    The lady at the door made us feel unwelcome and almost barricaded the door, once inside nobody came to assist us. A disappointing experience as we have always loved Tiffany after getting my engagement ring there a few years ago. The service has definitely declined and was cold and unfriendly. The lovely team at Bvlgari got the $4,600 sale instead

    My daughters boyfriend went in to look at a necklace for her 21st they did not have in stock said if you pay for it we will get it in if you don’t like it will will refund you your money he paid cash we went in next week but the necklace was much smaller than it appeared in the photos so he decided not to get it … they refused to refund the cash said needed bank transfer it has been nearly two weeks and after several phone calls they are giving him the run around he still has NOT received a refund even when he he did not receive any goods he now can not buy her a gift in time for her birthday without the refund very poor service on tiffany’s behalf I was going to purchase my daughter the 21st key as her present but will now take my business elsewhere

    My daughter was hoping to buy earrings for my Granddaughter but was asked at the door why she wanted to go in and what she wanted to buy, just because you aren't dripping diamonds doesnt mean you don't have any. The way they looked at us and spoke was unac ceptable. Le Gassick got the $900 sale

    Came in to pick up chain for necklace and we were told to wait. 20 minutes after waiting, lady comes out, doesn't look like she knows what she's doing at all as she was new and the staff that are working there did not help her properly resulting in another 15 minute delay, now we have been waiting for 35 minutes just to pick up one necklace chain. Eventually the manager had to come out and assist her.... THIS IS DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT AND A WASTE OF OUR TIME! I'm going to tell everyone how disresepctful your customer service is and definitely not recommend this place to many people I know.

    Had to wait 40 minutes to pick something up, staff did not help us while we were waiting for a new staff memeber to sort out the transaction, she had no idea what she was doing, and had another staff help her and still didn't know what she was doing and had to get the manager out... manager was disresepctful and did not apologize for wasting our time. Never coming back here again.

    Sent a complaint to customer service from the unprofessional service received when making an appointment to attend Tiffany and upon entry was advised that person had the day off so would have to rebook. Was called regarding said complaint on the public holiday Monday so had missed the call, on returning the call the following day (Tuesday) advised that 'i'm on my day off so I can hear your complaint on Thursday when i'm back'. Have always been a loyal client to Tiffany however it seems it's no longer reciprocated and they're all about the money and not about the client experience.

    Went there and was asked to wait for their staff got free. After almost 20mins wait and got cut line by someone who just came in and they got served straight away. No one came forward us to see whether we wanted to try something or not. Cool you are not the only place sell diamonds.

    To the manager of Tinffany & Co at Pacific Fair. I am writing on behalf of mum, Jane Luppino as she does not have a google account. Let me first say it’s always such a pleasure coming into your wonderful store. I come in quite often with my husband, and purchased quite a few pieces. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I can’t let this go, because I have to say I have had the most exceptional and professional service from Alice every single time. She goes above and beyond with helping me find exactly what I need and looking for and making my husband and I feel very comfortable with her welcoming and friendly personality. Even when my husband and I go grocery shopping and walk past the store, she would always stop and acknowledge us, smile and ask us how we are going, which is a very rare but wonderful quality to have.     This customer service of this place is not good. Was apparently short staff, but there was staff just standing out talking and not helping. Will not be back and will tell everyone how bad this place is and to go elsewhere.

    My son bought me the gold Return To Tiffany heart earrings for my birthday and I couldn't be more in love with them. Tina who served us is amazing and couldn't be more helpful. From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed and she was so lovely. I wasn't there when my son actually purchased them a couple of weeks later but he said she was so great and praised him for spoiling him mum 🥰 Thank you so much ❤️

    I was there a month or so!! I was looking for wedding ring!! Standing there waiting for her to finish with other Client, Yeah finally but guess what happening she didn't say anything and walk off😡 Ok, I give it a second chance,I'm come back again with my girlfriend nothing change😡😡 Poor customer service,never never come again!!👎 👎 👎 👎 👎

    My mum and I booked an experience at this store for my birthday and I can say it wasn't short of amazing. We had the pleasure of being served by David who was extremely friendly and personable. He made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to provide us the best service possible. Something I will remember forever, thank you David.

    3 months ago my return to tiffany bracelet and keyring fell apart, i took them into the store to get them sent away to be fixed. I agreed to paying up to $90 for each item to be fixed. 2 weeks later i got a text message that the items were ready, when i went into the store only my bracelet was ready to be picked up but unfortunately they put too many beads on the bracelet that it fell off my wrist, the staff were not very understanding or apologetic about the situation nor did they have an answer for me for how long it will take for the bracelet to be sent away again or how much longer the keyring would be. 2 weeks after that i got another text message that the items were ready, the following day i went into the store to collect my items but only the bracelet was ready to be collected (four weeks later). The lady told me that they had sent me a text message that i had to confirm for them to fix the bracelet, which i did not understand as i had confirmed i wanted the bracelet to be fixed when i sent it away to be fixed?. I showed the lady my phone and there was no message/ evidence of them trying to call me or get ahold of me. I still do not have a keyring almost 6 weeks later. I called the tiffany service number 3 days ago to follow it up and i have not heard/ received any news since then. I have been a loyal customer to Tiffany and Co for many years and i am offended by service i was given, for the price and hype around this brand it is extremely disappointing that this is the experience i have had with them recently.

    Omg, such amazing customer service. I can say I wasn’t dressed to impress today and I wasn’t judged or looked at funny lol.. my first time here and I actually only wanted to come to pac fair just for a piece of Jewellery, I’m very simple and easy to please so I found something pretty fast. The beautiful person that served me today was amazing and I can’t thank her enough for the hospitality she was awesome!

    The staff at Tiffany & Co. Pacific Fair store were so helpful and caring when I needed assistance after damage caused to my new ring. I am so grateful for their incredible customer service- it was so unexpected and honestly the most kind and helpful customer service a brand has ever offered to me (And saved me from a devastating outcome). Thank you and I'll love this brand forever thanks to this store... I will be telling everyone I know about how incredible and helpful this store and brand is :)

    Today I went into Tiffany’s pacific fair to have a necklace cleaned as I want to pass it on to my daughter for Xmas. I was told that I now needed an appointment to do cleanings!! Seems the rules have changed since my last visit. The service I received by Joel was so wonderful. He was told I couldn’t get it done without an appointment by two other staff members but he forged on and spoke with the manager who said yes!! He made my day. He was compassionate and so understanding of xmas pressures. I can’t speak highly enough of this young man. I do have to say however that I noted a couple of other staff there were very unfriendly/rude which I found quite disappointing! At stressful times like these it’s the small things like a smile or small acts of kindness that make the difference. Thank you Joel you have made my Christmas 5 stars for you and your manager but I give the other staff with attitude a 1 star!! Plus the store opened 10:05am what’s with that?

    The worst service and quality ive ever experienced. A necklace was purchased for my birthday and went black over night! Tried to return the next day or swap for something else and they refused to do anything about it. They offered me a clean. As i walked out of tiffany and co the necklace fell off as the clasp wouldnt close properly. All in the space of 24 hours! Poor quality, poor service. I'm in disbelief that a business like this will make you pay for the name but dont live up to the standards of service that you would expect.

    This shop has no idea about customer service. I came to the store today at midday and asked if I could have my earrings and ring cleaned, this is a service they say they offer. I was told to come back at 4pm, obviously I wasn't going to hang around for 4 hours. I said that I was going away the staff person said "Well, you can come when you come back". I have spent a lot of money in this store and the Sydney store, so I find this very annoying. By the way there was no one in the store when I asked for this service.

    I have had a pair of earrings on order with Tiffany & Pacific Fair since September 2021 I paid a $1000 deposit to have them ordered in for me! Fast forward to March 2023 and after numerous attempts to get a manager to call me I went into the store! I explained the situation clearly to the staff and I was treated with arrogance and they inferred that I already had the earrings! I demanded that they investigate the issue of the missing earrings as I can guarantee them I don’t own a pair. The result in their words was you need to prove you don’t have the earrings! I had a heated discussion with the manager and told them I would be taking it further and they needed to double check their CCTV cameras As I was going to The dept of Fair Trading and Channel Nines ACA. Funnily enough an hour later they had found the earrings that their management annd staff accused me of taking. I told them I didn’t want the earrings I want a refund! The store manager was not even sure if this could be done! Thankfully , I received my refund today when I took my card instore! Yet, I never even received an apology and was treated with contempt. I am disgusted in the Tiffany Store @ Broadbeach and will never step inside the doors again! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

    We specifically went to Tiffany’s at Pacific Fair to buy our daughter a gift today. When we got to the entry we were told that there wasn’t anyone free to serve, but they’d just be a few moments. We went for a wander for 10 minutes and came back and asked if we could come in now. We were told there would still be a short wait. I asked how long a short wait was and she said maybe 10 minutes. I told her we knew what we wanted, so could we just come in to make the purchase as it wouldn’t take long at all. Again we were told no. So we left. It’s unbelievable to me that when you want to spend $450 and it would only take 5 minutes of their time, that they don’t want your money. I think they should have a sign up at the entry to tell you that they’re not interested in selling you anything. So we’ll spend our money elsewhere where they offer customer service. Perhaps they should invest in having more than a couple of staff on the floor to serve as it certainly wasn’t busy in there.

    Just wanted to take the time to say thank you for stuffing me around the last 2 weeks. You quite happily took my full payment for the item, however it was all too hard to provide me with an update on when my item would arrive. Surprisingly, after 3 phone calls to the hotline, you inform me the item is now out of stock. Not only have I now missed the international shipping deadline for Christmas, but am back to the drawing board regarding a gift. Your customer service and communication is appalling. 07/12/20 I have sent you numerous messages via email, Facebook and your website as per your requests. No one from Tiffany has bothered to contact me.

    I am so pleased to be able to share my positive experience at Tiffany & Co. Broadbeach. I was here yesterday with my cousin and we purchased some gorgeous items as we waited for my engagement ring to be cleaned. We felt extra special with service given by sales professional Katalin Goboly who was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. There is plenty of room in the store, it is spotlessly clean and the selection on display is only a fraction of what is available. I recommend you check online if there’s a specific piece you’re wishing to purchase so that the sales professionals can show you as it may be under the counter. Parking at Pacific Fair is ample and I’ve never had a problem each time I visit. Who needs breakfast at Tiffany’s on 5th Avenue, NYC when one can have a simply wonderfully memorable experience of sparkling water served in Tiffany & Co. crystal glasses, champagne and delicious Tiffany & Co. bow cookies as we relaxed in the Private lounge. This was really something special. Thank you 🙏
