Went here looking for some sandpaper and they didn't have the one I wanted! Went to the service desk to ask if they had anymore and she responded doing a sawing motion and complementary sound effects then pointed to the toolshop, was a very weird experience and I hope they're not overworking their staff.

Excellent customer service with a smile. Heaps of undercover parking and because it's a newer store there is air con inside to keep you cool while hunting for all your reno needs.

THE LAND OF DOG POO In the 7 minutes I was in your store, prior to leaving without completing my shopping, I was subjected to 2 dog poos, neither owners had bags or made any effort to warn people of their dog's poo. In amongst a crowded shop of trolleys and feet, some of them children's, a man stands silent, next to a fresh poo delivered by his dog, the smell thick in the air. I step past 3 nuggets, turn a corner and cross the middle aisle to have a lady tell me to watch another nugget. I went into another isle and within a minute, a dog appeared, squatted and pooed. That's when I decided to leave what was once my favourite place, the place I visit 2 to 3 times a week; not anymore! In addition, I witnessed what was clear to me as a professional dog handler, dog's showing clear signs of, what will ultimately be in a similar situation, an attack on a human or other animal. You have created an extremely dangerous and frankly disgustingly unhygienic and very unpleasant shopping environment.

I can’t thank the team at Manly West Bunnings enough. Just before closing at 7pm Sat night, I accidentally locked a padlock with the keys inside a boat we were meant to sleep in for the night. These guys went above and beyond to ensure my 5 year old had somewhere to sleep. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

A lovely young man, Jack, was so helpful and polite! I struggled getting a large item to my car and he spent ages getting it to fit and remained in good humour and charming. Well done !

I love Bunnings. What more do I need to say. It's one of the few stores I can wander indefinitely and buy one small thing and be happy. And I'll say it, the ozito tools are cheap and do the job. I read a stat that says the average power drill bought for a home gets used for about 12 mins in it's life time... So why pay $100s for the expensive one, when a $30 still will do it. Just saying

Store has a good range. Had issues with ordering on line or via click and collect- otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The most disappointing visit to this Store today. I had a trolley full of plants, soil and pots. Came to the checkouts and it was closed. So I was asked from about 4 metres away (Cash or card). Not I’m sorry the checkout is closed. That’s fine - what I didn’t appreciate was when I moved across to the other side to wait the person who spoke at me was talking to a man and then she went over to the register and retrieved the sign (Thus Register is closed) put it up and then made a ‘face’ and a shrug win my general direction. Then she went promptly back to chatting with the man and a lady. I just explained how disappointed I was in the lack of service and left the trolley there and walked out. I won’t be back to the Manly West store ever.

Used Bunnings Decking Service to sand and oil our deck. This was subcontracted to Dulux (“Done by Dulux”) who subcontracted further to RICH Living Timber & Deck Maintenance. Communication was poor from day one, but I believed that having a big brand like Bunnings backing it would mean I would get a good service in the end. Unfortunately this was not the case. 1. I needed to ask them to recess the nails as they were going to leave them exposed due to a brush sander being used which means they didn’t HAVE to do it (which of course would mean a poor finish at the end). RICH Living requested cash in hand payment for this which I gladly paid to avoid a poor finish on my deck. 2. They completely damaged the underside of my deck (the ceiling of the patio). Oil was left to run over the whole ceiling and was left to soak through their drip sheets on to my tiles. None of this was cleaned before they left and I only realised the damage a few hours later when I finished work. At this stage I tried to clean it myself but it was too late as it was dry. 3. The deck itself was not professionally finished, with some exposed sections absorbing water almost immediately, and others just carelessly finished. See photos They point blank refused to take any responsibility for this. When I complained to Bunnings they said they RICH Living had told me the oil would drip and said they offered me to clean it for another cash in hand payment. If they had told me they were not going to clean up after themselves I would obviously have paid $100 to avoid a couple grand in damages and a bad finish (similar to the $150 I paid to have nails recessed, which I needed to instigate). Bunnings chose to believe the subcontractor’s lie and refused to acknowledge the failure in logic of their argument given the nails, etc. I’ve now been left with a damaged ceiling and zero apologies or compensation for the damage. As someone that has been a huge Bunnings fan for years and spent thousands of dollars with them this has been a really disappointing experience and one that means I won’t be supporting them going forward.

Massive joint, rate this Bunnings well, always has lots of stock and friendly staff. Rarely out of stock. Staff appear to be really knowledgeable, especially in the paint section. No one is rushed and they will take the time to help you and make sure you're looked after.

This morning, 11/11/23, I had a very heavy load on the trolley. A young man named Steele offered to take the trolley to the checkout and waited till I had paid then unloaded the bags etc into the boot of my car. To the manager you have a valued employee.

Thank you to Joshua who was working at the service desk on 19 Nov 1pm, who exchanged a faulty charger with no muss or fuss. This charge had already been warrantied once, but the previous staff memeber argued despite the fact Bunnings is the sole distributor for Ozito PXC. Joshua's actions led to me being able to purchase my housemate with cancer, who is heat intolerant fan a $99 oscilating box fan. I was clearly in the right when I presented the already once-warranted unit. This time I have kept the box make it easier if it fails again. All I had to do was show my drivers license. The quality of the fan I purchased is so good that it is going to save us hundreds on our powerbill, I never would of had this experience and I recommend everyone ask for Joshua at the service desk - and don't bother getting a $50 40cm box fan from KMART, they are cheap junk. When compared with a Bunnings one the Stator is 4x the size. Very impressed. 5stars for helping a cancer patient improve her quality of life Joshua.

Honestly, what is not to love about Bunnings. It is not my local store, but I was pleasantly surprised by the ample parking and ease of navigation throughout the store. Staff were pleasant, and the wait to check out was decent. Great range of products and gardening. I don't find the plants to be as cheap as a nursery, although there is very little difference these days. The plants were well looked after.

The staff in this store are fantastic. I been in a few times lately & I can't fault any of them, in store or on the phone. Best Bunnings store I've been in. I have 2 stores closer to me but I prefer to go a little further for the store that goes the extra mile.

Once again, a Bunnings is a great place to go to. We, the Wynnum Manly Men's Shed, does a sausage sizzle here on some Saturdays so come support us. The snags are the best and the energy unparalleled.

Excellent service. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Had a coffee while we waited. Delicious. Worth a short drive for a wonderful shopping experience.

My favourite shop in the area - really and truly! Probably because I also spend half my life (and salary) in there doing DIY and Reno’s! 🤣 Well laid out, and a great responsive team, who offer awesome service!

A fairly new, large, double storey store with heaps of undercover parking. Went looking for some Bistro blinds to enclose a portion of my back veranda. Price was reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have almost everything you need for any home decorating project.

If you want to talk to a tool in the tool shop this is the place to go. Extremely poor service on an aeg electric brush cutter wty claim. Had to chase them every step. Zero contact in relation to progress from either bunnings or aeg/techtronic ind. Last phone call, i was told they would call me when it was ready. Accused my wife of lying about where we dropped it off in the store (tool shop) and then told her thats what happens when you dont check text messages! (It had been returned to the store by aeg) You have my contact details. I purchased on my powerpass. No messages no contact no customer service. You deserve zero stars and your tool shop staff really are tools. Very dissapointed, has turned me off purchasing anymore techtronics range and bunnings as a whole.

We have such an AMAZING experience at bunnings when purchasing some paint today. There was a young man at the paint section that was so incredibly helpful, went the extra mile and just made us feel very valued.

My husband asked.me to get some things to fix the gate and we'll I got lost a bit and confused, but no less than 3 helpful young men in different departments helped me to find what I was looking for. Super impressed! Also a great key cutting service which made some copies of keys for me which another retailer was unable to correctly make copies of. I couldn't praise the Bunnings Tingalpa team enough they always come thru for me when I need a hand.

Bunnings Manly West is the spot for you! Parking is great, store has literally everything you need & the staff are super friendly & helpful, be sure to grab a snag on the way out because you will be selling yourself short if you don’t 😉

Twice lately I have had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron in the timber section. Nothing is too hard for him and he has been a tremendous help in measuring and cutting timber for me. He really knows his numbers and helped me get everything exactly correct. Bunnings should be very proud of this staff member, he's great. Ross

Very poor service at the timber cut shop at Manly West Bunnings. Yesterday had a 350mm length of wood cut. The guy who helped us was fantastic: gave good advice, found the right timber, carried the beam himself and cut it to the required length - no problem. Today went back for the same timber, same length. Firstly had to wait 10 minutes for the attendant to arrive. In the meantime, had to carry the beam myself. When he eventually got there, what was supposed to be a quick job for him (timber there, length determined - just cut it through once!) turned into an ordeal. I was refused service because today the rule is that they can only cut a minimum of 400mm. This was communicated in the most abrupt and unfriendly way - very poor customer service. Instead of suggesting other options, he just shrugged his shoulders. My suggestion to Bunnings management is to train their staff equally to be problem solvers - not problem creators.
