Very unprofessional in treating a person with a disability who needed a very specific CT scan done. After coming back a third time they informed us that the appointment has changed. They insisted that they've sent a text message to let us know but it was never received. We waited an hour and 50 min to be seen. This is unacceptable for a person with a disability. Will never use this practice again if I have a choice.

Rang to enquire about an ultrasound when Britney answered. She was the most condescending person I have ever spoken with, so much so I would rather drive further to avoid her and her service, the bad reviews already made me not want to enquire but being the closest place. Don’t even bother and listen to the other reviews. Nasty!

Great Job done by Brendon May . I had a deep Implanon insertion and one of the GP tried on me but he couldn’t remove it. But Brendon removed it , with patience and experience he did a great job. I appreciate his work. Sonographer and nurse were so friendly and supportive throughout the procedure . South coast Radiology staff are very good and in each stage I had a good experience with them !!! Keep it up . Thank you Swetha

Awful place, do not waste your time booking with them. Kept me waiting for 30 minutes and didn't like that I said "about time". Absolutely horrible human beings and people in general. They think they have all this "power" but they are spineless and gutless.

Lauren was totally everything she needed to be in my urgent situation. She went over and beyond. Such a reassurance in my emergency situation.

When you require imaging, chances are you are not feeling well. When you are not feeling well you most likely need people to be a bit gentle with you. I have just been diagnosed with long COVID and pneumonia and I had to get three different lots of imaging done for my neurosurgeon for a different condition. I was not at my best. I walked into SCR and what I thought may be a couple of hours took them 40 minutes and they guided me from one procedure to the next with compassion and care. They did not actually hold my hand but that is what it felt like. They also talked to me and with me. Thank you to the staff and SCR for looking after me so well.

Jessie was extremely helpful after shoulder surgery, had my X-ray in a envelope ready to pick up the next morning. Happy customer

As I was under sedation I was not aware of what was going on however the outcome was very good so I can only assume that the radiology went very well, Tom

My Mum was there to have an ultrasound assisted injection in her arm and everyone treated her with respect and didn't ever rush Mum at all. When her procedure was completed the lovely girl at reception gave us both a lovely cup of tea. It was received with a huge smile from Mum. Thank you girls,gentlemen 😊

I didn't have much choice being there, but everyone was friendly & professional as they were too at Oxenford yesterday for another procedure. Expensive, but so is the equipment.

Have been to a couple of imaging appointments at South Coast Radiology. Always friendly service and no long waiting times, Being able to view images on line is very helpful.

Brilliant! I needed an important procedure at very short notice. My specialist phoned them at 1.30 pm and I was admitted and had my procedure by 4.pm the same day. All the staff were friendly, whilst at the same time totally professional. Thank you so much to all involved.
