As
a
middle
aged
woman,
I
was
desperate
to
get
myself
back
feeling
healthy
again.
I
am
not
a
natural
athlete
and
maintaining
a
strict
regime
of
lengthy
exercise
and
careful
food
intake
was
wearing
me
down.
The
results
were
slow
and
often
disappointing.
With
a
gentle
nudge
of
encouragement
from
the
terrific
team
at
Riverside
gym,
I
started
weekly
EMS
sessions
with
Bionic
Fitness.
I
haven’t
looked
back.
Yes,
I
still
try
to
maintain
a
healthy
lifestyle,
eat
sensibly
and
exercise
regularly
but
the
results
when
I
included
EMS
once
a
week
were
obvious.
I
felt
so
much
better!
My
fluid
retention
diminished,
my
muscles
strengthened
and
toned
quickly.
The
effort
was
minimal.
Now
I
would
be
lying
if
I
said
I
wasn’t
a
bit
sore
after
2
days,
(especially
if
I
went
the
extra
yard
so
to
speak).
But
for
me,
it
was
a
relief
to
find
something
that
actually
made
a
difference.
I
have
dropped
a
dress
size,
can
get
into
the
clothes
that
were
at
the
back
of
my
closet.
I
haven’t
bought
a
kaftan
in
months
😉
For
any
women
out
there
who
are
hormonal,
desperate
to
get
their
body
shape
and
self
confidence
back....
try
it!
