Just awesome. Place is so clean and tidy. Air conditioning blows freezing cold which is a life saver. Close to everything. Will be back again next year for sure.

Really good location, right in front of the beach and on the main road - close to shops and restaurants. The room is a decent size, and has everything you need. It's a bit old looking (it's been around for years, and has had upgrades), but still a good room. Room is clean on arrival. The amenities are good - pool, spa, sauna, games room, tennis court, putt putt, BBQ area, gym... you don't need to leave the resort to have a good time. And they also offer a number of different activities to do during the week, like kayaking (unfortunately, didn't get to try it out) and access to bikes (old, but does the job). They have Kids Club a number of days during the week, which is great as you're kids-free for a couple of hours and the kids have a great time - can hear them laughing as you approach the room to pick them up. They offer free parking with your room. The staff are lovely. One of the staff at reception saw my family out and about and called us over for a chat and recommendations on where to eat.

A wonderful 17 floor apartment resort in Coolangatta. Rooms are large and very comfortable with all the expected facilities. Most activities are on the 1st floor, including swimming pool, spa, sauna,BBQ area, bar, snooker, table tennis, tennis, mini-golf etc. Free bike hire is great as the resort is by the beach with excellent bike and walking pathways. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. As is a supermarket. Staff are very helpful and the resort is highly recommended.

Great location, clean and tidy rooms with just about everything you need. Kitchen could use things like more dish soap, bin bags and glad wrap. Vacuum in the room didn’t do great as we tried to clean up some sand from inside the room. We hired bikes which was very easy to do, bikes could definitely use a service as one of them wouldn’t change gears and the other one had its chain almost falling off. All little things though. Would stay again given location is too notch.

I have stayed here a few times and I usually suggest me friends to stay here also. We all love it. The location is great, rooms are a great size and it’s always great to see the beaming smile of Maxeen whenever we checkin or need anything. Seeing her every time we come is almost like coming home. Thank you

We come and stay at the Beach House once every couple years, usually for a week or two. It's a great place to stay, you get your own fully contained apartment. Full Kitchen, Laundry with dryer, 2 Bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms + a Pull out Double bed in the lounge and a massive Balcony. Our apartment could hold a family of 6 quite easily. It's nice to see they have updated the Kitchen and the appliances, the Internet (Really important for those that need WiFi as the 5G reception is touch and go. The best part of our unit is most definitely the view. Usually we get a front beach view, this time we got a corner unit on the 13th floor and WOW! The view was INSANE!, we could see right down the Coolangatta Beach. The Balcony was massive, but at the same time we had some nosey neighbours (I walk around in my briefs a lot). There's plenty to do, they have a Pool, Spa, Sauna, Game Nights, Bsr, Activities, free Bike Hire, a small Gym. Shops are really close by, such as Woolies, Chemist Warehouse etc. There are some Negative's that my Wife an I have. Room Cleaning is additional, the Master Bedroom is so so so HOT! We tried everything to get the air from the Split System that's located in the lounge down to our bedroom. There is a noisey ceiling fan in each bedroom, but its literally right over your face.. We found heat leaking through our front door, blocked it off and made a little difference. Lack of PowerPoint's as we have laptop chargers, phone, watch, etc. Needs a little maintence, PowerPoint's not working, Light blown in the bathroom. The Bed's!! Please for the love of God update the mattresses and the pillows. My Wife and I both had sore necks and kept rolling into each other. Very springy bed... But all in all we had a great time and a much needed break. It's located in my opinion the best spot in Coolangatta. The Hotel Staff are friendly. We will still go back to the Beach House as its our little peace of heaven in Coolangatta.

Been coming here since I was 10. I'm now 45. Time-share for the win. Love the location and 'feels like home vibe' I get when we visit here. So handy to beach and shops

Beachhouse is the iconic holiday resort on the Gold Coast. Close to beach, shops, transport and any time of the year is perfect to book a holiday at this resort. Beachhouse has been here at this location since early 1930 (or maybe earlier!) and its history is displayed in photographs along the walkway rear entrance. 5 star staff, amenities and rooms! Highly recommended. My family has been holidaying here yealy since the 1960's.

Amazing stay. This resort is the best. It has so many fun activities like paddle boarding, water activities and family fun day. We also had pancake breakfast at the resort. They were soft, fluffy and delicious. We also had ocean views from level 16 which was magical. The Beds are super comfortable and the pool, sauna, spa, table tennis are amazing. And last but not least the reception staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone who what’s to have a lovely beach holiday. I hope you have an amazing stay. 😁🌃

Stayed here for one week with a young family Amazing views and amenities. Location was perfect for everyone. Only downside was the limit on 2 elevators with it being very busy.

Super helpful staff. Understaffed but doing a great job, good on them. Amazing views if you’re lucky enough to get a room on the higher levels. It’s worth noting: there is essentially no sound proofing. Even on the higher levels you can hear so much steeet noise. Particularly a problem on Fridays and Saturday’s when there are a lot of drunk people on the streets. I’d also bring your own pillow if possible. Also they don’t have doonas, just thin blankets wrapped between two sheets. But the view makes up for these things. Basic gym facilities are better than nothing but getting a few free weights or even a few more weight plates for the bench press would make a huge difference.

Huge apartment on 13th floor; sitting/tv area, dining area for 6, good kitchen. Twin bedroom with its own bathroom and laundry equipment. Main bedroom has an ensuite. Balconies all around bit scary up high. Apartment isn’t noise proof. Good views of the beach. Bedroom clock didn’t work and safe key was missing.

Beautiful place. View is amazing, and we were able to watch whales from our balcony. Good facilities, with a kids room, spa, sauna, pool, bar.... Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic position for bus stops if you haven't got your own car. Accommodation was spotless, comfortable beds and furniture to sit in, wonderful views from balconies and all windows.

No complaint at all. Staff at reception were brilliant. Especially Maxine, what an asset to the company she is. This property is a well oiled machine. Very professionally run. Our room 1607 was wonderful with everything you need. I was the guest of this 'one week prize' for my friends volunteering work on the GC. Loved our stay despite the revolting wet weather.

Everything about Beach House Seaside Resort Coolangatta is fantastic👍, the Staff, the Location, the Views from the spotlessly clean Rooms are amazing. If you are into walking, the Resort location is central to such a lot, the beach, many choices on places to eat close by, (just under the resort is Bassk, an Italian Restaurant, and Surf Club across the road, both absolutely delicious food), shopping, and Twin Towns close by as well. Park the car and walk, everything mentioned above is walking distance, I know, because we did it😅. We were there as Family group, such a great resort to catch up with quietness, for talking, and still plenty to do around the Resort without the hustle of other tourist destinations. Don't forget to check out the sunsets from the hill across the road from the Resort, Spectacular.🌅❤️

We absolutely love this place. We have been here numerous times and we have loved it every time. The apartments are awsome. They have everything in them that you would want. The views are amazing, it doesn't matter what room you have either. The staff are all lovely and will help anyway they can. This place is for all ages. You will love it here.

I stayed in my room 1101. When I first heard the room number I was worried the view wouldn’t be too good. I was wrong. The view was amazing, could see lots of ocean. Room was incredibly clean and tidy, a strong hotel room smell entered my nostrils every time I walked through the door, giving off a relaxing vibe. Everything is so close and all ammenities were perfect. Bar food is pretty good. Only complaint from me was one of the lifts broke dow, resulting in getting stuck for over 30 minutes. Then that lift was out of order for the rest of the holiday making checkout a disaster. They have 2 lifts for around 130 units which is ridiculous. They had a maintenance guy running the lifts manually meaning every time you wanted to go down you would have to either phone reception to get picked up or just take the stairs. Apart from that small incident, the holiday was absolutely fantastic. Shout out to the cleaners who were so nice and friendly, I admire their hardwork and how well they clean the rooms, wow!!
