ferry service. This allowed us to walk down the street and jump on a tram + bus to get to the theme parks. There is also great beach access (lifeguard patrolled) across the road. The accommodation also came with boogie boards and a lovely on-site pool with a hot spa (be warned it is hard to get the kids out of it!). On top of this the managers, Carolyn and Garry provided great pre-trip personalised advice on where to visit and how to get around (not to mention discount deals!) while also making us feel very welcome while we were there. We will be back!!!

We loved our apartment, so spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need. The location was great and the kids loved the pool and spa.Such nice hosts we will definitely recommend this place and hope to return.

Amazing hosts Gary and Caroline made the check in process easy. We were arriving late but they made sure we got everything set up in our rooms no problem. Friendly people. And great amenities for price.

We stayed here for The Blues Festival at Broadbeach. The tram station is very close to Surfers Chalet and a short tram ride to Broadbeach. Our apartment was 14B, clean, spacious, ocean views and ditto to all the positive reviews regarding management. Carolyn went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable.

Carolyn was so lovely and accommodating! She even let us know the room would be ready for an early check in. The apartment was centrally located and an easy walk to everything. And very close to the beach.
