Unfortunately this practice has really gone down hill since they first opened! My family have been patients since they opened and really liked Dr Myers, Dr Zagowski & others that have since left! The new Drs seem less professional and caring & the pricing is just ridiculous!

My 9 month old son developed a fever and a full body rash. Desperately tried to get him in for an appointment and advised by staff that he would have to have his appointment sat in the car and that he couldn’t be able to come in due to possibly having Covid 19. Incredible when there were no cases on the GC. They wanted the doctor to see him through the car window to diagnose him. My son didn’t have Covid and presented with no symptoms of Covid. Absolutely ludicrous behaviour to treat a baby in this was all in the name of ‘Covid 19’. How can the practice operate in this way is beyond belief. This practice seriously needs to look at how they’re managing their duty of care to people. I have now moved my family to another practice in Varsity Lakes and they thankfully treated my son with respect and care and got him in for an appointment within the hour!

Saw Dr Ken Cameron to receive prp. There was an issue getting my MRI to the clinic however the lovely receptionist sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. Ken actually listened to my concerns when I told him and the nurses who assisted with the procedure were all very nice. Ken has a lot of experience and used an ultrasound for precise injection. You guys are great here's hoping the treatment goes well :).

We moved to Eastbrooke Family Clinic West Burleigh as the doctor that we had used in Currumbin for many years was moving there. Our experience since then has been well below par. The facilities are modern and well appointed however we were unable to get an appointment with the doctor we moved for without waiting upwards of several days and sometimes longer than a week. With the exception of one other doctor there we have been very disappointed with the GP's we've been assigned, a general lack of interest in resolving anything except the most standard of issues and in some cases a seeming complete absence of knowledge. That coupled with very long wait times on the phone when trying to make appointments meant we had already started talking about moving doctors. The final straw came today when we called through at 8am to try and get an appointment for our 2 year old who has woken up with severe ear ache and were told that she wouldn't be able to see any doctor until Tuesday: 4 days time!! Needless to say we'll be moving to somewhere else asap and would caution anyone else who may want any kind of reactive care to do the same.

Took my two girls to Eastbrooke Family Clinic Burleigh Waters and was so impressed I'm changing doctors. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly to a very sleep deprived Mum. Dr Zajkowski was great, very attentive and thorough. It was nice to be able to take our time with the Dr and not be rushed through. Since our first visit, we have been back again to see Dr Long who provided answers to a previously unresolved skin condition. Well worth the money and so nice not to have to wait for hours. Converted!

Ingrid Francis is excellent. Her medicine is up to date and she if very thorough. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. I'm glad I have found an amazing female doctor so close to my home.

Can not understand how some people give a negative review for this clinic . From the practice manager Karen, receptionists Jill, Mandy,Rhonda,Molly, nurses Dani Amy, Sian , Dr. Stephen ( Saint ) Barry are the best caring medical staff in Gold Coast. I live in Tweed Heads South 48 km return and I don''t mined at all to travel for such fantastic care and service.

The reception staff seem overworked and unhappy. I often felt like I was a bother. I chose to change surgery rather than to continue seeing an unwelcoming face when I need a doctor. This is a shame because Doctor Ingrid and the nursing staff are so lovely.

Horrible.. imagine forcing people to wear a mask to see a doctor, then not providing any masks and making you go next door to buy some. This happened to me, but get this multiple patients came in right after me no mask but was no problem they went through to their appointment with no harassment. Absolutely horrible double standards possibly some profiling going on at this establishment.

Very happy with this Medical centre. Dr Ingrid Francais has single handedly helped me control all aspects of my health and life for 5+ years. I've never had to wait long for an appointment. On many occasions she has gone beyond the call of duty for me. Thankyou.
