Great quiet place to relax by the river. Care needed when entering car park, there are some big potholes. Great preserved local history. Good picnic area.

Some great videos of interest to me.. unfortunately they were not for sale (copyright issues I guess). Helpful staff and easy parking and access.

I was very impressed after visiting your museum yesterday. It was quite surprising as the exhibits were displayed professionably and there was a lot of photos showing the Tweed and surrounding areas. The videos were also great plus the attendant was very professional and really helpful.A visit is recommended to everyone whether a visitotr or local

Disappointed that the museum wasn't open, we had driven from Brisbane, brother from Tasmania, went to see where our parents Len & Beryl McCray ran the council camp grounds and shop located just before the bridge that use to be the tick gates.

Just mellowed out and take your thoughts back in time reading about how the Coast was back in the start

From here you can join the Endevour Cruises, Catch-A-Crab experience. 3 hours total. The first hour is lunch, a full mud-crab each with salad and other food. The other 2 hours are activities, Yabee catching, pulling up crab pots and fishing.
