DO NOT ORDER PIZZA BUT IT'S A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER WHAT THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT. 1 hour and a half.. still no pizza... never order PIZZA HUT, unreliable, and don't even take calls Pizza arrived 2 hours and 5 minutes from time of order. We live 5k's from the store. Order was cold and ordered cheese crust... not there. Still have not returned my calls....

New owners, can’t do the basics of deliver a pizza. More crust than toppings. Took them 1hr 45 mins to deliver half our order on a Monday night. Poor staff aren’t allowed to help customers because boss is a micro manager. Still waiting after 2 weeks for the pizza we paid for to show up. Have tried to redeem pizza that we already paid for. Still can’t get it delivered. You guys might break the world record for slowest pizza delivery within 10kms

DON'T BOTHER. Hopelessly organised. 1. Forgot to deliver our pizza 2. Staff had no idea what to do next. 3. Had to call 3 times to get a store credit organised 4. Tried to use store credit next time only to receive order 1 1/2 hours late AGAIN with a pizza and drink STILL MISSING! 5. Demaned refund and was short changed by $10. 6. Store owner doesn't let staff or managers solve issues. Short version of the story which involved more than 10 calls by us, and several hours of wasted time :-/

TERRIBLE!!! I ordered a chicken supreme pizza and had chosen the base to be tomato sauce… A pizza arrived however it was just a burnt tomato sauce pizza hard enough to knock someone out! Went to the store and got told it was my fault!! Even though they agreed it was not possible to even get that! Asked to remake my order or get a refund and they refused! They laughed while I walked away! NEVER GO HERE!

We are here in gold coast for our vacations, we are staying in resort, for dinner we thought we will order pizza hut.. we placed our order through the app at around 9pm and we get a call from the staff saying that our order has been canceled because their kitchen is closed and that we will get our refund in 3-5 business days... no sorry no explanation that why the kitchen is closed when the app and the website says Pizza hut closes at 11 pm.

My creamy chicken and bacon pizza was drowned in horrible bbq sauce which I did not order. The standard base was like a thick slice of warm bread. The chicken wings (2 packs of 6) were so bad we threw most them out. Not 1 nice wing part, only the 2 bone end pieces with 5% chicken meat. 95% mostly fat and skin on crumbs drowned in sauce. And bones. Never tasted worse wings in my life. I don't like complaining but I will never order here again.

My thin crust pizza tasted like absolute cardboard and was hard with every bite. There was so much hollandaise sauce on my butcher block pizza that I could have made three pizzas with extra sauce! I ordered a hersheys brownie and they gave me a hersheys cookie instead. I had to wait another 15 minutes for my brownie to be cooked and replaced. The whole team looks like it’s run by children or an absolute amatuer. The only good tasting thing was the garlic bread and the brownie!!

We just place a order tonight and after few minutes at 9:50 pm got a call they can’t make our pizza. Then we were trying to call nobody answer our call because they deduct the amount from my account than we been in there to have a chat with a member of the store it was closed before the closing time. This is literally a scam by Pizza Hut to make money. Don’t place your order guys

Pizza was delivered flooded in bbq sauce, totally inedible🤮 ADD IT: 2 weeks on, have sent three emails to complain and request refund which I was advised to do verbally over the phone with Pizza Hut Boonooroo park. I’ve had no communication back what so ever, or compensation for inedible pizza. Do not order from this dodgy Pizza Hut!!

DON'T BOTHER they never get orders right better to go to dominos and they don't care i have given up on pizza hut. they said they didn't have any medium bases and wanted to charge me extra for large . after putting a early order in 1 1/2 hours they called me and told me they couldn't provide medium pizza's

Been ordering pizzas from here for a few years and decided I should post a review. Surprised to see bad reviews, I always get what I ordered, good quality pizzas and delivered quickly. Just got 4 hot delicious pizzas tonight delivered within half hour of ordering. You expect sometimes people will make errors but I have never had an issue with this store. I don’t know if I have just been lucky or not but I am pleased with the service and will continue ordering from this store.

Hawaiian pizzas were both burnt and the thin and crispy pepperoni was dry as a leather boot.. very disappointed as we were having a kids pizza night 😬

How do you manage to cook a pizza and it comes out soggy? Never had pizza hut this bad before. Doesn't look like they put butter in the pizza pan anymore, base doesn't look cooked at all. Not happy pizza hut!

This was the first time I had a successful transaction. The staff member at the counter was great, polite and friendly. Service was efficient and accurate for once. The meal was very hot. May I suggest you order early as parking is very limited and very busy most times.

After my bad review I saw a huge improvement in service as a Uber eats driver. I’m not sure about other things but customer service definitely improved. Keep up the good job.

Don’t order from here unless you want your order COMPLETELY wrong. Tried to call to figure out what happened as it was so wrong that I’m pretty sure I received someone else’s order. Had to leave a message and never got a reply. Spent $45 to get 2 things right in the order. One of my guests couldn’t even eat as they are vegetarian and their pizza wasn’t included. Not impressed.

Absolute worst store by far! Order your food online and it says orders on the way and it never rocks up and you cannot call the store or even get refunded… bit of a joke

I placed an order for a Hawaiian Pizza with a garlic bread. They charged me $30 and I waited for hours for the pizza to never even arrive When I tried calling the next day the staff wouldn’t answer the phone. I have used other Pizza Huts and never had this problem I just want a refund and some sort of compensation

Ordered twice each time order got cancelled! No problem in taking your money then cancel last minute! Call the number they say they shut at 10pm I ordered at 930 and 945 still got canceled don’t bother with this company!

Burnt and dry pizza. Called to complain and spoke to 3 different people including the manager. Had to pay for another pizza to be delivered. No offer of replacement. Disgusting food and disgusting service. Will not make the mistake of ordering from them again.

Don't bother, worst pizza hut on the gold coast. Whether you try and order through the website or doordash they just never confirm, you'll end up losing your money! Even their in-store customer service is awful, went in once with a confirmed order only to be told they never confirmed anything and stated I was stupid for thinking so

Outstanding customer telephone service as I made my order over the phone. Pizza arrived on time, hot and full of toppings. Perfect pizza amazing sides too👏🥰

Never answer the phone to correct online orders, app kepted freezing. So we got stuck with what came. Put in multiple complaints to the company told me the store woukd contact us, a month later still have not heard back from the store.

We were late getting home and wanted to avoid Mc Donald’s and Hungry Jacks. We looked up the closing time for pizza hut which was 11pm. We placed the order at 10:30 only to immediately be called that they can’t deliver the pizza because the driver finishes at exactly 11pm. The order would’ve arrived at around 11:10. So, maybe Pizza Hut should put on their website that delivery orders are only taken up until a certain time, to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Or, perhaps they should pay their drivers until 11:30 so that they can actually meet the advertised standards.
