I have been to many doctors over the years for many things, Dr Deborah Mclellan is one of the first doctors to listen to me properly and not just fob me off with a new medication. She takes the time to research in her own time if she doesn't have thorough knowledge around your concerns and takes the time to ask further questions to gain a better understanding of what is going on with you. She is truly caring and I don't plan on changing doctors anytime soon now that I've found one that cares!

I tried to book doctor for my one year old who has bad diarrhea for couple of days and in pharmacy got adviced that they have to see such a small child without appointment. Well not here, booked out and won't help small child. What's the point to have doctor if he/she doesn't help when actually need it? I don't have crystal ball to see into future that my child will be sick to book appointment in advance.... I understand that you might be booked out but not to see little child? No excuse.

This is a great little practice. Great doctors and staff and lovely on site nurse. Dr Debbie is an absolutely fantastic doctor very caring, pleasant and knowledgeable. The HUGE inconvenience is the Bottle Shop and Tobacconist staff park their cars right outside the centre instead of in the staff parking area making the customers park right down the bottom of the parking lot. You need to tell them to park down the bottom like I was told when I worked in that same Bottle Shop.

Dr Debbie is the best! So kind and caring and great with our toddler. Always checks everything and follows up. Makes us feel comfortable and is always there to help. Easy best dr ive ever seen. *update* I still see this Dr and she is fabulous! I just wanted to also add that Lynne at reception is lovely and always helps out when she can and Sabrina the Nurse is PHENOMENAL- she needs a raise! Such caring, meticulous wound care and attention to detail.

I Like how DR Debbie takes the time to listen and resolve any issues you are having. I have changed to this practice now because of the thorough check ups. Wanted that for my newborn baby and for myself. Makes you feel like your in good hands and being looked after. My last doctor was nice but felt like it was too quick 5 or 10mins thats it and i like my baby to be fully checked over and not rushed out the door. My mum recommended this clinic and have been there only now.🙂

It's my very first review on Google and I had to leave a review about Dr Debbie as she is amazing! We used to travel to Labrador from Pac pines until we luckily found Dr Debbie and I wish I had found her earlier. She is lovely, very thorough and caring. She genuinely cares about her patients 💕

Really bad service from the reception staff, rang them to book an appointment for my 8 yr old and they said the first available appointment is after 4 days. When I explained to them, it is for a sick child, I can't wait for 4 days for a sick child to see a doctor, they said they can't do anything about it. No sympathy towards others at all. This is the second time that they did this.

DR Debra's care is fantastic she is a credit to her profession offering exceptional results. So caring she has solved all my issues.

I highly recommend Doctor Vino. He has been so great that my 2 year old twins actually think going to the doctors is a special treat because they like him so much. Hes fantastic with kids and thoroughly checks all concerns. The receptionist and the nurse are also very friendly and helpful.

Was recommended this practice, unfortunately I didn't get past the male receptionist with an attitude that can only be described from one of the many spoof videos of doctor receptionists on TikTok. With his disingenuous tone and complete disregard of care, he refused to respond to any of my questions. whilst there might be fantastic doctors here, their receptionist leaves a lot to be desired.

My Aunt fell over at the service station and the doctors at the surgery helped her straight away. Thank you!

The doctor at this practice are awesome specially to Dr. Deborah weve seen her for a quiet sometimes and she's very thorough and she care about her patient as well. The staff are friendly too. 😊
