LOVED the spacious, cleanest apartments. Stunning bathrooms and rooms. we booked 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom!! Definitely coming back! 2 adults 6 teenagers. Perfect!!!! Located Next to the Titans Rugby League Stadium (CBUS). Walking distance to servo and other little shops. Parking is $10 per car undercover need to book, or park out front or across the road at the train station (free parking).

New and clean, close to rail and Robina hospital. However the room layout is designed on the cheap. A tiny table with a fixed very narrow seat with a bolster at the base means you are sitting on the edge of the seat. You cannot lean back. There is not one but two power points on the wall, perfectly positioned at your middle back making this seat the most uncomfortable seat ever. While the shower has no sill the water hits the floor, runs under the door and runs across the bathroom floor.

We stayed here for a little less than a week for our trip to Gold Coast. We had a 2 bedroom apartment (plus sofa-cum-bed) for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. Personally, I am a fan of Quest chain, so my view will be slightly biased. This is located at a nice and quiet place. Robina Town Centre is less than 5 minutes away, which provides flexible choices for Food and other items. There is a train next door which we did not use. The property is quite new and therefore the room and corrridotrs etc are clean and we had no issues living here. Staff at the desk is very courteous and friendly. If I ever come back, I will definitely consider staying here again, Only issues we had. - Housekeeping service need to be improved. We had slight issues almost everyday. Though they were fixed when we asked.. would be a better experience for the guests if this is improved. - Basement parking is quite congested (in space) and limited (in number of spots). Some cars were left parked through the period of our stay.

We stayed here for a couple nights. The apartment was beautiful. Not only is the hotel dog friendly, which is a must for my family, we were even surprised when we entered the apartment to find a little dog bed, bowls, and a little bag of treats for our furry companion. Although it is right across from the train station, the trains stopped running early on, and the rooms are fairly well sound proofed. I was also very surprised by the lack of traffic in the area. We've stayed at a few hotels on the coast over the years, and you can always hear the sound of traffic at night, especially those loud exhaust modified cars that crackle and pop their way down main roads. But this area had next to no street noise. It was awesome. The pool is fairly small, though it's heated. And because there wasn't all that many guests in the hotel on the weekend we stayed, we had the pool to ourselves the entire time. There's also a lovely BBQ area right next to the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely come back. And if you're a football fan, it's literally across the road from Titans stadium. As a Broncos fan, I may just stay here next time we play the Titans on the road. Thanks, Quest Robina, for a lovely stay.

Excellent place to stay with your dog. They supply bed, treats & an outdoor space. I would definitely stay there again.

We had to spend the last year and a bit at Quest Robina due to house repairs and the team at Quest made our stay so lovely. Staff always smiling and willing to help however possible.! Rooms decent size and clean ! Wifi is decent ! Very good for pets, we brought our Fat Cat and she was happy and settled.! Super close to the shopping centre & train station. They even left us a nice Christmas gift!! I will for sure miss staying here and seeing everyone Thanks again

The front staff were good and helpful, especially since I had to return twice because both key cards wouldn't work, even after they did them a second time. Front staff had to come up after returning the second time to open the door!!! It cut down on the time I was able to relax. Room was great once I got in there!!

A short stay. Comfortable rooms. Very sound proof from outside noise. Clean bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Staff very polite and happy to help. Under cover secure carpark. Shuttle service to local restaurants! Thank you .

Nice rooms and the staff really made ourselves and our cat so welcome. There were personal touches such as a handwritten note and Easter egg. They organised an early checkin so our cat didn't have to stay in the car. I couldn't recommend the Quest robina more highly if you are travelling with a pet.

This hotel was beautiful, definitely had the 'luxurious' feel that a hotel should have, but has that amazing extra feature of being able to take your fur-baby making it that much more amazing. I will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone I know. Very good location! Very clean with beautiful rooms and awesome outside area for puppy.

Home away from home! Thank you to Kieren and his lovely team for being so welcoming and helpful during a very extended stay. I had the pleasure of spending a decent length of time at Quest. Everything was great, from all of the friendly team, to the beautiful modern rooms, the awesome pool and the convenient walks to nearby restaurants and Robina shopping centre. Kieren, I can’t thank you and your team enough for being so kind and taking the time to get to know each of your guests. I will miss all the lovely chats and smiling faces that I used to see while I was getting around the hotel. This really is a hidden gem in Robina and the fact that it’s pet friendly is even better!

I got the opportunity to stay at Quest twice whilst construction was happening at my home. Having stayed at Quest in total for over 12 months, I was very impressed with how quiet and well serviced the hotel consistently is. The staff are always very very friendly and helpful, and are always eager to assist with whatever they can. Underground parking was private and secure, and the location was walkable to the train station, coffee shops, Robina Town Centre, and many parks and parks. Kieren, the hotel manager, made sure my stay was perfect and accomodating - even when I often had to extend my stay at a last minute notice. A prime example of how the staff will take whatever steps that can to make your stay as good and painless as possible. I very much enjoyed my stays here, and will definitely pick Quest Robina again should I ever need a stay on the Gold Coast.

What a great exprience! Yesterday, two elderly ladies travelled to Quest from Lismore, for one night in order to attend a function at Glow Church. I had booked a room,with two single beds some months ago and when we arrived we found we'd been upgraded to a two bedroom unit on the 8th floor (was this the penthouse??). The unit was neat, tasteful, and on inspection of cupboards we found not one single item had been forgotten - I have never stayed in such a luxurious place. The beds were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the view was great. Prices very competitive too. Easy access by elevator from the secure car park right to our floor, which was great as my friend is awaiting a knee replacement and was in quite a bit of pain when walking. The staff were absolutely delightful, so friendly and helpful and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Centrally situated, we were able to take a taxi to the church, as I don't drive at night these days! There wasn't one negative thing we could say about Quest and I would certainly stay again if I need accommodation "up north." Thank you so very much for contributing to a very happy two days away, topped off by hearing two of the world's best preachers speak at Glow. We stayed here when my son had a 3 day tournament at the alabaster sports centre was only 10 min drive. Great quiet location. Air con, smart tv with smart phone sharing, ensuite and bath/shower with great dryer and washing machine. Beds where super comfy 1 Def a great place to stay.

Kieran and his team definitely know the true meaning of customer service. I'm staying at short notice due to insurance repairs on my unit and everyone at Quest Robina has gone out of their way to make things as simple and stress-free as possible...even helping me with a pet-friendly room. Cannot fault these guys, the rooms and the facilities!

Great, clean self catering rooms. Bonus of gym and pool on site too. Close to train station, town centre and lovely coffee shop.

Had an amazing stay in a one bedroom apartment, great room with full kitchen and dishwasher also great to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, friendly staff, comfy bed and great location!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was very convenient for the event at the stadium next door. I would definitely stay here again!!

My partner and I stayed here on Saturday night and we had an amazing stay. The staff were lovely and super helpful with checking in and parking. We got a room on the ground floor which had a mini backyard, and they even left a note and block of chocolate on the table in the room. The room was great value for money, I’d recommend checking it out :))

Clean room. Comfy bed. Don't expect your room to be serviced on Sunday. I'm not sure why. You will need to go to reception for milk etc. Inconvenient. When you are paying over $200 per night. Great little cafe is not far from the hotel. To be honest, I don't think i would stay there again.

Location was good with on site secure parking. We stayed in a studio unit. It was very basic, bland in fact. It did the job for a overnighter. I dont know how it is classed 4 star. Good supply of shampoo. conditioner, bodywash. Weird room entry, a single door into a barely door opening vestibule with 2 doors ie Room a Room b. All doors are difficult to hold open while you struggle with luggage. No fast emergency exit happening with this arrangement. Room did not smell fresh. I asked for a pet free floor. Ashtray on the small balcony which would account for the room smell. :( It would have been nice to have usb ports, although there is an abundance of power points. Overhead rain shower that's okay but provide a shower cap. Damage payment of $100 refundable but can take several days. That's such a negative implication and goes no where in covering repairs if that's what happens here. Overall, pleasant staff. Its unfortunate that they are let down by hotel standard.

My family had very good times here with our dog. Great service, super nice staff, clean and tidy. It’s the best dog friendly hotel in Australia.

We took our two Siamese cats for a few days. They were well catered for. We found the apartment and facilities very good. Handy location to Robina shops.

I cannot recommend Quest Robina more highly. I was in between places with pets and they went above and beyond to support me and my circumstances. The team is warm friendly and provided exceptional customer service. My room was clean, modern and lovely to stay in and they even provided my dog with some treats and toys. Do yourself a favour and choose Quest Robina.

This is the best accommodation ever. Having your pets with you counts for so much. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. It's definitely a five star service. Loved this place. Has a 2 night stay with our dog. Room was delightfully furnished and well equipped. Lovely bathroom and fantastic astro turfed courtyard at the rear. Fire alarm went off during the night and people assembled outside. There were quite a few dogs! I would have otherwise been unaware as there was no sound of dogs. Great free laundry on our floor so could wash and dry our clothes. Friendly staff. Walk to takeaway food stores.

Fantastic actual pet friendly accommodation and the staff are so nice and helpful. Great location, easy to get to everything and the anytime fitness gym is right next door! Lots of parks around to walk your dog and clean, tastefully decorated rooms. Reasonably priced to..I extended my stay and management were really helpful in arranging that. Will be a return guest I highly recommend

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We were offered an upgrde on arrival, which we willingly accepted and were very pleased we did. The location was within walking distance to the Robina train station - but we did not hear it at all! Our reception staff were very pleasant 😀

Hotel was pleasant. Convenient location. Friendly reception staff. Internet worked well and parking was fine. Room was clean and bed was decent. We enjoyed our stay and didn't find the train too bothersome - on a sports event day it may be a bit noisy in the area but we found it a pleasant overnight stay and I think it would be quite suitable for business travellers.

Awesome pet friendly accommodation. Our 1 bedroom self contained unit was immaculate and we had a fully fenced yard for our little dog. The staff were all very pleasant. Located only minutes from Robina Shopping Centre and right near Robina Station it was very well appointed. I would highly recommend this place.

I think the franchisees at Quest Robina have built a fantastic culture of customer service. I felt genuinely welcomed back when I stayed there for a second time. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they personalised the service and the rooms are clean and functional. Well done Quest Robina, I look forward to staying again.

Long-stay apartments are nice and on the top floors where the noise is significantly lower. Close to shopping mall and next to a train station, which surprisingly isn't that noisy when on the top floors. Quiet and clean, close to many places and a 15 minutes car-drive to the beach.

Great little place, room is compact but comfortable and has all the amenities. The laundry facilities are located on another floor with the pool and gym. Access to local gym (separate to quest gym) was a bonus. Underground parking was ample. Pool was prefect for a quick dip. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staying here for temporary accommodation. Staff are very professional and friendly; no request is too hard. Facilities are everything you could need. My wife and I are two young professionals who train at the gym regularly, they have a well set-up gym and the option to go to the Anytime Fitness next door. Pool area is lovely and inviting w/BBQ. Full conference room and business lounge. We are currently in a 1 - bedroom suite, very modern with laundry facilities. Good vibes here.

The staff here can't do enough for you. We had a business function here over 2 days and also stayed onsite. Apartments were modern with comfy beds and everything you needed including a coffee machine with pods! Business lounge was a fabulous area with plenty of room for a small group and set up with everything you might need. Catering provided was also very good. Proximity to the train station is handy and there was no noise from here at all. We had a BBQ by the pool in the evening and it was pleasant and cozy with the BBQ tools provided at reception free of charge. Thank you to all the fabulous staff who made our event amazing. We will return!

Lovely staff at reception. Room was decent size and very clean. Great parking. I also attended a conference onsite and conference room was very well appointed with excellent coffee and tea options. Morning and afternoon tea provided was exceptional. Will definitely return.

I stayed here with my dog Hugo, we loved it. The room was so clean and fresh, with such cute detail for pets! Other hotels should take a page from your book! I highly recommend this place and will be back!

What a great place to stay as they are pet friendly. When you arrive they welcome you but are very happy also to welcome your pet. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room to find a bed and two bowls for our Dexter (dog) also a Christmas card, present and treats. This was very special to us. The rooms were great Location noisey Customer service very very poor I left a shirt hanging in a wardrobe in our room After enquiring on 2 different occasions no one returned my call as they promised until over 2 weeks later saying it could not be found The shirt was a gift and not as important as the customer service I received which was very very poor. Maybe they should keep a better eye on housekeeping or take down a description correctly as they just couldn’t get it right Would never stay again

A minor hiccup when we arrived (room had not been cleaned) was resolved immediately and professionally. Our stay was lovely. Would definitely stay again, added bonus that we didn’t know when we booked is that doggos are welcome in some rooms. Something we will be considering for our next visit.

We stayed one night at the Quest Apartments in Robina with our pooch, and we could not fault the stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our dog was extremely well cared for with treats, toys and bed provided. Room was clean and you would not have known there were previously pets in the room. Will definitely recommend to others.

Never have we felt more welcome or catered for in a pet friendly room. The hotel and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, rooms were clean and everything was perfectly thought out and appointed. Only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer:-) A+++
