We booked via Stayz and the room was exactly as described. The owner of the unit was lovely & always available for any questions. 2 bedroom unit (beautiful linen provided), had a bathroom & ensuite which had all supplies of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper. Impressed by kitchen which had all the little things from home like glad wrap, salt/pepper, sauce etc. Also pet friendly and we took our little dog who loved it too. Will definitely book again next year.

Beautiful management and staff!, the apartment is well looked after very clean and the views are stunning also abit of helpful info for very low car lovers even tho getting to reception and underground car parking was abit of a issue (purely due to a very low car) management were highly understanding and assisted in separate parking on-site which was amazing! 👏 and the location is prime to everything you could think of. if you stay at the mantra I highly recommend giving this place a shot like we did and will be back.

Unit 6e has a spectacular view of Burleigh Heads Beach and distant view to Surfers Paradise. Burleigh Beach Tower is very centrally located to restaurants and amenities and I liked the 6th floor location as it is easy to use the fire stairs in case of any lift maintenance

Superb location when staying in Burleigh. Right across the road from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and the balcony has an unbeatable view. Secure, underground parking. There’s lots of great cafes, eateries and shops within walking distance too. My only problem with the place is that you need to purchase ‘vouchers’ for the wifi once your first 5GB runs out… I mean, really, they should get with the times and have unlimited free wifi for patrons…

Just got home after a 4 night stay at Burleigh Beach Tower. Our apartment on level 11 had breathtaking views and contained state of the art appliances. The beds were very comfortable and everything you could possibly need was only a short walk away. The staff are very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this accomodation. Regards Pete.

Took the family for a little get away for 3 nights. Location is great. Coffee shop and ice cream basically downstairs outside the complex. Walking distance to the shops and lots of places to eat. Cross the road and you are at the beach. The pool was heated. Spa was clean. The unit we stayed in was spacious. The unit Could do with updating. Coat of paint, appliances updated and bathroom freshener up as the paint as peeling. Could of done with a good clean as there was lots of spider webs, stains on the carpet. But over all if you are going for a beach Holiday, close to the beach and walking distance, this is the spot

We requested a high floor with good ocean views and that’s what we got. Thank you our stay was perfect. Only 1 comment, the main bathroom toilet took lots of flushes before it flushed properly (maybe a slight adjustment somewhere?) We loved our short holiday and will certainly be back soon.

Love Love Love staying at Burleigh Beach Tower. We have stayed 4 times now over the last few years and every time we leave saying that we should have stayed longer. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The units are amazing and have stunning views! Its always our first choice when going away for a few days.

Recently stayed with family in apartment 6A: * Location is brilliant. Opposite the beach and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and eating options. As at Nov 2023, roadworks are occurring at night so be aware this is affecting traffic conditions and noise levels. While the bedrooms are double glazed, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The views of the ocean out of the apartment are amazing. * Cleanliness was less than satisfactory. The bathtub in the main bathroom was not clean with a build up of soap and dirt scum. The windows and glass balustrade were filthy affecting the quality of the view. While being so close to the ocean would cause some salt build up it was evident they were not being cleaned regularly. The kitchen was clean however cutlery has been returned to the drawers having not been washed properly (potentially by a previous guest). * Facilities were adequate. No beach/pool towels are provided so please be aware of this when packing for your stay. Having a washing machine and dryer was great. The pool on site was good to have and was heated. * Reception staff were friendly. I would stay again but not during the height of summer as the bedrooms are not air conditioned.

We stayed in 7A. Location is great. Short walk to shops, cafes, clubs, the beach area and all it has to offer. The room was quite dated and needs refurbishing. The ensuite is very small. The top load washing machine lid hits the shelf above so I had to hold it open while loading & unloading the clothes. Although generally reasonably clean for an older room, I was less than impressed with the cobwebs that adorned the inside of most of the windows and the ceiling in the main bedroom. Luckily, I had spray with me for when the spiders decided to grace us with their presence. Also the bedside lamps were very dusty and could do with a good wipe over. The photo of the pool is very deceptive. It is nowhere near as large as it appears. However, it was very clean, the water temp was excellent and the surrounding grounds are well kept. If I stayed again I would ask for a room that had been more recently updated.

Great spot right in the heart of Burleigh, amazing amenities and the manager Lynne is extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely the place to stay next time you’re in town!

We had a family reunion at Burleigh Beach towers which required 5 rooms to be booked in a group booking. The location is perfect for the beach, facilities, cafes, restaurants, walks etc everything you need is so close. The accommodation is old, in need of repair. We were on level 8 and the room was very disappointing compared to the other 4 booked with our party. Our room was not cleaned, badly damaged, holes in walls, broken crockery, white bedding with stains, no cover for the quilt, broken drawers and shelving and very mismatched furniture. Our parents stayed on level 14 with a corner room. This room was beautifully renovated and had undamaged matching crockery and glassware, knives and utensils for food preparation, books to read, and so spacious and comfortable. Level 14 ocean views were magnificent - from Burleigh heads up to the gold coast. Whales were easily spotted. Highly recommend that room. Unfortunately they were all the same cost but not the same standard. After staying and seeing 5 rooms I understand the variety of reviews.

We stayed a few nights in March in 7B. The apartment was fully decked out with obviously high end furnishings, big screen TV and art work. Outstanding value for money. Bare foot walk over the foreshore to the beach. Every night we slept to the sound of the breaking waves. Top class and friendly management. Recommend. Will return.

Very nice lounge room all the lights work good. All the cooling electronics work perfectly very nice and comforting staff. I'm so stoked.its just a minute walk to the beach. Clean plates,bowls etc. I am so excited fory stay

Apartment needed renovating and at least 10 years of dust flew off the ceiling fans when turned on. The lounge was filthy and needed to be replaced!

Great place and tidy rooms. Some really good facilities for families. Close to the beach and some great food options.

We just got back from our 2nd stay here, we love this place! The rooms are very comfortable, beautiful views and we were extremely lucky to get a huge tv, the front office are truly amazing and looked after us like kings you are all amazing!!

I was a bit disappointed in apartment...I gather they rely on patrons to clean and tidy before leaving or you get charged a cleaning fee. We didn't mind sweeping/mopping floors as had young children. Broom and mop supplied, no cleaning products. Broom/mop needed cleaning. But...be aware...the windows had broken clips so very easy for children to open and being up high, not good. Traffic was noisy which shouldn't have been...in bedroom felt like road was beside us then we realised some windows dble glazed by looks...some not. But, in saying this, views beautiful from every room...could gaze forever and watch surfers...nice walking paths.

Might be old, but it’s clean , in an excellent position but most importantly the staff are amazing, nothing was a problem. If something needed to be fixed it was done immediately. Also they had great local knowledge and a good sense of humour.

Our apartment was immaculate and clean, amazing views and happy to stay in with all the bad weather! Did not want to leave!! Staff were so friendly and welcoming, thank you Dee for being sooo AWESOME and accommodating us when we had no where else to go! Highly recommended this place!

Great room, great views, great location, helpful and funny manager- you can watch the sunrise and sunset from this tower as well as a beautiful view of Surfers Paradise to the north. Close to the Burleigh Pavilion - a fantastic spot for a drink or food. Couldn’t fault it and will definitely be back again. Thank you Dee and Karen for making my stay magical - highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stop, chill, relax and soak it all in. MH
