We are in Gold Coast for the Australian Volleyball Schools Cup, stayed at this hotel for a week. It exceeds my expectation. 1) Room is clean and house keeping did a great job during our stay. 2) Friendly and helpful hotel staff. 3) Hotel restaurant’s foods are delicious. 4) Can use the gym, heated pool and play tennis at KDV Sport. Practice golf at driving range (addition fee required). Nice food, got special package daily. Highly recommend. Some things I would recommend are add more undercover parking and add EV charging facility.

Second time staying here and loved it. The room is presented and kept well daily by the room service. The pool is nice. The receptionists are lovely, friendly and provide local covid rule updates which is great for me as an interstate traveller. And the restaurant downstairs is 5*, very affordable for the top quality you get. Always a pleasure!

Dirty Bed Linen!! With blood or bodily fluids I'm not sure. For $200 very budget accommodation type room. Bathroom smelt. Please don't waste your money here. And yes I have notified them of what happened and lack of cleanliness in my room. I booked here because it was the cheapest in the area, would not make that mistake again. Unfortunate.

Excellent customer service from reception restaurant and cleaning staff. Great location. Rooms were clean and modern but we asked for King room and got two beds together and they weren't very comfortable.

The lady at the reception (afternoon shift), she have the greatest smile with best customer service ever, since we arrived, she has been absolutely friendly and extremely helpful for each of my questions, even though all answer was in the welcome letter. She definitely is an asset for the company.

Excellent service from all the staff, all of us loved the meeting room. Manager Kane Galvin went out of his way to help and make our conference run smoothly all the while being professional and welcoming. We highly recommend Elite Gold Coast and will definitely be back again Five Stars!

Well, well well. 😊 What an unexpected pleasant stay at this motel. Hubby and I for a cheeky weekend away and we had such a fun time. Rooms tad small but bed was really comfortable. Pool and pool side was modern and clean. The Restaurant, our cocktails and food were Outstanding. Not to mention the fun activities like Putt Putt and Driving range. Highly recommended ✌️😊

Loved the hotel, rooms are cozy and modern! Beds are equally as comfortable. The italian restaurant downstairs is a must try and the staff from concierge to housekeeping are super friendly and helpful.

The elite were fantastic. We had all of our wedding guests stay here for 2-3 guys. They are super affordable, I suggest getting in quick to secure the best rate before demand kicks in. It was really convenient for my guests as we were all so close they put us together on the same floor. My bridesmaids and I even got ready onsite in one of the meeting rooms. The staff were super friendly and flexible. Rooms are your standard hotel room, but clean and had everything you need. We even took advantage of the free putt putt

Rooms lovely and fresh. Check in lady was lovely and went beyond the call of duty to help with an issue which we couldn't resolve unfortunately. Will recommend this lovely hotel to each and every person I know . Well done. I hope the check in lady is on a manager programme with you .if not you will lose her to another hotel and that would be a mistake.

Worst hotel experience ever! My room was not cleaned on one day and my Mum's one the other days. Second time it happened, informed the receptionist but she said the cleaning staff are not available so had to sleep in the messy, stinky room. Front desk staff were not approachable most of the time. The reception area was very stinky on the first two days for some reason so did the corridor carpets. Restaurant was opened for dinner only on certain days and the receptionist didn't say that it should have been booked in advance despite being inquired so missed the day that we were planning to dine from there. No restaurants nearby. This hotel doesn't deserve a 4 star rating at all.

We just got home after a stay at the Elite Hotel. We’re from the country and wanted to visit the Gold Coast/Surfers Paradise and have a little holiday! We really loved how cosy and roomy the hotel room was, the bed was super comfortable i found and the bathroom was LOVELY! I loved how the shower head felt and the water pressure was awesome in my opinion, no dramas there! If i had to be extremely picky i just wish they had a veranda but i knew booking beforehand there wasn’t going to be one but that’s fine, we still really enjoyed our stay. It was only a two night stay but getting into Surfers takes about 20 minutes from memory i think so not too far away from where it all happens! The rooms had key card access and an option for somebody to make your room up while you’re out for the day or do not disturb! Since we were on holiday we wanted our sleep ins so we definitely used our do not disturb sign for some extra sleep. They also had a bar and restaurant but since there is so many places i researched to have dinner at in Surfers we didn’t get a chance to try the food or drinks in the bar and restaurant. Great service all around and lovely little hotel! One thing i thought i’d also mention is the internet speed was CRAZY good and fast.

Great location for all your sporting needs. Price was higher due to school holidays. Bed was comfy room wes a bit small. A nearby fire left our room smelling like smoke and I was offered no compensation unfortunately. That along with a stranger mixing up his room number and trying to get In at 2am made us have to lower our rating.

Its a nice hotel, clean and well kept. The restaurant was quite good and the staff friendly. The location is excellent if your using the sports facilities, and a bit out of the way of other stuff if you are just looking for a room. But it was quite nice.

If you’re a golf fan, travelling to the Gold Coast for a golf trip, this hotel is the place to stay. Located right next to KDV Sport complex which has a driving range, mini golf and Par 3 course, on top of all the other facilities including a heated outdoor pool, it’s pretty much perfect for the travelling golfer. Rooms were very nice. Note that the restaurant is not opened for breakfast but a very nice brekkie is available at KDV. Definitely will be back. Reception is manned 24 hrs but could do with a bell.

Stayed here 3 nights to be close to Sport and leisure centre. On check-in, the staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were excellent, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We dined in the restaurant one night of our stay and enjoyed our meal and cocktail! The restaurant staff were exceptional. The pool is inviting, and we were able to find time to use it. We were able to use facilities at the KDV Sport centre, but unfortunately, we didn't get time. Elite is a perfect place to stay when needing to be close to local sporting facilities. Thank you 😊

I recently had the most incredible golfing experience at the Elite Gold Coast Hotel, and I cannot stop raving about it! From the moment I stepped foot onto the stunning property connected to the KDV Sport, I knew I was in for a treat. First and foremost, the golf practice facilities at KDV Sport were top-notch. The Elite Gold Coast Hotel itself exceeded all my expectations. The moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the staff. The reception area was elegant and inviting, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The hotel's proximity to the KDV Sport was a significant advantage. After a day of working on my game, I could easily retreat to the hotel for a relaxing evening. The convenience of being able to access the sporting complex and the hotel seamlessly was a huge plus. The dining options at the Elite Gold Coast Hotel were outstanding. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes that catered to various tastes. In addition to golf, the hotel also had excellent leisure facilities. The swimming pool provided a perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate after an active day. The well-equipped fitness center at KDV allowed me to keep up with my workout routine, ensuring I stayed in top form for my golf. Another highlight of my stay was the friendly and attentive staff. The team at Elite Gold Coast Hotel went above and beyond to ensure I had an unforgettable experience. Their knowledge of the local area and helpful recommendations for other golf courses and attractions made my trip even more memorable. Overall, my stay at the Elite Gold Coast Hotel connected to KDV Sport was truly exceptional. Thank you!

Delivered a lecture to a group and had lunch there. Excellent food and service. Did not stay a room for the night so can't opine on that aspect of this report. Very convenient parking.

Everything was great, rooms were clean, nice facilities but the receptionist had a bit of an attitude. Probably because it was Christmas day and she had to work. French immigrant based on her accent, below average looking for her to have an attitude. But I guess that's just her being French Train her to be polite or get better staff

Well maintained and clean property. Handy location to the Gold Coast hinterland. Exceptional value for money. It is well worth putting this on your shortlist when looking for accommodation in the Gold Coast region.

Fantastic place to stay, check in was quick and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary activities, such as mini golf. We enjoyed the outdoor pool & heated pool. Free parking made our stay hassle free and the cromecast device was easy to use. Will stay again soon!

As soon as you park the car you feel relaxed by the surroundings. The hotel and rooms are as modern and clean as can be and staff are very friendly and make your stay worthy. Restaurant overlooking the pool is a must as well. We've stayed here twice and will come back again.

I paid $300 p/n ($600 for 2 nights) for a Superior King room, & spent 2 nights sleeping uncomforably on the big zipper (picture included) that kept 2 smaller mattresses together to make a King size bed. I also found the beds a bit too hard. The room was fairly small - especially the bathroom. I'm on the smaller side myself & even I felt a bit too cramped in the bathroom. But it was all clean, maintained, & the friendly staff left a nice note for special occasions we were celebrating - as well as adding on late checkout for us, & being otherwise helpful & accommodating. I also enjoyed waking up to the site of trees out of the window. Do be aware of the virtually sheer curtains if the sun wakes you as it filters in of a morning. The onsite restaurant is the star of this hotel stay, I felt. It was amazing, & I would happily return to the restaurant without staying in the hotel rooms. Plenty of inclusions with the sports centre a few minutes walk away; tennis, golf, padel, yoga, swimming, etc. I don't recommend eating or grabbing coffee at the sports complex though.

Lovely tidy room. Excellent customer service. Stayed here before of the location next to the stadium, so nice and close. Travelling by public transport was not ideal when staying here, as there isn't much around. The meals at the restaurant where some of the best meals I've eaten. However it only opens at 5pm, no breakfast or lunch or room service options. So be prepared for lack of food. Red Rooster and the coffee club are with in walking distance. Even the day spa is off site. So not ideal when you've been travelling for a few days and just want some down time,

Incredibly clean room, can't fault the hotel. Didn't get to enjoy the facilities sadly and the restaurant was fully booked.

10 days in QLD, 2 days at Elite - BEST hotel we stayed at! Modern, Clean, Beautiful. Every staff member we encountered were smiling and super friendly, the beds were comfortable and reasonable sized rooms (aside from the bathroom, fit for one person at a time). The location was central to all of our travel needs, 15 mins from Surfers Paradise and Pacific Fair. 7 mins from our Brekkie Location ‘Le Vintage’. The Italian inspired on-site restaurant Mozzafiato, provided THE single most exquisite meal we had on our trip. Mid-high price range, fantastic service, well worth the experience. Only 7 undercover parking spots, excluding disability spaces.. Our only recommendation for the hotel would be to create some sort of shade/coverage for our vehicles whilst outside in the heat/sun. Highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be returning. 9.5/10!

Stayed here for two nights (7/11/22-9th/11/22). Had a lovely time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very tidy and bed was comfy. Loved the bonus free access to nearby Gym at KDV Sport. Will definitely be back when next in Gold Coast ❤️

It's such a tricky review to write. This hotel could be used for a few things, but I feel the biggest use for it would be for athletes travelling to the gold coast for local events either for the sports complex, nearby golf tournaments or business travel in the hinterland. Service is very friendly, we're talking a great deal of personal service, and the amenities were nice given the smaller size of the rooms.

The hotel was very clean (especially our room) and the staff were wonderful! The staff got all our requirements correct - I use a wheelie walker. Elite is a hidden gem on the Gold Coast. Worth checking out next time you visit the Gold Coast

Lovely modern motel set in a sporting fields complex. Adequate undercover car parking with a modern quick lift to the lobby or your floor level. Quick efficient pre check in and check out available. Nice lobby. Lovely clean swimming pool and sun loungers. Lots of facilities come with a stay but unfortunately only one night so didn't get to see let alone use these features. Easy to find and not far off the main motorway. Restaurant was closed on Sundays so can't comment but found a wide selection of restaurants at Broadbeach. Very close to Lawrence Drive Nerang which is the Gold Coast home of many motorcycle shops. Love to come back for a few days to enjoy the sports facilities.

Great place. Unfortunately couldn't eat the as they were booked out for the week. The room was nice. Cleaned everyday. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

It's clean, extremely quiet - surround by big green trees at the back, sports ground at the front. Everything looks new and modern to us. Service is wonderful - especially the front desk receptionist who we met was very friendly and helpful - really impressed! The price is good too! Love stay here 😍

It’s Elite, what more can I say! Absolutely fabulous host for the minute we arrived! The staff culture is impeccable, polite and well presented, polished in every aspect! The amenities are 10/10 theirs literally not enough stars to light up. The beds so comfortable and the rooms so peaceful and dark, it’s not often I can sleep in, but at Elite is hard to wake up hehe. The infinity pool off the restaurant is a winner! You could dine and kids still take a dip! I’ve already made another reservation and haven’t even left!

We booked two family rooms over the weekend. The rooms were spacious with flat screened TVs. Extremely comfortable beds. Everything was really clean. It's a short drive to Carrara markets, Pacific fair and the beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and the friendly front staff were so lovely to our group of children. Will definitely be returning!

This place is awesome! The staff are just amazing. They are all super lovely and helpful. The rooms are very nice, clean and a great size. It's also in a great location with lots of activities around and shops close by The restaurant at this place is also absolutely fantastic. Would 100% recommend this place. I am definitely coming back.
