Had the Valentine’s 3 course menu and they had a cute atmosphere setup with balloons. I was neither amazed nor disappointed by the food. The entree was average with the toast slightly burnt and the meat not as cold as I would like. The main meal was lovely as the gnocchi was real and fluffy and the other pasta had a nice flavour. The dessert was a standard tasting tiramisu. The service was friendly but nothing exceptional.

Wonderful experience. Very authentic Italian restaurant. Best gnocchi I’ve had for awhile. Keep up the great work. Love supporting small businesses like this one. We will be back

We had the best time! I’ve lived in The area for ages but never noticed this little gem, hidden opposite the bowls club on the west side of the highway. The food was sublime and the service terrific. The space was really homely yet elegant and the menu really comprehensive. They make any cocktail you request so you just need to be ready that there isn’t a menu for it. Highly recommend you give them a look if you’re after a great night out.

Had a beautiful Birthday dinner there last night - superb food, wonderful, happy and attentive staff. Fabio and his Chefs make AMAZING FOOD and we will be back again. It was lovely to try some of the Italian wines as well, just a fabulous night out and enjoyable experience!! Thank you to everyone at Belvedere Stonemill, we LOVED it.

Very very average food. So disappointed. The fresh hand made pasta tasted like store bought packet pasta which was tasteless and hard to chew. The sauce was sparse and presentation poor. My grandson's pizza was very oily and bland. My husband had a very expensive steak that was stringy, over cooked and tasteless. Served with a green salad, a few tomato pieces and no dressing, the potatoes however were delicious. All in all well below what we were expecting. We would not return as we felt ripped off for the poor quality of food.

Very good Italian food & wine. -1 star because we had to wait quite a bit for food and drinks and also to get seated, but I think they were just short on staff which is understandable at the moment. The female waitress was amazing. And the food was worth the wait.

We had dinner last night and the food was amazing, we ordered garlic bread entree, Sicilian pizza and gnocchi. Everything was delicious but the gnocchi was another level, the best that I have ever tried!

Not worth the price! The food was bland. A 5 year old could make a better pizza and bruschetta. Would not recommend at all.

This place has gone waaaaay downhill since we last frequented probably around 2 years ago- the service was rubbish, the waitress couldn’t use a corkscrew so the waiter came to help and took it out in two halves. Not very ceremonious. My ragout was like a kids meal with very little meat, the rigatoni needed more cooking and I bet NOT handmade as they claim, the bruschetta was burnt and uninspiring, calamari was not how it read on the menu but the worst was the chicken breast- a very small (tiny!!) breast on a scraping of mash. I tasted the gravy which was on the side- thin, watery with great potential to have come from a packet. Also the website has all the old owners stories, Italian roots, memorabilia, mission statements and claims to provide exceptional service etc. False advertising, absolutely unbelievable! We will never be back, rest assured.

Four of us spent our combined wedding anniversaries here on March 16. This has to be one of the best restaurants on the Gold Coast. Authentic Italian food, wine and hospitality at it's very best.

We visited for the third time in 6 months. Each time the service and food has been outstanding. Having dined all over the world the gnocchi was labelled as "the best ever eaten". My husband said it was like mouth fulls of delicious

We visited for the third time in 6 months. Each time the service and food has been outstanding. Having dined all over the world the gnocchi was labelled as "the best ever eaten". My husband said it was like mouth fulls of delicious clouds. My seafood tomato based broth (named in Italian on the menu) was divine. Some of the best food on the Gold Coast. Friends from Sydney agreed whole heartedly. We will all be back.

We celebrated my wife's birthday here with a large group of people. The Belvedere team did a fantastic job. Food was excellent, service was great, and the staff were super nice. We will definitely be coming back!

The kitchen even prepared a lovely complimentary tiramisu for my birthday dessert, which was a nice surprise. If you are after one of (if not) the best authentic Italian on the Gold Coast, then look no further than Belvedere Stonemill.

Great personable service from the waiter, really felt welcomed. Appreciated the yummy wine recommendation for him and a good yarn! The pasta was fantastic, both the truffle mushroom gnocchi (wow) and the seafood spaghetti were delectable. Will definitely be coming back in whenever we’re back in Burleigh

We have been here several times and rated it as a great local reasonable priced venue. Last night was disappointing- the wine was not what was on the menu - the antipasto was not to the standard we have had previously - the meatballs were microwaved and hot and cold - the pasta that my beautiful daughter and her partner ordered (seafood) was inedible - is there new owners or are the owners away. We would like a response - we have lost our beautiful local restaurant. Plus to add salt to the wound - we had a lovely heater warming our birthday celebration and mid meal they removed it and gave it to another table. What was that ???

Had a family birthday dinner was looking forward to good Italian food. Not what we got. Ordered a $36 main which was very disappointing, tasted like cheap pasta, too firm and lacking meat for the price. Brought the issue up and they said they’d look into it but we received no resolution like bringing more food or discounting the meal etc. in a location filled with great restaurants you can’t handle situations like that.we were basically ignored after bringing the issue up. If I had of taken a photo I would have posted it.

We had been to this restaurant twice before and enjoyed great Italian food and atmosphere, being served by Italian chefs and wait staff. Tonight however was disappointing. Short staffed which meant poor service. The seafood broth lacked depth of flavour, and seafood undercooked. It was inedible. Arancini balls were tasty. Calamari was nice. We got the impression that the restaurant had changed hands, lacking the true Italian experience. We won't be back

We were excited to finally find an Italian that served gluten free pizza and pasta, as I double checked on Instagram with them. Unfortunately when we went for dinner they said there was no GF pizza available and only 2 GF pasta options available. This was such a disappointment as we would have kept looking and not eaten here.

Food was delicious and made with care. We had a selection of entrees and seafood mains. Our 8 year devoured his spaghetti. The service was good and friendly but I wouldn’t give 5 star as a little laid back. The restaurant is really well appointed and we had a lovely chat to the chef. We will be back to try the pizza.

My friend and I went for dinner to celebrate her birthday recently, and we had a great time. The Tiramisu martini was a vibe, the pizza & gnocchi were delicious, plus the service by Daniel and rest of staff was a definite 10/10. Thanks for a fab night!

We had a good experience here. The cocktails were generous. The burrata and bruschetta were good. The gnocchi was excellent. I had the barramundi which I enjoyed. The parma was also really nice. Our waiter was fun and had a great sense of humour. I would return And I would recomend.

We were a party of 5 and we live locally. The food was lovely (some portion sizes are a bit small) but the service was just the worst! There were only 3 tables occupied whilst we were there, no additional drink orders were taken (including water), we were given a dessert menu but no one came back to take our order. We waited and waited and again had to ask for the bill. I cannot understand how the service was non-existent when we were virtually the only ones in there?

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday, we had a table of 7 people and everyone enjoyed their meals. The pasta was beautiful and the pizzas were delicious. Definitely recommend the tiramisu cocktail to finish the night.

Pasta portion size was small considering the price, pasta needed a few more minutes for it to be al dente. Friendly staff

The spaghetti scoglio (seafood spaghetti) is out of this world. So many flavours and the right level of spiciness. Seafood is fresh and well seasoned. One of my favourite pasta of the menu, but all the others are just as delicious. The pizza is also always the right choice. Absolutely love the food and the place, great to have a fun moment with friends or just enjoy with the family. Perfect for every occasion and variety of meals for all types of people. Highly recommend Belvedere!

My family have been to Stonewall a few times and have had good experiences. We particularly like the gnocchi and the meat balls. However our last visit let us very underwhelmed. Gnocchi and the meat balls are still good however the wine menu is out of date so none of the wines we ordered were available and we were offered a younger wine of the same variety for the same price. My partner and I had the seafood pasta, at $42 we expected far better. The pasta was dry, the seafood over cooked and looked like frozen marinara mix. I had two bites but couldn’t finish it. We also had a heater through most of our meal which was taken away to give to another table halfway through our meal. Not sure if the restaurant has changed hands?

Our first time here and we really had the greatest time. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff so friendly, and the food is the best. A really great menu with wines and beer to match. Also, my wife is vegan and there were just so many choices for her. Definitely coming back. Superb!

Sensational service, food and atmosphere. Went with menu suggestions/recommendations and they were the best dishes as suggested. Staff were busy as restaurant was full but still made everyone feel like they had personal service.

The food was exceptional! We started with beef carpaccio which lifted our senses as it was perfectly seasoned and well presented. For mains we ordered the barramundi which was the fish of the day, and the Spaghetti alla Scoglio. Both were delicious. The seafood was very fresh. I’m sure they’re taking full advantage of being on the coast. Never had better seafood.

Very disappointing, garlic bread states homemade pane di casa, well that looks like a coles one to me, and the main meals well that's a joke more like a kids meal, wouldn't recommend.
