We worked with Janet to create a custom his and hers ring set with a rather soft stone. We cannot recommend her and CTJ enough. Firstly, we’d received a quote from another jeweller for a 9k gold setting, whereas Janet was able to quote us a much better price for 18k! She was super helpful, helping us to refine the little details that ultimately made our rings better than we had originally planned! NOT Happy… I had a sit down with the owner luckily enough to create a rough design of an engagement ring. Was promised to be contacted within a few days in which it was unfulfilled. I rang the store and was promised a call after the customer he was currently with to also be ignored for the rest of the day. Another call the next day from me and another promised contact for the following day. To no surprise, again no contact. Had to call once more today for the same rinse repeat. This time however I am frustratingly told that it is the best that CTJ jewellers can possibly do. Been almost 2 weeks now blinded of my rings process. Disappointing

I just would like to say a BIG thank you to C T J Jewellers for making my experience in such comfortable and memorable, What a wonderful experience I had with C T J Jewellers who design my my engagement, wedding and eternity rings made into one ring because my loving husband passed away last year I didn’t know what to do with rings . Leanne and Micheal they brought the ring to reality exactly how I envisioned it absolutely perfect. I such a wonderful experience with CTJ Jewllewers I went back to Leanne and Michael for another special ring. Dealing with Leanne was a real pleasure. She was patient in walking me through the options and michael helped come up with the most gorgeous design for my grandmothers and mothers engagement rings because I had such a wonderful experience with CTJ jewellers I was never stressed or worried for even a second with Michael and Leanne. I will definitely always go to them for future purchases and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality, custom-made jewellery.

Can’t speak highly enough of Greg, and the team at CTJ. Was great to deal with throughout the whole buying experience. Took his time and was happy to answer all of the questions that I had, regardless of how minor they were. Provided plenty of options, and at no point put any pressure on me to purchase, but gave me plenty of time to think through. I have to say the service and professional advice I received from Jermaine last weekend was 2nd to none. If I had any thoughts of buying the engagement ring from any other store but CTJ vanished after meeting Jermaine. He spent hrs with us finding out exactly what we wanted and designing our ring. He was professional and and has a complete understanding of all aspects of jewellery and design We didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time. If your in the market for any type of jewellery I couldn't recommend Jermaine at CTJ any more highly. This degree of service and salesmanship is a lost art and very rare .

Very unhappy with the service received and quality! My husband was told when he purchased my engagement ring & wedding ring that we would have a complimentary resizing due to me being pregnant at the time, I confirmed that it would be possible once I’d lost my pregnancy weight & was told it would be fine! I then went in for my resizing only to then be charged full price even after explaining we had been promised this as part of the sale no care was given by the manager! The ring also have multiple issue with it, the first was a dull diamond that I had to ask to be replaced and the second was that a diamond fell out not long after having the ring! So be careful what you are promised by this company as apparently they will just go back on it at any time! *Response to owner- I was never informed there was a 12 month expiry for the resizing, this is first I’m hearing of it! I even called up serval times in the first 12 months to check & was told it was fine to wait! I even asked about it when I had the Dimond issue & was told to wait! The cost of the resizing I was told was full price $120 for 2 rings resize, this is already more than other places I was quoted afterwards! The coating was extra but was kindly added in by your nice sales assistant when I was almost in tears in your showroom but was not offered to me by the manager even when the situation was explained! Either way I should not have had to pay because of a internal communication issue on your part! If you lived upto your so called values you would have done even one ring complimentary as promised or even as a good gesture for the misinformation from your staff but I’m left out of pocket, disappointed from the poor customer service & will not be recommending you to my contacts.

My wife and I stopped in to CTJ to speak with Greg as we heard that other customers were happy with their service. We arrived at CTJ on a Saturday morning, Dianne greeted us and asked what we were looking for, we let her know that we were looking for a custom made ring made from platinum due to my wife's skin sensitivity to some metals. We looked through the counter to see if there was something similar to what we were looking for (small diamond cluster ring) but nothing really suited, while speaking with Dianne Greg walked over from out back obviously just after a workout (in gym clothes), we explained again what we wanted and Greg advised that it would be best to give him a picture of the ring which we would like to have made in platinum. We asked how much it would roughly cost, Greg gave us a rough verbal estimate and we went on our way. Later that day my wife sent through an email to Greg and Dianne with pictures of the exact ring that we wanted made in platinum, Greg responded to the email stating that he would organise it. After three weeks went by we thought we had better contact CTJ to see if they needed any further information, I phoned Greg directly, he did not know who we were and seemed very confused and flustered on the phone, Greg asked me to explain what we were wanting to have quoted then after a few minutes of searching his emails while I was speaking with him he realised who we were, Greg went on to say that Dianne was handling the quote and she had been on leave for personal reasons ect, he then asked what we wanted quoted again so I handed the phone to my wife. My wife explained to Greg that all the details required for the quote were in the email that was sent to him three weeks ago (which he responded to by saying he would organise the quote), Greg went on to say that there was a ring exactly like the one she wanted quoted in the shop and she did not like it, my wife responded by saying that they were not as petite and the cluster of the ring in the cabinet was nothing like the picture that was sent in the email that was to be quoted. My wife asked Greg if he did not want to do the quote, Greg responded by saying oh yes... anyhow... six weeks on from the original email we still have not heard back from Greg or Dianne from CTJ Bundall. We will NOT be positively recommending this business to anyone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After my mother passed I looked everywhere for the perfect diamond to commemorate her life. On website for 1 min and left. This is 2018, even though you are not an online store it pays to have a description of the pieces. Cut, colour, clarity, carat and general information. Poor website, lost me. If you went onto lets say a car website.. BMW and the description only said Red BMW , drives well with nothing else to say, what do you think people are going to do. I highly recommend CTJ to anyone looking for an engagement ring/wedding ring or the like. From start to finish Dianne and Leanne had our best interest in mind. Their customer service was exceptional the whole way through, prompt quotes over email and full attention and care whilst browsing in store. We never felt any pressure from them at all, (which is great when your a male looking for an engagement ring! how daunting lol). CTJ were completely transparent with the pricing and quality of the diamonds, they raced around the whole store with no fuss helping search for the right piece that was within our budget. They definitely went above and beyond for us and we ended up saving ALOT of money and getting something better than we expected. We did have to get the ring resized which they quoted us 3 day turn around right before Easter long weekend. We actually got a phone call the next day to say it was ready!! Thank you guys we are very pleased and looking forward to coming back to find a wedding ring.

It's a little while now. But as a complete novice in the art of buying a diamond ring I felt that CTJ educated me in a kind manner. They gave me a lot of their time to explain the differences in diamonds. I settled on a diamond and ring design. It was ready on time with no fuss. As part of an insurance claim, I was instructed to attend CTJ for a repair. From the moment I stepped in, the service has been incredible. Onsite jeweler that clearly explained the repair process to me & friendly staff. Not only that, but in under 24 hours I've received a message confirming my ring is ready for collection. To me, that is just stellar service! Up until this moment, I had spent 5 weeks trying to get my insurance claim processed & in 2 days they have effortlessly stepped up. I will be purchasing ALL my jewelry from CTJ in the future.

Couldn't even get in the door. Pressed a buzzer on the outside of the door and had a lady behind the counter already serving someone glance at me, and when i pressed it again after waiting 2 minutes, got an annoyed look from the same lady. I thought i must have gotten there after closing, but at 3:15 Saturday afternoon?

CTJ Diamonds - Scamers!!! Whatever you do do not buy from this place!!! or have anything repaired. In summary: Bought an engagement diamond and ring valued approximately $3500AUD in 2014. The diamond was certified (GIA). I initially checked the diamond with the sales staff and you could view its GIA serial number. Once the ring was prepaired I went back to the shop for final payment. Asked to view the GIA serial number on the diamond set in the ring. Staff initially refused and said I have to come back next day as the ring was not ready. Next day viewed the ring and GIA serial number made the final payment. All good. 3 months later had to repair the diamond in the setting due to dropping the ring. Took it back for adjustment. 1 week later picked up - and my fault forgot to check the GIA serial number in the shop! Tried contacting the store repeatedly about this both phone, email and once in person. Ignored by CTJ. Formal consumer rights complaint has been lodged with Australian Consumer Association ACCC. But CTJ Scammers have got me! Don’t let them get you!
