I give it one star just because there is no minus or zero at least. I went there even though I've read the reviews! Such a mistake! I planned a surprise ring for my girlfriend and I have tried to create a ring for her but the skinny lady there looked at me when describing the ring like I've asked for her first born child! So rude, she gave me such an attitude, totally put me off from buying anything from there. Next time I'll be walking in there they have to pay me!!!

Disgusting. They sold me and another person a pair of earrings, mine are fine but someone I know is finding hers uncomfortable. They promised her that if she found them uncomfortable when sleeping, she can bring them back for a refund or exchange. Brought them back for a refund and they denied her. I do not recommend going here under any circumstances, there is better jewellery out there for ANY occasion. I admit, I struggled to find something nice in that store, any other jeweller is better than this one. Despicable and horrible staff that work there. Don't waste your money in here, it's not worth it.

I cannot rate DB high enough. Pattie went above and beyond to ensure my custom diamond wedding band was perfect. Nothing was too much of an ask for her and the turn around time was impressive. I didn't encounter a single issue from start to finish with my order. I am extremely impressed with the quality of my ring and I will go back to DB again for future purchases. The customer service you receive from all other staff members is exceptional, everyone is super friendly, not like the service you get at Michael Hill.

If you are looking for a quality jeweller you must visit Diamond Boulevard. We were very happy with the friendly and knowledgable customer service and the beautiful engagement ring we purchased a number of years ago. Unfortunately just recently one small diamond on the side of ring was lost - as soon as we contacted Diamond Boulevard they confirmed their work was guaranteed and just bring the ring in to have a look. Overnight the diamond was replaced, the ring was professionally cleaned and it looks like new - we were so impressed and appreciated being looked after so well. I honestly could not fault Patti and the team at Diamond boulevard. Engagement ring was purchased in 2014 and still looks as new as day my husband picked it, they altered an heirloom to become my wedding band and custom made my eternity ring. I'm always met with a smile and very knowledgeable and respectful staff. It is worth the 1.5hr drive as they take care of their product and take pride in their work. I'll be coming back as long as they are in business because I know my rings will outlive me!

BEWARE!! I had a terribly devastating experience with Diamond Boulevard and the owner John Gough. My husband purchased what he understood to be a voucher for me to go into the store to create my own dream ring. Unbeknown to him they sold him a diamond that could not be made into the type of ring that I wanted. John, the owner, was extremely unhelpful and refused to offer a reasonable solution. We were stuck with a stone that we couldn’t use. We have since got the diamond that we paid $10,000 for valued and it’s valued at $800!! Be very wary of diamonds that you buy here. Diamond Boulevard is deceitful. I urge you very strongly to avoid this store at all costs. This company really devastated my husband and I. What should have been a beautiful, romantic 20th anniversary gift turned into such a sad and frustrating occasion and left us $10,000 out of pocket. I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews but I would hate for anyone else to go through what we went through. Please think very carefully before purchasing from this store. There are lots of other quality and trustworthy jewellers around. John, If you want to rectify this please get in touch.

We had quite a specific design in mind so we were then able to speak to one of their consultants (who is also a gemologist), who likewise was very pleasant and paid close attention to what we were describing. We custom ordered our ring with a diamond she helped us find on a global registry. It was made in-store and sent where we needed it. We are extremely happy with the end-product and are immensely grateful for the assistance they provided to us.
