So
I
was
previously
an
employee
of
FOUNDEVER
which
has
rebranded
from
Sykes
I
was
on
the
St
George
Bank
Campaign,
which
was
just
handling
Basic
Banking
Essential
calls,
Before
you
actually
get
to
take
calls
you
do
2
weeks
of
learning
in
what
is
a
classroom
based
environment,
1st
Day
was
a
get
to
know
everyone
with
a
small
introduction
detailing
the
job
and
expectations,
day
2
we
got
to
meet
employees
of
the
company
who
some
have
been
on
board
for
a
long
time
and
others
who
have
recently
boarded,
what
feels
so
insincere
about
the
employees
they
give
what
is
supposed
to
be
an
inspiring
talk
with
the
catch
of
a
promising
future
with
the
company
that
“
cares
about
their
employees”
yet
the
way
they
present
themselves,
they’re
speech
that
they
give
is
almost
scripted
and
the
body
language
doesn’t
seem
like
they
care
much
to
be
welcoming
new
recruits
or
the
fact
that
they
themselves
could
possibly
not
be
enjoying
the
job
.First
week
is
unprepared
and
consists
of
a
lot
of
breaks
which
are
unnecessary,
also
playing
games
of
knots
and
crosses
and
riddles
also
having
to
introduce
yourself
constantly
because
every
time
an
employee
shows
face
we
introduce
ourselves,
so
don’t
worry
about
forgetting
anyone’s
name,
we
also
got
an
insight
to
what
it
would
be
like
taking
phone
calls
on
the
floor
which
was
just
under
2
hours
that
was
split
into
two
1hr
sessions
over
the
first
week,
we
also
had
training
modules
to
complete
this
should
have
been
done
on
the
worksite
as
you
are
getting
paid
for
it
however
our
trainer
gave
the
intention
and
verbally
said
to
get
them
done
at
home
which
may
I
add
is
dedicating
about
15-20
hrs
extra
to
get
this
done
class
that
is
supposed
to
start
at
8am
yet
we
are
advised
to
arrive
between
7:30-7:45
am
and
not
get
paid
at
least
for
the
15mins
because
we
are
at
work
early
at
the
request
of
our
trainer,
poor
use
of
time
management
yes
you
get
paid
for
it
however,
you
aren’t
getting
paid
for
the
extra
hours
that
you
put
into
something
that
could
of
been
done
at
work,
had
we
not
played
games
that
are
of
no
relevance
to
the
job.
Second
week
is
also
just
theory
learning
through
poorly
put
together
PowerPoints
that
some
slides
we
get
told
to
disregard
due
to
incorrect
info
or
because
of
the
lack
of
care
in
updating
the
teaching
tools
or
right
info
we
also
had
a
trainer
who
struggled
to
communicate
effectively,
it
was
a
hard
learning
experience
for
not
just
myself
but
majority
or
the
group
that
I
was
apart
of.
You
have
2
tests
that
you
do
just
so
the
trainer
can
get
a
fair
idea
of
where
you
are
and
then
you’ll
have
a
final
exam
test,
which
you
get
3
chances
to
try
and
pass
they
basically
tell
you
the
answers
especially
if
you’ve
already
failed
the
first
or
second
it’s
almost
like
they
set
you
up
to
fail
because
looking
at
it
this
way
if
you
have
a
class
of
12
and
you
all
pass
it’s
successful
for
the
trainer
but
when
you
get
on
to
the
phones
you
have
little
to
no
idea
of
what
is
that
you
say
for
myself
I
leave
due
to
lack
of
training
and
knowledge
and
this
doesn’t
effect
the
company
or
the
training
system
that
they
have
set
up
because
on
paper
it
looks
completely
normal
as
it
shows
we
made
it
through
the
training
process,
we
passed
the
final
exam
test
which
they
say
is
mandatory
and
that
you
have
to
at
least
get
23/25
questions.
So
it
looks
like
you
left
because
of
every
other
reason
but
the
training
system
that
has
been
set
up,
but
the
reality
of
it
is
that
the
training
is
terrible
and
that
everything
is
so
outdated
and
uncared
for.
I
was
able
to
do
almost
3/4
weeks
of
taking
calls
and
in
that
time
my
trading
group
Expressing
the
dissatisfaction
about
the
work
training
experience
almost
seemed
like
we
put
a
target
on
our
backs
because
expressing
honest
opinions
weren’t
appreciated
and
didn’t
want
to
get
solved
but
rather
made
us
feel
like
we
were
victimising
ourselves
and
to
stand
us
out
amongst
previous
training
groups
they
gave
us
an
extra
2
weeks
of
training
where
words
were
travelling
around
the
office
about
how
my
training
group
were
problematic
and
“babies”
because
we
expressed
our
feelings
and
thoughts,
