New grooming staff. My beautiful dog looks hacked into and looks like a toddler cut his hair. They should be paying me to practice on my dog. Biggest waste of money.

Absolutely horrific experience at this store. My dog was groomed terrible, his coat ruined, and knotted. My dog was terribly stressed at pick up time. Manager was basically zero help.

I got there at 5.58pm tonight and the doors were locked. The young guy in there looked at me and shook his head. All I needed was a roll of dog food to feed my 2 dogs tonight. You should advertise that you are shutting earlier than 6pm if the doors are locked before then. Usually impressed with this store but disappointed to be locked out before the advertised closing time with no food for my dogs tonight as they have allergies to other foods.

The Robina Store is the Best on the Gold Coast. All The Staff are so friendly and helpful. Always a good Experience. Thank You Paul & Jai for always looking after me. So knowledgeable.

Sales Assistant was extremely pleasant, helpful and patient. I often visit Petbarn Robina and am always very satisfied with my visit. And I visited again on 24 October and once again it was a very pleasant experience. Thomas assisted me and he was so pleasant, friendly and helpful, all the staff always carry heavy items to my car, we are fortunate to have a great Petbarn in Robina.

Great store, always available, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, great specials and every day prices. But beyond that, did a click and collect and the staff member double checked the order, realised the dog food was wrong and replaced it. How good is that! We wouldn't have noticed until we went to open it this week, and have had the hassel of having to return, and unhappy puppies!! Highly recommend these guys, I remember when they opened and they were spot on, and now they just keep going from strength to strength.

Always helpful service, This particular Petbarn seems to be the only one that has the Taste of the wild brand on the shelf and when I called to check they had some before I drove over, Brittany on the phone was super lovely/bubbly and popped a bag aside for me to come pick up, appreciate the service!

Had my Samoyed groom here which is a challenging job for even the best groomers. the groomers who listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't let me down by producing a fantastic result. My Samoyed look like a show dog after about 1 hour of grooming.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, aisles were well organised, could have better conditions for some pets I believe but all in all a good department with fair prices.

The young guy who served me today 5/1/19 around 3pm was so rude! I asked him how many points I had and he barely replied then he told me the total price and I misheard him and he was rude about that again; after I paid he said have a nice day but he said it in a bad tone almost like making fun of me. He walked away and you could tell he was annoyed and didn’t care about being there or giving a good customer service. Will be going to Petstock just around the corner from now on

I recently visited this pet shop and had a pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave my little dog a treat. It made my dog's day. Overall, it was a good visit for my furry baby.

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about different breeds of dogs and cats, with a wide range of products and stock available. It's generally easy to find a car park, and the staff always offer to assist taking products to your car or providing a trolley if you need. The dog wash facility is handy, and our dogs love it. There is a grooming service available in store, but our dogs don't require that. The dogs are always spoiled with treats and fresh water at the door.

Great store. The layout was clear and well signed. The staff were amazing and helpful. I was unaware of their return policy and the staff explained in detail that helped me incredibly. The staff assisted with helping me to the car with my purchase. Best petbarn store I have been to. Definitely recommend.

I take Richie to this storeFor his bathing as the water is always a consistent temperature and I have always found the facilities to be kept clean. The staff are friendly and happy and always give Richie a treat and a pat.

We have a membership at Petbarn and get discounts on food products purchased. I did not purchase anything last month, so I didn't qualify for a discount this month. We get the best value for Royal Canin at Petbarn, so I bought the dog food anyways. When I asked if they had any free samples, which they have had in the past, the gentleman gave me a package of dog food that he checked to make sure was compatible to what I had purchased, so my dog would not have any tummy issues. It was really nice of him to take the time to do that and my dog loved the treat.

I have bought special dog food 18 kg at 60 dollars a week ago. And when I served it, it was full of spider webs. I digged to check if all food underneath is like that... and it was covered by web even below. Why do they sell such damaged products. I have 2 18kg bags... now it is so hard to carry them back to the shop. And I was excited for no reason... other than that, they are very helpful, always carry dog food to my car.

Was really surprised and disappointed by the unfriendly, unhelpful staff member today. Usually all the staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This guy was not really interested at all....did not greet us and it felt like we were in his way. I had ordered some savourlife online 15kg. He seemed happy to let my teenage daughter struggle with it to the car. I asked if he could help us with it....he told us to move our car to the loading zone. We waited there for a while.Then I had to enter the store to see why he hadn't brought it out. He saw me and then walked off, so I had to grab it myself and put it into the car myself even though I am a middle-aged woman!.....very poor customer service. I would suggest more training in smiling and being helpful. Wednesday 18th Jan 2023.

Went to the store to buy puppy food. Noticed that all the shelves had sale labels in front of all the bags of dog food. Got to the counter and noticed the sale deal was not included. Told the lady about the sale sign. Buy one get the second bag at half price. Then had to get the sale label as she wouldn't do it. She then noted that it was only for the 2kg and below. I kindly pointed out that all the dog food on the shelves was 15kg bags.Why is the label on the large bags and not in the appropriate spot? I stated that it was an error on petbarns and false advertising. She refused to honour the deal even though the labels on the shelf are wrong and placed in front of the wrong items. She was rude and had terrible customer service.

The girls in the Grooming Salon are so kind and always so accepting and understanding of our dog. Our dear Rosie pooch is the most adorable Bullmastiff X Sharpei - she gets anxiety etc, and the girls are not detered by her size, you can tell they love what they do and they dont make me feel like my treaured Rosie is not welcome. They do a great job of her nails too- i actually only go to Petbarn becuase of the Saturday grooming salon gals :) Even though all of the staff are always so helpful and kind.

Whether you have a Cat, Dog, Bird or Fish the Petbarn is an ideal place to go for their food, bedding , cages or tanks. Most items are Vet approved. After Bunnings - I enjoy going to the Petbarn. However, due to current restrictions in regard to social distancing, visiting these places are very limited until further notice.

After shopping at this store for over a decade, before and after it became a Petbarn, i will not be returning. The staff at this store are now incredibly rude and unhelpful. They lack any insight into customer service and you have to wonder how they survive in such an industry. It's a legacy lost that Belinda and her fantastic team created. Head to the ones at Burleigh or Nerang where you get all the great Petbarn stock and wonderful service as well.

We moved from Robina to Arundel and we still bring our dog to this Petbarn for grooming because they do such a good job! In fact we’ve been going there since before it was a Petbarn. The girls in there are always lovely and happy to see Fur. (And we always make sure we arrive on time 🤣)

Sorry I cannot remember her name but she’s a tall woman with long dark hair. She’s super friendly and just makes you feel welcome when you come in store.

First time my dog went for a groom and the staff at Petbarn Robina did a wonderful job. We will definitely return:) My second review and again had a really good experience. This time took both our dogs to wash ourself at Robina Petbarn and had very friendly and helpful service. Really nice place to visit.

Petbarn is great massive range for all sorts of domesticated animals. I do suggest if you run into the staff member that I first spoke to choose another staff member to speak to or drive further down the road to the other Pet Barn and go there because it might spoil your experience at what I believe is a really great store. They also have very competitive prices. The staff member I changed to was extremely helpful and had an abundance of knowledge about products and different options for not only my partner's cats but also our outdoor aquarium.

Good pet store helpful staff

Was told to turn up between 8.30 and 9am to fill a cancelled grooming spot. I had every intention of being there at 8.30. I had had hand surgery so was waiting for my partner to come off night shift to take me. He got held up so I drove myself to be greeted by " you were supposed to be here at 8.30. Im busy, I have a dog in the bath. You'll have to wait! Im here by myself!! The lady was so rude I wasn't going to leave my dog there if that's how she treats people. Also the fact there was at least 6 dogs all running around in the front with no one watching. I then received a text confirming my 8.30am appt at 10.40am !! Pity, I have been a customer of that particular Petbarn since it opened. The staff in the retail side are awesome and I have even taken my puppy there for puppy school, also awesome.
