Worst cold rock I have EVER been to. Icecream flavor was terrible and the take home packs we purchased were not filled. What a joke! Tried to get assistance and have been fobbed off. The male worker (young kid) was less than enthusiastic to serve us too. Never going back .....better getting gelato from James street.... Already tried to address issues via email and was met with a less than helpful response.

The place was filthy. Patrons were not wearing masks nor were staff.

Very dissapointed with our visit to Cold Rock. We ended up being served an ice cream soup with the melted chocolate and lollies not even chopped through the mix because it was all too melted to actually do it. For a very costly icecream it was very dissapointing. Perhaps the store needs air-conditioning and doors.

It's a bit daggy...But we must stop for thei delicious icecream mixers every time we pass on our way home from Kingscliff. Always yummy and surprisingly cheap for what we get. Flakes and Turkish Delights are my favourite mixers.

Staff were fine and the ice cream was ok too, my 2 star is simply due to the messy appearance of the store. There were no drinks at all in the fridge and half open boxes sitting around in plain view. It just looked like no effort was made to present a nice space.

Coming to order at this fine establishment I found that there was no cue. I thought to myself that I'll be able to enjoy a quick ice-cream and then pick up the kids from kindergarten. I asked the staff for a mango sorbet and they "swiftly" did my order. By the time they managed to finish my now melted ice-cream I was able to see my kids graduate high school. Thanks for the speedy service cold rock.

Great variety of icecream to choose from. Pretty good selection of mix ins to have with the icecream. Great way to spend an arvo while on holiday is, have an ice cream and eat it on the board walk of Burleigh Beach.

This place is a good odds gamble if you are looking for a great milkshake. Likely your are gifted with an amazing milkshake with great aftertaste. Unfortunately though sometimes you can get some of the worse milkshakes to grace this Earth. Normally the gamble is placed on the workers though, as some make delicious milkshakes and others make Disgusting Milkshakes.

Very very overpriced. Small amount given. No gloves worn. Unhygenic.Mixes are small and expensive. Seriously overpriced! Don't waste your your money, walk over to James Street, just across the park, best tasting Ice creams ever!

The ice cream was tasty but the girl who served us didn’t mix and spread the toppings we got with it very well and seemed like she didn’t care about the quality of ice cream she was producing which was quite disappointing as we spent a significant amount on the mix ins.

Great service & delicious ice cream. Got a small take home tub with two flavours, bubblegum & mint. Both are great even without any add-ons.

ABSOLUTELY shocking!! Got a regular and got 4 gummy bears in my mix in!!! $9.40 for ice cream with 4 gummy bears no thank you!!

Indeed there was no queue on an otherwise busy Sunday afternoon, and we were wondering why. Until we got our overpriced ice cream featuring a mixure of freezer burnt and what looked like re-frozen chunks - the ice cream literally fell apart on my cone and needed to be transferred to a cup. Gross - we'll avoid that place in the future!
