157 dollar parking fine yesterday.. Myself and about 100 other cars parked on both sides of Coromandel Lane.. All parking including emergency overflow parking was full to the brim.. No parks whatsoever.. Getting ready for the games.. Very poor form Council of the City of Gold Coast.. If you want people. To take the train you need. Parking or to veto parking fines..

Staff are good,but platforms need a clean up as the railway tracks have rubbish mostly recyclable items such as cans thrown carelessly there which is dangerous!! More bins & clean ups regularly needed.

This is a good station. Theres a drop off area and a carpark. Bus interchange. Theres male, female and wheel chair accessible toilets. A wheel chair accessible lift. Theres also a service desk with staff to help you and a machine to top up your go card or buy a ticket for the train. Trains and busses seem to leave every 5 minutes and you can also use the pay phone to call a taxi. Theres a vending machine to buy drinks and plenty of seating.

In middle of nowhere the train line stops, nothing around the station, would have been brighter to run it to GC Airport or even just Elanora

Quiet, clean, and well organised train station. Staff are friendly and courteous, they all go above and beyond to anticipate passengers' needs and requests whilst providing a great customer service. Well done!

Calm, busy, Multi routs transportation

Great station, nice regular staff who are always helpful. A positive would be to have a small newsagent store. There are no shops close by (5mins) to grab a snack or newspaper.

good station only thing i would say they need are some bike lockers apart from that good station

Modern and clean station. If you are catching a bus to the station that's running a wee bit late the train will still take off on time, prepare for this!

Clean, modern and reasonably quiet. Got all the standard facilities, and is convenient to travel to Brisbane. One of the nicer stations along the Gold Coast Line
