Purchased a Force USA F-50 Functional Trainer. Great bit of kit, very useful and a great addition to our fitness centre. Had a few issues with the initial unit regarding the version we received, but their customer experience manager went to great lengths to provide an amicable solution and we are satisfied with the outcome.

Rubbish experience with these guys been waiting patiently for 4 -5 months after paying in full, following them up every now and then, then I get an email saying congratulations on my purchase. Turns out their system says it’s been picked up already when it hasn’t and they don’t return calls or tell me the right person isn’t in to look into it… still ongoing cluster with them and weak communication and no one seems to know where the gear has gone - they are refusing to refund until someone else looks into it.

Good product but the poor customer experience is not worth it. Waited days for simple answers from their sales and customer service team. Lead times blew out from 2 months to 7 months. Semi understandable in Covid times but I still think their team could communicate and handle the situation better considering I forked out $7k upfront based on the original lead-time. Just felt that once they made the sale, they didn't care about you.

Purchased hack squat leg press. It is absolute garbage for leg press. When hack squatting you feel like the back support is going to fly out sane when leg pressing. The foot plates are slippery as glass. This equiptment is dangerous and poorly designed. Would like a full refund and you come pick this piece of junk up

Have dealt with Gym and Fitness multiple times now over the last year. Team in store and remotely down in Sydney have been great, always helpful. Fair prices and the points system you can redeem for $ off, makes it even better.

Absolutely stoked with my home gym set up. Rocked up at the show room and was given in depth advice about each Force USA multi-gym. Was fully expecting to be advised to purchased the most expensive set up…not the case! Superb staff there gave me an honest opinion of what set up was the best value for money and now I have it installed in my home I couldn’t be anymore pleased. Great communication throughout and competitively priced. Would highly recommend if you have some cash to splash on good equality equipment for a home gym.

Great pricing and the customer service is amazing. I sent several emails in the process of buying a G6, a bench and adjustable dumbbells and the staff (Lachy and Raich) were great with the response time and the information. Their automated email system is good at keeping the customer in the loop on when the pre-order stock is expected or whether there have been any delays. Highly recommend this business.

Don’t waste your money on the hack/leg press machine! The back rest pops out when your using the machine, the foot plate is slippery, when you contact the warranty place they make you jump through multiple hoops to get 0 results. I contacted Gum and fitness within their 30 day warranty replacement refund period and was told, send photos through, did that. Then told me, come in and see a staff member about the machine, this staff member sold me the machine!! Why do I need to attend the site?? This machine is dangerous and a poor quality product. I just want my money back! So if you are looking for a leg/hack machine, don’t. Come here!!! Save your time and money

Really happy with the quality gym equipment and the excellent customer service with my recent purchase at Gym and Fitness. I love my new gym. I have the force USA MyRack with various functional attachments, dumbbells and rack, kettle bells, and a ski ergo. One of the things I love about their squat rack is that it has horizontal beams as the footing for the rack rather than four separate posts, which spreads the load of the rack over the floor joists. As my home gym is upstairs, I wanted to preserve the longevity of my flooring, and this was the best rack that I found for that purpose after quite extensive research. My structural engineer recommended I go with this one. Equipment is very well built and exceptionally good value. The delivery of my large order was very prompt and professional. Finally, the aftercare has been exceptional. I accidentally purchased too much equipment for the size of my gym and weight-rating of the flooring. The Gym and Fitness staff were very helpful, allowing me to refund the excess equipment that I accidentally purchased, leaving me an all-round happy customer. I will be back for more equiptment for sure.

Sales staff were very helpful and pricing is very reasonable for good quality gear. We purchased the Force USA G20 and its a beast of a machine. Staff helped arrange a local technician to come and assemble the gear for us. I would not hesitate purchasing future items from these guys 👍

Absolutely amazing and fast service, products delivered within 1.5 business days to NSW!!! found a fault with two parts (manufacturing error not gym and fitness) and Adam from the warranty team was amazing and understanding in sorting the issue out, he had the correct parts re shipped to me within 2 days of my email. cant fault the service !!!!

Buy your gym gear here! Service was amazing and the quality of gym equipment is top tier. I now have equipment better than my local commercial gym. The team put together a great package and organised quick shipping for the 700 KG of equipment I ordered. Couldn't be happier with the service and equipment.
