Nice place to bring kids. Less crowded on weekdays. 3 hours of free parking available. Coffee shops close by. Will be a nice day out for young kids since the creek is ideal for them to be monitored whilst in water.

How gorgeous is this creek! I found this by accident on my way to the headland walk and oh my god how pretty! Perfect spot for a calm swim or sup session. Perfectly clear water and nice beach.

Tallebudgera Creek is a great place to bring your whole family (including your lovable pets). Kids will enjoy swimming in the shallows. But parents should always be watchful with their kids as the current can be so strong sometimes. The good thing is, lifesavers are stationed all over the creek and some are patrolling the water. You can also do a lot of water activities like stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. If you want to have a picnic, there are some tables that you can use. Or you could just pitch your own tent. If you could not bring your own food, there is a food stall in the area. There is also a playground to keep the children busy. Those with dogs can walk them along the beach which is located at the end of the creek. If you want to go there, plan your trip well. Going there on a weekday may also be better. But if you must go on a weekend or a holiday, be there early, like around 6am, because parking is so limited. We went there on the new year of 2020. And we reached the area around 7:30am, and the parking is already full.

Magically beautiful place with water, beach and mountain views combined. Calm & shallow water for everyone to have a dip, ideal for snorkeling, stand-up boards, kayaking and sunbathing. Great facilities in this area as well, easy access to cold shower, toilet and plenty seatings.

Nice creek to bring your kids. Parking is limited and only for three hours. There are toilet and shower facilities and coffee shops. You can go under the bridge to see nice sea creatures such as oysters, and crabs. Also after crossing the bridge can walk into the Burleigh Heads forest.

Breathtaking place, you can swimm there and just a few steps further is another beach with big waves. So if you are either a fan of wild ocean or calm water, this place is for you :)

It is an excellent place for family and friends to enjoy a tranquil day on the beach/river.

This a pristine caravan park. The old shareholders or owners of the park would have put their profits back into it to make what’s now. We only stayed on a powered site but to see their cabins like mansions on stills, is another level. I think they own the beach and this connected from under the bridge to the other side. Their two blocks of amenities have countless cubicles and showers.

A real gem. Great for families with playground and toilet facilities near the water. Parking can be an issue on a nice day so get in early...👍

Tallebudgera Creek is an awesome place to take the family. Beautiful water to swim in,shallow in places for the little ones. Nice little beach areas to relax on or if you're feeling adventurous there's a nice a nice walk trail that goes right around the bluff through the forest. The best part about this little area, is its 100% free

I always love visiting Talle Creek. It's a great safe place during the week when myself and all the other mums park up their prams and enjoy the shady spots that are close to the calm waters edge.

This a great park for all ages, plenty for the kids to occupy themselves during the day. Also for adults with the adult of pool. We had a great time and will be back in the near future.

The water is very clean. In the middle of the river under the bridge, there is a place with deep water. Be careful not to get hurt by the oysters attached to small rocks.
