Great place for a family break. Apartments was well equipped, clean and well positioned for the pool tennis court and beach. Struggling to see what some of the negative reviews are about. The facilities are clean and Peter the manager was friendly and helpful. I can see that the stairs could be an issue but not for us. I'd recommend staying here.

On the beach. Very clean & tidy. Conveniently close walk to Cafes, Surf Club & translink bus stops. Nadine & Peter were wonderful hosts! Highly recommended.

Pro's; Great apartments, plenty of space for families. Right on the beach. Free parking undercover in a secure carpark. Clean facilities, including an immaculate pool area. Laundry facilities in the apartments. Fully equipped kitchens. Great BBQ area. Walking distance to surf club for meals. Easy acces to Gold Coast highway and Motorway. Less than 10 minutes from the Gold Coast airport. 30 minutes easy driving to theme parks. Friendly managers. Nice beach directly in front. Comfy and clean beds. Con's; ...... had to think hard about this.... apartments are a little dated and room service is weekly but that's about it.

Resort was in a great location, right on the beach and walking distance to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and the Surf life saving club. Staff were amazing. When we arrived they showed us around and walked us to our room. Room was very spacious and the kids loved the pool. Fantastic stay. Thankyou

Beautiful place to holiday at.Beach at your fingertips,shopping centres so close and if u don't want to go to big shops u can walk to village store where they have a diverse range of products.tidy apartments,pool is gorgeous,verandah looking straight out to beach.Walk under a minute to the ⛱️. WOW.This is where I'll stay if available every time I come to see family.

Omgoodness if I had the money I would buy a place here. So friendly convenient breathing taking view of the beach wake up and have a morning coffee or a wine in the evening of the beach. So convenient to everything. The staff are awesome too

This was our first family holiday in a long time. On arrival we were greeted by Eddie who made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and tidy and with only a short stroll to the pool it was perfect. Great location to attractions and restaurants. Would recommend. Will definitely be back.

Last-minute idea to stay for the weekend and loved it! Absolute beachfront access no roads to cross, safe for the whole family. Everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen to cook for yourself or a family, and a choice of 2 balconies with loungers to follow the sun for tanning. Huge rooms and a relaxed family feel. Peter the onsite manager is fantastic and will do anything to make sure you're relaxed and comfortable. Would highly recommend to any family with kids.

Well appointed older type unit. Great ocean and beach views. Parking for 1 car. 3 flights of stairs no lifts a disadvantage. Direct access to beach and esplanade walk. Freindly helpful manager

The location is absolutely outstanding, couldn't be better. Beachfront, easy walking to patrolled beach, surf club with great weeknight meal specials, elephant rock, Currumbin Wildlife, Honeyworld. Cycle/walk path goes south all the way to Point Danger and there are plenty of Lime bikes for hire in the area. As others have said, the apartments are not luxury accommodation - ours had a new bathroom but other parts were older - but they are very well equipped. The planes are loud outside but we didn't find them an issue inside and the apartments are well soundproofed from each other.

Was really impressed as to how clean and tidy the whole resort was. It is a credit to the on site manager and the staff. Also the location is perfect if you enjoy the beach.

Great apartment, everything was well laid out, Clean and tidy with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. Pete was fantastic at showing us around pointing out local attractions and making us feel very welcome. Could not recommend any higher!

room are every big and very clean as well as the surrounds and best of all so close to the breach but bed are a bit hard

Booked due to location and positive reviews. Unfortunately we found mould within our room (on the lamp, curtains and window frames) on the second day of our stay. When we mentioned it to the manager, he assessed it and said it was dirt/residue build up and was extremely hard to deal with. We ended up getting a refund after a lot of effort. Our family also became ill with mild to moderate respiratory illness symptoms for about a week after our stay, although this could have been a coincidence. Obviously wouldn’t book here again.

Best place to stay, direct access to beach, grounds person Peter keeps the gardens beautiful, security is great, heated pool, clean brand spanking new BBQ's, well kept tennis court, allocated parking space and shops/cafe's/VIKINGS SURF CLUB a short walk away, what is not to love about the place!

Penthouse layout great not far from the local shops it only takes 15 mins walk from the beachfront to the shops. Service was great

Our room had a wonderful view over the ocean. However it was old and needed work. Our dishwasher didn't work, the bed we stayed in had a problem with it's slates which we needed to try and fix. The toilet on the main level is so small you need to manoeuvre in and about to get the door closed. It is worth noting that we were on the top floor and there is no access apart from via the stairwell. The complex is older and I suspect those with mobility issues would find it difficult to navigate. If you don't have much luggage, any mobility issues or mind stairs, you'll be fine. Enjoy.
