Considering this is the most expensive item on the menu was somewhat underwhelmed. Members price would be closer to reasonable. Waited just under an hour for mostly cold items and greasy fried food that should have taken a few minutes. Quality of the actual seafood was questionable. I would suggest the club looks at the platter and if anything, charges more and provides a higher quality of food or scrap it altogether.

Been a member for years and it's a great venue but they don't seem to get the amount of complaints of the food, steaks are always tough, I've just tried the Travalie fish $31.+ for members, it was tasteless and dry. I'm just over it, no more meals for me there. You complain to the Chiefs but makes no difference.

Went here for lunch with my fam on Sunday and it was so awesome! The live music was amazing (a tad too loud but still fantastic), and the food was epic!! I want to say thank you for putting in the effort to have really good plant based options. I looked forward to eating my plant based snitz here for 2 weeks !!! And it was so worth waiting for :)

We met Vicki the first night of our holidays and she felt like a best friend from the start, the whole club has the best service, staff and atmosphere!! We were eloping a few days later nothing planned for a reception just dinner and some drinks…… well our darling Vicki went out of her way and decorated our table with lights, a beautiful orchid centrepiece and to top it off we didn’t plan a cake so she went and bought us one so we could have one…… we love you and will never ever forget you all. They gave us more memories of our stay and wedding. Ps, Vicki got the bouquet!!! Thank you, your friends from down south, Marcelle and Paul ❤️

Just amazing I haven’t been in for a while but love this Surf Club staff are amazing 🤩 customer service is exceptional and the food next level!!! The chefs work really hard and produce quality food from local produce!!! Thai Beef salad with porter steak cost me a little extra but for good steak I’ll pay top Dollar!! I’ve eaten at fancy restaurants around the world but I always end up at Tully Surf Club even if you on your like me I never feel lonely thanks everyone for making me feel like I’m part of the family!!! Love you all!

Exceptional food, fresh ingredients. Great menu - not all fried food 💖. Suitable for food intolerances. Dinner and breakfast both amazing. Coffee was delicious and properly made. Lovely staff. Thank you for being a destination in your own right. We will be back next time we are down the Coast.

Excellent food, busy place, specials menu is good has a variety. I had the beef stroganoff, but was lacking mushrooms.

Attended Club with a large group for lunch on a Sunday. Food was fine, bar staff 5 & 6 at times serving 2 patrons were slow and robotic. No personality at all. Drinks are very expensive for a Club. $7.15 for alcohol free Heineken Zero is ridiculous and a total rip off!

We stopped in on our way home for a quick dinner. Very well-priced meals with good portion sizes. Lovely spot and the beer ain't too bad either.

I ordered Thai Beef Salad. The salad it self was nice BUT instead of thin strips of beef, the beef was placed on the top of salad cut into thick slices. Was disappointed in the beef so thick and quite chewy. Even tho I liked the salad I would not order this again.

Very happy with our meals, the butter chicken was delicious and so was the fish and chips.

It's always a great place to enjoy a cold beverage and good food.

Excellent club. $5 for three years membership and 10% discount, could not pass that up. Family had burgers. They were fresh with good amount of lettuce and tomatoes and sauce. Good size too but not too big. Beers were cold and coffee was delicious.

We came in for dinner Tuesday night and encountered a staff member who clearly wasn’t having the best day. The rest of the staff however were beyond amazing, some of the best in the biz. We appreciated their service so much that we made sure we came back the following night for dinner. The food we had was so good that I’m kind of disappointed we’re not here an extra night to have it again. Thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond.

Visited for lunch on Sat with an elderly friend of mine who had just turned 93! We had a lovely time complete with a fabulous atmosphere, lovely view and a delicious lunch (coconut prawn salad). A very special mention to Anita who greeted us on arrival. She was the most delightful, attentive and cheery individual and her actions throughout our visit culminated in making my elderly friend feel very special indeed. 💕 I can’t speak highly enough of Anita, suffice to say that she is most definitely the type of staff member any employer would be happy to have and it an absolute credit to your establishment. Hope to return again soon! 🤗

The staff are amazing! We attended a wedding on the beach so we attended the club a few times. By the time we left we felt like family! I have never experienced better customer service. The place vibes!!! I would highly recommend, Ill certainly be back 😊

$5.40 for a can of Pepsi. I’m sure the crowd of pensioners dying in front of the pokies should be enough to pay for your extensions. Food, drinks and service were great though.

Great food and a nice friendly atmosphere. Good selection of GF DF and Vegan options. Recommend booking a table as the restaurant is very popular.

This is my local club. Its often a long wait for food. don't bother ever ordering the prawn topper as its not even Garlic as its states on the menu. The staff never ask how your meal was) One time I asked for the fish on the menu the older lady said oh no we don't offer that do you know how expensive that is ?

A very friendly club the food was delicious 😋 the facilities were fantastic the deck was great and the staff were more than helpful and friendly.

Table of 8 had a fabulous Friday lunch. Deliciously hot and fresh. Generously sized meals. Attentive service and lovely atmosphere. Thank you for the terrific visit!

Just disappointed. Took my two young kids for dinner. Chicken Parmigiana was raw. I reluctantly took it up and showed the staff. No apology and no rush to get my meal out. I actually had to ask for an update on my dinner . Just a typical surf club where no staff are accountable for their bad service. It is a surf club after all I guess. 😞👍

I am a member of this club. I was given a birthday voucher for a free birthday meal in my birthday month to the value of $19.95, no conditions where attached. When I went to redeem it I was told I had to purchase another meal to get my free meal. I had checked their website before I went there and there was nothing about this. I told the cashier and duty manager that this was misleading. I only wanted one meal. They refused me my birthday meal and wasted my time. Completely disappointed.

The meal was nice although small for the price. Wait staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a birthday party of about 30 people going on at the next table and they were all very drunk and very loud - and the security team were unable to manage them although they did their best.

The selection of beers 'not my cup of tea' everybody else were easily satisifed. We had fisherman's basket, tuna special and extremely yummy nachos. Overall great. Will definitely return next time we are in town.

Gorgeous position. Superb staff. The food is disappointingly basic AF... Total hospital food court vibe. The mash is Deb, the croutons are bread crumbs. The kitchen either doesn't have an actual chef, or doesn't have a chef that cares. Still 5 stars based on location and service. Eat beforehand. (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤

We had dinner at the surf club this evening and I could not fault anything. From the moment we arrived there was not a single staff member that did not interact with us and provide fantastic customer service. A special mention to Sara, Therese and Nat. They made our evening. The food was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. Thank you for a lovely night out. Look forward to our next visit.

Nice place, staff very helpful. Food was abit slow and came out warm. Disappointing and need to change this for lunchtime. Big menu and choice. I had nachos and this was way too big a serve. Still good place to go though overlooking beach.

Slightly disappointing as the food was only warm rather than hot…having said that our party enjoyed the fish and chips and burger…the chicken schnitzel was fine but the pepper sauce had a very antiseptic taste…efficient staff and a nice environment
