Holiday place from hell!! No ground floor rooms available as I believe all were taken by live in residents, with bbqs, dogs, kids, bikes, and laundry hanging off balconies. I found it very hard to climb the stairs as handicapped. $160 a night was a joke! So many things wrong with the cleanliness, and the toilet was so jammed in beside the vanity, you could barely sit down. A notice advising they change the towels and bedding once every seven days! We did get extra towels. Many repairs needed to the room we stayed in thankfully for only two nights. Met some people staying for two weeks with a family which was costing them thousands. I felt we were subsidizing the permanents living there and I am sure they were not paying $160 a night. Pool was alright but not policed, and loud rap music playing and ferals doing their best to try and empty the pool by continually bombing into it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Room wasn't clean, top of the fridge and cupboards covered in dirt and dust, the fridge has dried milk in it, counter had dry wax and hair on it, the air con was leaking water when turned on, the balcony on was loose not connected to the wall and corner pole was not holding on to anything. Power points in the wall didn't seem safe as they stuck out from the wall. Over all I feel you would have better rooms staying at a hostel.

Good location, but not a nice place to stay. Lots of loud live-in residents, very dirty rooms. Faulty power points and shower was broken, manager was helpful with our complaints though. In regards to price it is 125 a night, not worth this price even for a budget motel. Wouldn't recommend!

From as soon as we walked in to be greeted by a rude receptionist ( hope she's not the owner) whom was short to us and didn't explain anything about apartments. Another miss leading fact the photos on there site look nothing like we booked and as for the smell, let's just say we brought candles. Accepting the room for what we paid to have a nice shower would of made things better but no even now as I write this review the shower head is still leaking ALL NIGHT. Shower was awful!! The linen was grubby and the patio dirty also. Is this really what $75 dollars a night gets you these days.

Good clean accommodation in a very handy location with bus stop out front on both sides of the Rd which will take you to harbour town and through to Helensvale to Westfield's or connecting trains to Brisbane or Cbus stadium and Robina from bus stop opposite side of Rd and directly Infront of the BP service station. Alternatively the bus stop directly out front of Broadwater keys apartments will take you into Southport and also connects with the light rail travelling via Main Beach, Cavill Ave Surfers Paradise, and through to Broadbeach for Convention Centre, Casino, Pacific Fair shipping centre.

Patrick was really Lovely with his service thank you! Very very very friendly and nice upon arrival which was great! However very noisy and disturbing residence upstairs which made it hard to sleep and relax. My door was almost broken into also 🫣 but once again thank you Patrick you were Lovely, hope the noisy residents can quiet down

The on-site manager went through my apartment when we went out as he suspected we were smoking in our Room, which we weren’t. I was staying with my partner and 2 teenage girls and the whole week we were there we felt like we were being watched and it was the most uncomfortable feeling, No one is allowed to enter your room without your consent. I went to the police about the incident

Rooms were very comfortable & had good facilities, there is an outdoor BBQ area & pool also. Which we didn't have time to utilise. But reception office very tiny, also need more literature in rooms about the local area, a map of area & for local sites & take away or local dining out areas, supplied in the rooms. Plenty of tourist brochures of features around Gold Coast & Brisbane at reception. But we enjoyed our stay.

Room was very old and the bathroom was filthy and damaged. Paid $310 for the night. Definitely not value for money. Location is ok.

Rooms are so basic the room I had broken tap in bathroom door didn't lock properly not a place for a family stay

Enjoyed our stay great sized pools for a smaller complex.

There was cockroaches and a leaking toilet in our room is all we could here all night and there was blood stain our sheets not professional hygiene standards at all...

Was amazing being able to walk to the beach from the room and absolutely the best restaurants in short walk pool and BBQ area is perfect for families 😁✌️

Great location not far from the water and a comfortable bed. The noise from the road outside, however, was very loud throughout the night. They would benefit significantly from double glazing balcony doors that could reduce the level of noise entering the room and lock properly. The current sliding door wouldn’t lock. Also, we were provided with pots but there was no cooktop to use them on.

Room was neat & clean, lady in reception was lovely, price was 1 of the cheapest places to stay, going upstairs to our room was very windy for a 1 night stay was fine however parking spaces were quiet small & I own a honda

I cannot thank Patrick and his team enough for how accommodating he was of my family. They all went above and beyond. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I never had any issues.

Letter to the management Hi, I have just went over the booking confirmations, and I have spoke to agoda, they have informed us that you have cancelled the booking, and reasons are you asked for photo ID and vaccine certificate, you did not state on arrival or any time limit to do so for the ID, you also did not state what vaccine certificate to send, as there are a lot of different vaccines that people have, you cancelled the booking and did not advise us in person, email, call or msg, you then had a worker open the door with another key at 1am asking us to leave, and did not give me a reason, the money was taken out of the account and we received confirmation of the booking, you are surpose to ask for the required documents and if we refused to do so, we did not refuse to do and we have any required documents that you needed, there is no reason to refuse , you have then booked in another family in the same room, your a owner of a business and should know that providing the right information is required stated, we left at 1am, that you required photos of my ID and vaccination certificate to a mobile phone number I don't know that is government issued confidential documentation having my name d.o.b address, and licence number and you require a person photo to your mobile number,

Bed was uncomfortable as hell! Everything wasn’t wiped over before we arrived, the floors were dirty. Dishes they provide I wouldn’t use. Had to literally go buy my own kitchen stuff. Our sliding doors to the balcony looks like someone tried breaking in. Parking is really bad. The smell of the place when you arrive is gross. I moved the table and chairs in the room and there was really bad stains under the table. Chairs aren’t stable enough. Photos look nothing like the place when you arrive. Woke up and found cockroaches in the kitchen. Wifi is also really horrible. Suggest you spend your money else where. If I could give no stars I would!

Very quiet and quite a homey feeling to the room. Very comfy beds with soft pillows and the blackout curtains do an excellent job in the morning for anyone wanting to sleep in. Manager was nice and helpful. There is also a vending machine onsite with chips,drinks,noodles and some toiletries

Two attempted break ins on the first night here. Very noisy residents. Wifi so slow you can't use netflix. Windows so thin the road noise is as loud as a movie. Would not recommend.
