The Korean lady there was extremely rude, I was trying to ask for a price for my friend and see if hardy brother is willing to make a better deal, instead she lectured me saying how I should be 100% ready to make a purchase and complainted “annoying” clients who just want to know the price. Moreover, as I was asking the price for one of the zenith watch for myself and took a picture sent to my girlfriend to get some ideas, she told me that come back when you are “serious”. She was being really rude. I guess she “evaluated” us from head to the toes, concluded we are not the potential. I think the company won’t do anything with it anyways. Bought somewhere else, if she was being that unprofessional at the very beginning, wouldnt expect anything after sale from her. The level of service you will receive from the store it varies, the Australian ladies are usually very nice there. Thanks for the lady who offered a glass of water.

If you value good and honest service go else where. Very pretentious and up themselves, they will lie through their teeth to get a sale through.

Zero idea about the watch they are selling. They only say it's beautiful on your wrist. Sold me a Breitling watch saying it was battery operated later turn out to be an automatic.

Changed a 5 star review to one for the below reason, easy to smile a take thousands of dollars but hard to stand up to a warranty a on low quality settings. Would like to share some terrible service I received from Hardie Brothers at Pacific Fair; in the 10 ½ months my wife has had her wedding ring she has lost two stones. Ring purchased in August Started wearing it in November Lost 1 stone in July told it would have a 1 year warranty on work Lost 2 stone in October would not support warrant. Point is shop local where owner operators care about there business and reviews. I hope this review helps you make a educated decision on your major purchase.

I visited Hardy Brothers today at Pacific Fair and I had the best customer service from Katie. All I wanted was to get the links taken out of my watch I just brought, after previous watch stores declined to do so. Thanks Katie for your great service and I will definitely be coming back!

Bought an Omega Seamaster from this store. Dealt with a lady called Eiko, I hope that’s spelt right. She told me her name was Seiko without the S. She couldn’t have been more helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. I changed my mind a couple of times on which model I was going to get. She even shipped a watch from Melbourne that I didn’t end up buying. A great all round experience from the staff at this store which was refreshing after getting some pretty blunt responses from staff at other Omega shops I enquired with. I’ll be back there next year to buy a Speedmaster and look forward to dealing with her and them again. Retailing done as it should be done. I don’t usually write reviews but thought I should after my experience there.

I went in to have my Tag Heuer watch serviced & Cristina was so lovely, she took the time to go through what I needed done, took my details accurately first go & made the whole visit an experience, not just a transaction. I’ll definitely be back when we purchase more heirloom watches or for servicing.

Very poor customer service. I requested quote on customising Breitling watch, they took all my details and never came back with the quote. As a result I bought the watch privately and ask for authentication. I was told that they are so busy that I have to leave my watch with them for a month (several thousand of dollars item) When the line drop (?) they did not call back and you can not call them because the have only answering machine. Very bad service for retailer dealing with exclusive items. Avoid if possible

Had a great experience at HB Broadbeach. Julie and Katie were flexible, friendly and professional. I was after an Omega which they did not have in store but managed to get one in from another state. The process was seamless and easy. Many thanks

Staff was friendly which is why I’m giving 2 stars. Brought a watch to get cleaned, they confirmed they can do it for $50. When I picked up the watch a few hours later, they said it was cleaned. Unfortunately it looks like they have it a quick wipe and that’s it. The links are still as dirty as before. Basically I was charged $50 for someone to give a quick wipe to my watch. If you can’t do the cleaning or don’t have time, it’s ok, just say you can’t and don’t rip people off. Shop looks nice, staff friendly.

We were very impressed with the friendly service we received from Albus while we decided on a piece of jewellery. It is a beautiful store and we were shown many items and given plenty of privacy to discuss and decide.
