    Remember that scene in first Captain America where Steve gets hit with vita rays and starts screaming but then he yells that he can keep going? When you do EMS you will begin to understand what he was feeling. You feel very very good afterwards however. When the machine finally turns off you will be entering the state of Nirvana for a brief moment. Totally worth it.

    When a friend of mine recommended a workout that took less than half an hour that you only have to do once or twice a week, I knew I had to try it out. I didn't know what to expect but the staff were great with guiding me through the process. Shortly after my 12th session, my physio and I decided to stop regular sessions, my improvement had been so much. Worthy of note: the gym has a really great community feel. Even though I'm only there for one-on-one sessions weekly, I felt like I was part of the crowd from very early on.

    Great way of working out effectively. It was fun and it helped me to train parts of my body I did not know was possible. Trainer Tiae is very personable and fun to work with. I would recommend anyone to try it out. Thank you.

    As a middle aged woman, I was desperate to get myself back feeling healthy again. I am not a natural athlete and maintaining a strict regime of lengthy exercise and careful food intake was wearing me down. The results were slow and often disappointing. With a gentle nudge of encouragement from the terrific team at Riverside gym, I started weekly EMS sessions with Bionic Fitness. I haven’t looked back. Yes, I still try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, eat sensibly and exercise regularly but the results when I included EMS once a week were obvious. I felt so much better! My fluid retention diminished, my muscles strengthened and toned quickly. The effort was minimal. Now I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit sore after 2 days, (especially if I went the extra yard so to speak). But for me, it was a relief to find something that actually made a difference. I have dropped a dress size, can get into the clothes that were at the back of my closet. I haven’t bought a kaftan in months 😉 For any women out there who are hormonal, desperate to get their body shape and self confidence back.... try it!

    I gave EMS a go after a couple of mates of mine recommended it, and it was a surprisingly good workout! You will definitely feel it (in a good way!) after a session. I've been back a couple of times since that first session, and it seems to compliment my running quite nicely. 5 stars.

    After months of shoulder pain and not being able to train, I discovered Bionic Fitness which has been a game changer. Michael and Tiae are both amazing trainers. Love starting my day with an EMS session...and my shoulder issues are long gone!

    Tia and the team are incredibly professional and caring. Bionic fitness is the perfect exercise program to fit into my busy schedule and I was amazed at how much of a work out the machine gives my body. Fantastic exerience and recommend to all that want to get on top of their physical goals.

    Being a skeptic, I didn't expect to see any results when my wife, Louraine, started her sessions with Tiae, and was pleasantly surprised to see how noticeably her figure changed. When the doc told me to loose 10kg, I looked up Bionic Fitness and was thoroughly impressed with how professional, kind and cordial Michael, Hamish and Tiae were. Being "shocked into shape" is a daunting concept at first, but the instructors are kind and the results are real. I noticed a genuine lift in mood, reduction in back pain and increase in core muscle strength after just a few sessions. If hard-core bull-whip workout regimes aren't your thing, give Bionic fitness a try - you might be as surprised as I've been.

    There’s nothing like getting electrocuted on a Monday morning to set you up for the week haha. Best workout I’ve ever done! Two half an hour sessions a week and you feel great! Seriously though, thanks to Michael and Tiae for all the hard work, changing up the exercises and routines all the time. It’s always a challenge!

    I've been doing EMS with Tiae and the team at Riverside Fitness for about 18 months now and cannot recommend them highly enough!! Since childhood, I seem to have been on a roller coaster of fatigue, joint issues, illnesses which has seen me struggle to maintain a regular regime of exercise. EMS has been a lifesaver! 2 sessions a week and at 52 I now have the best calf muscles I've ever had and my body is a lot more toned than ever. Along with Tiae, the support from Eli, Michael and the onsite physio team, why would I go anywhere else?

    I have been doing Bionic fitness since last year. I started bionic to assist in my rehabilitation after doing my ACL in September 2022. This has assisted in my recovery and for my return to sport. It is great how it works every muscle in your body whilst doing exercises and it only takes 25 minutes. I would recommend that you give bionic fitness a try.

    I’ve been doing EMS for 6 weeks now with Michael and I’m both enjoying it and feeling fitter and clearer mentally. I’ll continue this as I feel it’s a good use of time and money to help with general fitness and wellbeing without having to go the the gym everyday.

    I can't rave enough about this place. Tia, Michael and Ellie are absolutely fabulous and the EMS system is amazing! I was very sceptical at first. However, I have been training 2 sessions per week over 18 weeks now and I feel great. Cellulite has gone, noticably toned, core strength is the best it's been in a long time and overall I am more energised.

    Tiae is my instructor and I see her fortnightly although I started with intensive weekly sessions. The Bionic Fitness system has worked wonders for my lower back strength and pelvic floor. I would recommend it to anyone.

    Great studio with passionate staff members. Super Complex place to reach your goals with the highest levels of professionalism and empathy. Super easy to access as the car parking is always available. Great combo of different activities- EMS, functional gym and Pilates. Easy to schedule and communicate with. Highly recommended!

    My lord what a workout!! So efficient and good! How do more people not do this! I’ve lost 10kg in 8 weeks. 2 sessions a week at 25mins each. Doesn’t get much better than that!!

    WOW, what a concept! The staff are amazing, guiding you through the process comfortable and making it feel very very normal! The workout was nuts! Crazy good and all done in less than 30 minutes! Talk about time efficient! Only wish it was closer to my work / home!

    Have really enjoyed my sessions at Bionic Fitness, I was a tad sceptical to begin with but was quickly won over. My running speed has improved and little niggles I used to feel have disappeared. Tiae and Michael are knowledgeable and genuinely nice people which makes the sessions enjoyable. For such a small investment of time I have found it very beneficial.
