Office staff proficiently provided various cost quote options. Goods receiving by the office staff was handled very efficiently. Update when Goods left office was provided with the shipping. Tracking progress of Goods in transportation was provided. Confirmation email with safe delivery of Goods was provided. Goods transportation interstate was timely and convenient.

Excellent and very efficient service. Made arrangement by email from South Africa with Gabi at P & S Mermaid Beach, to pick up a parcel from Gold Coast, to be send by courier to South Africa. Everything went smoothly and I received the parcel early on the 9th day. This was the fourth time that I used the services of P & S Mermaid Beach (during these past two years) for international pick ups and deliveries. Pack & Send take the “hard” out of difficult goods to distant obscure destinations. I had to send a 12kg generator to an off grid rural destination far into the mountains and off the beaten track in Tasmania. The guys at Pack and Send Mermaid Beach were amazing to deal with. From the initial quote through to delivery of my antique chest of drawers, the entire customer experience was fantastic. I decided to pay more to ensure that my chest of drawers arrived Melbourne safely, and it was worth every penny. They were professional in picking up the item, packed my item safely and within two business days, I received my chest of drawers! I can't recommend this branch enough. Thank you!

Terrible service! I sent a surfboard and it got damaged by the curler, when I lodged a complaint with them I was told that I cant lode an insurance claim as they cant prove that it wasn't damaged before it was sent. The Indian manager was very rude and lied by saying that it wasn't properly packaged, even though it was in a padded surfboard bag which they were also supposed to bubble wrap which they didn't do. I forgot to mention that I did send an email to head office but I never got a response, so don't say that you take complaints seriously!

I delivered goods to Pack and Send Mermaid Beach, on Tuesday 6 June. The goods arrived in Mackay on Wednesday 7 June. Unfortunately the delivery people in Mackay did not make contact before delivering and simply left a card in the post box. Fortumately the goods were delivered on Friday 9th after following the agreed process of phoning on approach. Well done Pack&Send.

Pack n Send picked up my goods from Robina on Wednesday Aug 31, and they boxed & wrapped them professionally, and had them delivered to me within 24 hours on Thursday Sep 1, from Mermaid Beach to Sydney !

BEWARE; I found these people to be unprofessional. The first time that I used this service they delivered my boxes and there were boxes that were broken and busted open with several items missing. What is worse they hid the broken boxes from sight when stacking them at my front door and then denied knowing about the damage and missing items. Regarding another delivery they called me weeks after the delivery saying that they had more boxes that had been missed previously, so I stupidly paid for the delivery, again, and then 5 minutes later they call and say sorry we had the wrong name and address, incredible. They have little regard for their customers. I was charged twice for the same delivery, I was reimbursed.

My experience with the new owners of Mermaid Beach Pack and Send has not been as good as the previous reviews by other people. They charge double of what the previous owners were charging and they just don't care if you complain. Pretty rude in my opinion and heard the same from others. I would not recommend using them and would opt for the previous owners who moved to Brisbane and will be happy to pick up from you and give you a decent quote.
