Location is great, just a short walk into the heart of Burleigh. The staff are the most unhelpful staff I have ever come across, it was actually laughable….. food and drink left in the kitchen cupboards from guests before me… kitchen was filthy along with the rest of the apartment. Mould is throughout the shower and makeup stains were on the pillow. We called to ask for another pillow and to tell them about the cleanliness of the apartment and no one ever came or followed up!!!! We did a massive clean when we arrived in this room because it was so filthy and we couldn’t bare the thought of using the kitchen and bathroom without wiping it down first ourselves. Overall, the customer service and cleanliness was a massive dampener on the mood… probably wouldn’t stay here again unless there were no other options!

**0/5 STARS ** Worst stay ever on Gold Coast..... stay clear. Most unprofessional staff. When tried to talk to staff about my concerns, told to leave the front desk! False advertising on the room paid for. Was not what was shown online. Do not trust the pics of what you think you are getting. Dirty apartment - sheets not changed. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Would of loved to give this place 4star review based on accomodation and location BUT the customer service, and way of running is hopeless!! 👎👎 when we arrived with 3 cranky kids after an all day flight we had to wait out the front in the cold for 20 minutes waiting for them to pickup the phone!! At 5pm no one was at reception. I have never had this at any other hotel, it was terrible. Also Half way through our stay they just turned our security fob off! That’s right I had to walk around the entire block with 2 sandy screeming kids on a busy road because they just stopped our entry method because we hadn’t gone to reception to update our security payment or something. Surely a phone call or visit prior to doing this would of been easy? They tell me it’s all in the fine print. Because every family reads that.. if they had someone on reception when we checked in, all would of been well. A one off text told us to come to reception to check details, I didn’t resize that meant we couldn’t get to our room if not complete ASAP. There 2 things were really disappointing and created a lot of frustration for a young family. The accomodation and facilities were actually awesome and location to everything. Including a bus stop out the front.

Lovely, spacious apartments. Backs on to Burleigh beach. Wonderful amenities. Front of house couldn't be more helpful. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great location... beach across the road and restaurants and supermarket 8 min walk. Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment LVL 10 room 66. Beautiful views. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Great spa and gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen had everything for cooking. Would definitely go back again. Burleigh Beach is abit quieter than Surfers for now. Checked in after hours - was really easy.

Have been staying here for years for holidays and it has really gone downhill in terms of service & quality of the apartments. Won’t be back after our most recent stay and how unprofessional management was. They are very rude and just tell you to check out if you have an issue with your room rather than resolving the issue. We spoke to multiple residents who live in the building who were very angry/frustrated with the management. The rooms we have booked recently are never as per the booking description (books an ocean view and has no ocean view or has old dirty furniture & no blinds or limited appliances nothing like the photos). The cleaning standards are not good. So disappointed as we are used to staying at least 4/5 times a year and it used to be our favourite place to stay.

*down $1500 due to deceitful lying and in professionalism of the team** When we arrived to our booked accommodation, The room was absolutely nothing like the photos so DONT go off the photos online. We booked the 3 bed apartment 4 months prior to staying there and got the bottom floor. The view was non existent just looked out to other apartments and the people in the pool had clear view of inside our apartment and the room which clashes with the advertised "Even our low floor apartments offer a wonderful perspective of the Pacific Ocean from your spacious balcony" which is polar opposite of how they're advertising it and the view was nothing like the photos at all. It was not cleaned properly, hair still on the lounge with marks, carpet had marks all over it and the walls had splatter of yellow which looked like someone had vomited, the toilet wasn’t even flushed properly still had old toilet paper in it, there was food on the glass door. Looked like someone from schoolies just left or there had been a party or something. We discussed our concerns with Kim (the receptionist) who told me verbally that if we checked out immediately we would receive a full refund. The manager is now emailing me stating that they cannot give a refund. I never would have checked out of the room if I wasn't assured of the refund - I simply could not afford to pay for another room and only went elsewhere as they had no other availability to replace the room and was only offered a refund in the first place as they had nothing else to offer me.

Very modern hotel, spacious rooms, excellent facilities (spa, pool, bbq, gym). Directly across road from Burleigh Heads beach. Friendly staff on check in and check out. Very well set up kitchen, with everything you need to cook at home. Laundry facilities in the room.

Apartment was not anything like advertised. Dirty and outdated lounge, musty smell throughout, and cleanliness of a poor standard. Location abd pool the only positive. Garden area like a construction zone. Booked for 7 nights and left after 2.

We don't want to leave 😭😆 We would loooove to book in again in another month or two, would absolutely love to come back 💜💜💜 doubt the top floor will be available though.. which is okay but if it is 'that'll be us again!' 🌅Views are outstanding, service is absolutely fantastic. After hours help was there within a few minutes when we managed to lock our keys in our room 🤦‍♀️😅 staff were always more than happy to assist with a smile. Management were truely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the very highest standard at all times. With 2 young children that was soooo awesome. We checked in after hours and provided you read their welcome letter you will be fine... which is common sense if you havent spoken to any staff yet. There have to be some boundaries and the extra security made me feel looked after to be honest with a young family 😊❤️From my family to you guys at Broadwalk Burleigh, Thankyou so much for our stay!!

Amazing place to stay! The views are spectacular and the location is perfect. It was a very special and memorable stay. I loved it so much I extended my stay. I highly recommend!

What can I say. Second time staying here and it was fantastic. The rooms amazing The cleanness was second to none. The reception staff could not do enough for us. So great the pool is now heated. Looking forward to a return stay in the near future. Well done to Burleigh Boardwalk 🥂🥂

This place is being ran in a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY. Flew in from the United States, finally get here and nobody answers the number. Nobody answers the after hours number. Me and 3 other families are outside the doors ringing numbers trying to get ahold of someone for 20 minutes. Eventually we get ahold of an employee and he is RUDE!? Says we don’t have a booking and then we prove it with a confirmation… and he doesn’t even have the professionalism to apologize. Everything about this place screams $30 dollars a night and yet I’m being charged like crazy for this SUBPAR service it’s insane. DO NOT come here

Guys it depends on which room you we're staying in. I don't know why you 100% wouldn't recommend just because YOUR room was bad. 61% of people rate this place a 5/5 so it's probably just some of the room. If you don't like the view you can ask for a room with a good view and book the place like a year advance.

Firstly it was unfortunate that the website didn’t disclose construction next door, although noise was minimal due to good double glazed windows the view was of a crane. The apartment itself was a good size, good cupboard space but seriously lacking hangers, comfy beds and good tv. The cooking equipment was awful, everything burnt or stuck to pots. Didn’t bother using pool or spa as the same families took over the area our entire stay. I would go on an early morning walk each day and even at 7.30am these people had placed towels on every chair so no one else could use them, the pool and spa ridiculously small for size of complex.. That’s ok prefer the beach anyway. The big disappointment was the cleaning or lack of. Upon checking in to our room only one bath towel provided for 3 people. Unfortunately we had to wait until next day to get the extra towels as reception closes ridiculously early. The previous guests had left dirty cutlery and plates in dishwasher, cleaners should have picked up on this. There was mould in both showers and there was hair on one of the single beds pillowcase. General surfaces looked dirty also. For the cost of this stay I would have expected better quality and cleanliness. I would not stay here again

Beyond disgusted with everything about this place. Customer service is appalling and the rooms are somehow even worse - when we arrived the room was nothing as displayed online (through their direct website), the view was obscured with no water in sight at all and the room was filthy with stains on the wall and carpet that looked like vomit along with hair and food all over the couch, doors and walls. When we discussed our concerns with the Receptionist Kim we were assured we would receive a full refund if we checked out immediately as they had no other rooms available to offer us as a replacement. We checked out and parted ways, all seemed well. Only to now receive one email refusing any refund with no motivation to resolve this at all. $1,500!!! I'll never be returning and wouldn't even recommend an enemy to stay here. Ridiculous requirements in their policy about maintaining the room, towel policies etc but they can't withhold them themselves.. disgusting.

Accommodation and facilities are great. Just don’t try to communicate with Management. The website description of their offering changed without notice AFTER we booked and paid in advance. We were told stay or go - either way there are plenty of rooms available on the Gold Coast.

Over all very good with apartment 79 on Level 12 being very spacious with a fantastic outlook - great for a family of 5. HOWEVER, it is poorly appointed no cook-wear that is really functional. Not even a can opener that works. Clothes drying rack is rusty and broken. Just a couple of the annoying deficiencies that would be reasonably expected when paying this sort of daily fee. If you’re staying for a day or 2 this place is great. We’ll come back and bring our own stuff for a week or so.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The location is perfect, short easy 10 minute walk to the main strip in Burleigh. The facilities are nice and new, definitely would recommend. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and although a little small for 4 people, it suited the 3 of us quite well.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, quite small compared with other places we have stayed in Burleigh. We were actually very disappointed, we booked and ocean view apartment and granted we can see the ocean from a side angle...but from a very small balcony and literally mostly overlooking the Gold Coast Highway and a building site...with the crane driver looking directly into our bedroom on the 17th floor! It was very expensive for this arrangement and not at all like any of the photos you will see on the website for the two bedroom apartments, so be warned! I agree with a few other reviews that the cooking equipment is generally dreadful, pans etc, very hard to cook with, no grater and whoever thought to put the crockery in the cupboard you can't open when the dishwasher is open clearly doesn't cook and clean up at home. The dishwasher was awful. On the upside the apartment was nice and clean, comfy beds, great TV...which was fortunate as I wasn't going to sit and look at the building site from the sub par balcony. Gym was good, pool and pool area way too small for the number of apartments. We stayed during bad weather so the beach was closed and I would usually enjoy watching a storm from the balcony...but not possible this time, despite paying more than usual because we thought it would be amazing... will book elsewhere next time.

Booked for mini beach break. If I had to sum up my stay in one word it would be "noisy". Unfortunately not at all relaxing. Apartment below was putting down new flooring - bang, bang, bang. Loud traffic noise from Gold Coast Highway (even on 10th floor) made it hard to sleep. Loud machine for window cleaning. Very loud gurney machine at the pool. Surprisingly the construction noise from nearby building construction was not much of a concern. A lovely little balcony area in the apartment but way too noisy to open apartment doors. Best feature is the beautiful landscaping of the gardens / pool area.
