    I had a very poor experience at this McDonald’s tonight. The girl who was managing the Uber order who was preparing my food, she didn’t have a name tag on however she had brownish blonde hair brown eyes, freckles and a lot of ear peircings, Instead of packaging my order, majority of the time she spent trying to put a lid on the frozen coke correctly, which seemed like a difficult task for her to compete. When she finally got my order finishes I had been waiting there for about 15 minutes. I asked her if the tub of pickles were in the bag and she started to laugh about something that was not not even funny which I found extremely disrespectful. I then told her to more efficient and faster costumer service she kept making mistakes, after I told her that she started showing me a huge amount of attitude and rudeness. Whatever I said to her may have been a bit harsh but it was true, and all she would do was back answer me. She then proceed to blame the long wait for the service on the store being busy yet it was clear that there was only 2 other costumers waiting, it was obvious that it was her lack of coordination and organisation that contributed to my experience tonight. I do not understand why fast food people hire teenagers with so much attitude. Take this review seriously and act apon it. This is the worst McDonald’s it is shameful.

    I recently visited McDonalds and had a rather disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Indi. Unfortunately, the service provided by her left much to be desired and left me feeling dissatisfied. From the moment I approached the counter, Indi seemed disinterested and unengaged. Her lack of enthusiasm made it difficult to communicate my inquiries effectively. Moreover, her responses were curt and bordered on rudeness. It was evident that she had no interest in providing a satisfactory experience for customers. Throughout the interaction, it became apparent that Indi lacked the basic knowledge required to assist customers adequately. Her lack of product knowledge and inability to answer my questions left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It is disappointing when a staff member cannot provide even the most basic information about the establishment they work for. Furthermore, Indi's demeanor was unprofessional and disrespectful. She displayed impatience when I asked for clarification, giving off an air of superiority that was completely uncalled for. Her dismissive attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. In addition to the poor service, the overall ambiance of the establishment was also lacking. The lack of cleanliness and organization created an unpleasant environment for customers. It is clear that attention to detail and cleanliness are not priorities at this establishment. Overall, my experience with Indi and the overall service at McDonalds was highly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy exhibited by Indi was unacceptable. It is my hope that the management of McDonalds addresses these concerns promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers. I would advise potential visitors to consider other options in the area until the service and customer experience at McDonalds improve significantly.

    Nine times out of ten these buys produce photo quality Big Macs. This week has been exceptionally good. I had to let the manager know how good the presentation has been. Awesome treat after a surf. I couldn’t wait to eat it so I missed taking a photo.

    I came through the drive through tonight and ordered a quater pounder meal and asked for fresh fries, which when I got them they were soggy and almost cold the quater pounder bun was hard and the meat patties was all hard around the edges and wasn't fresh at all and I also asked for an apple pie to then realise when I got home that it's not an apple pie it's either apricot and custard or caramel custard but I don't know what it was absolutely terribke couldn't eat it at all had to feed it to my dog and I've tried calling them 5 times for them not to answer. I'm not impressed at all with this meal.

    I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin in a meal with an iced latte. Food was delivered hot and fresh with my hash brown hot and crunchy. My iced latte was just as I expected nice and creamy with just the right amount of sugar. I recommend this store for anyone wanting a nice day out to grab some breakfast to dine in and maybe cross the road for a good swim at the beach.

    When a customer orders extra hot coffee don’t giggle. Just put the order in. My order wasn’t update so it came luke warm. Last time I’m calling in here. It’s not hard to be polite and get a two item order correct.

    How do Uber Eats drivers wait 20-25 mins for fast food. It is unacceptable. No judgement, but how do people eat here. It's cooked by 15 year olds & endorsed by a clown. Time to wake up people. Look after your health is all you've got.

    Every time I come into this store they can’t get any of my orders right, somethings always missing or either wrong. The staff don’t care, they’re rude and giggle with each other on counter. Used to be a good McDonald’s however now you can tell they don’t care about customer service or the quality of their food.

    If I could give no stars I would. Ordered 4 DOUBLE quarter pounders, 1 DOUBLE Big Mac, ALL burgers were single plus 1 burger was missing. Tried calling the store, they don’t answer the phone. NEVER again. Luckily for me Uber eats will refund the full amount

    Staff lack enthusiasm and are quite careless. Soft serves are now $1.15 when they used to be 70 cents. Staff ignore customers who wait at the ordering station. I don't feel safe at this maccas.

    My wife and I received first class service at the drive- through MacDonald’s Burleigh Heads. Austin , welcomed us through the intercom, and then painstakingly guided us through the menu, explaining everything clearly and effectively to satisfy our questions. We were impressed with Austin’s mature and polite attitude towards us and we regard him him as a wonderful ambassador for MacDonald’s. Thank you Austin, Michael and Lula.

    The only good thing this place has going for it is the playground. My husband and 2 kids under 4 were in the toilets and without. Checking the toilets staff members locked the outer doors so they would not be able to get out. It’s just that I happened to see this happen and alerted them that they unlocked it. No apology given though. The section inside where the door to the playground goes was then sectioned off while we were in the playground. We were not aware that the playground had a closing time. It was all just a little weird.

    Worst service you can imagine. Took 20mins to tell us we couldn’t have a shake because their machine was broken. Then took another 25 minutes to make a replacement drink that did not come out in a large like we had paid for. Overall took 45 minutes to get two drinks and to be ripped off. This has to be the slowest fast that exists and I wouldn’t give McDonalds another cent.

    Worst maccas on the GC. Staff just chilling on their phones in the front and doing absolutely nothing whilst I waited ages for my order. Also the drink the gave me was watery and rank and I asked for a new one and they gave me the exact same. Also a staff member walked around and put sunglasses on then asked the other staff members 'how do I look?' This is why they take so long, cause they waste so much time not actually working

    I ordered a McValue Box from McDonalds. It was delivered through Uber Eats the food was cold, missing fries and one of the burgers was done wrong. Was very disappointed with the meal will not be ordering from McDonalds Burleigh Heads again

    What ever happened to 6 steps of service starting with “good morning how may I help you” why is the McDonald’s company accepting of a grunt from I’ll mannered crew these days?? To add insult to injury the overpriced coffee was hot milk only, the crew members where more involved in their conversation about the weekend than offering the paying customer good service and coffee… Franchise management need to get off their buns at get out and about to inspire good old fashioned service back into young Australians embarking on their working careers at McDonalds Australia! Don’t blame them train them!!! That’s your job as a manager to lead by example…. The standard you walk past is the standard you accept…..

    Called in to this McDonald's this morning. Ordered a Big Mac,medium ,lemonade and a medium orange juice.Was told there was no OJ and would a popper be ok? I said that'd be fine. When I went to the pickup window,I was given a Big Mac with fries ( which I hadn't ordered) an orange juice ( when I was told there wasn't any) and no lemonade. I was then asked to pay for a lemonade,which I did. Was utterly annoyed when it turned out to be not lemonade but some foul tasting soda water concoction. Why was this order so difficult?It wasn't rush hour and there appeared to be plenty of staff working. Perhaps more training is needed. I won't be back anytime soon.

    Hands down the worst McDonalds I've ever been to in my life. Cannot do a single thing right. You'd think at 3am it really wouldn't be that hard to serve the 3 cars in drive through and get their orders right but apparently it is. Arrived in the drive through and waited 5 minutes to be spoken to through the speaker, asked for nuggets and none available. Then got two cheeseburger meals (one without sauces) which they confirmed for us at the first window for us to get home and find that we had both been give plain hamburgers with nothing but pickles. Atrocious. Didn't even have any large chip boxes left so although we paid for large we got mediums. Will never come back here and wouldn't recommend it for your post night out snacks!

    One of the worst! In the span of 10 minutes, while we were waiting for our order, there were complaints from 3 different customers - 1 of which came in from drive through. Received our order and there was something missing. It got resolved, but when I opened my burger box it was a mess. Honestly disgraceful this is people’s food have some respect.

    I love this place, good food! The workers there especially a nice sweet girl named Jazmine, was bright and amazing, she was sweet and gentle towards me she is by far one of the best workers there. Love this place!

    Environment was disgusting. Toilets were barred off. Service was extremely rude and the meal itself took about 20 minutes to come out too. Employees were just talking to customers they knew from high school or whatever and were having a good o’l chit chat meanwhile the queue for orders was getting overloaded. Barely even got what I paid for too. Birthday cake latte didn’t even have whipped cream on it even though it shows that in the advertisement. Didn’t receive an apology after complaining. They were pretty much on the verge of refusing to give us the actual item we paid for too after I had to take it back. Not sure how the manager is in charge and really not sure how they’re passing inspections like this. Incredibly poor standards compared to any McDonald’s I’ve been to in Brisbane or anywhere for that matter. Look elsewhere for food. Don’t bother. The people putting good reviews are definitely paid actors, there’s no way those are legit.

    Absolutely disgusting. Spent 3 minutes confirming it was 3 frappes at the window. Knew it was wrong because of the price so kept saying is it 3? Is it 3? Asked the guy at the window to confirm it was 3. Got told to wait in the bay to that’s fine. Got given 2 told the lady it was meant to be 3 she said “well you’ve only paid for 2. You’re gonna have to go back around.” Asked for the manager. This was on the 24/09 at 7:55pm so managements aware who was on that night. She proceeds to sounds super annoyed, doesn’t even try to apologise. Paid for the new drink and left. Mind you, we had to wait in line 10 minutes again waiting. I’m sorry but intentionally wasting peoples time and not even being sorry for it when we did everything to avoid the situation, even saying the price was wrong really robbed me the wrong way. I understand fast food cares about speed and times but if your team had stopped and listened and checked when I asked them to this would have all been avoided.

    Over a 6 month period I have purchased 3 coffees from this Burleigh store and it tastes like hot milk or the coffee is really bitter. It's either your barista or your coffee machine needs a thorough clean. I have a 3 strikes & your out rule. So wont be coming to this Maccas ever again. Will stick to the Merrimac or Mermaid stores where they make a proper coffee yoi can enjoy, especially when your really looking forward to it.

    This Macca's is the suckiest suck that ever sucked. Consistently gets orders wrong, to the point it's almost like the lottery on whether you'll get more or less with each consecutive order. You wait around in the drive-thru/bay area for basically nothing (e.g., taking them 10 minutes to make two coffees). The staff look stoned, dead inside, or both and take zero regard for the people they're serving. Not to mention their system glitched out and allowed me to purchase the Grimace socks early for some reason, which I was charged for (as far as I'm aware). After several requests to be contacted about the issue since October, I'm out $6.95 and no Grimace socks. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ What a McScam.

    Ordered 10 nuggets Sunday night and woke up 3 hours later with the most excruciating stomach pains vomiting up my guts. Was in so much pain I went to the hospital and I have salmonella poisoning. Reported this to the health and food department, absolutely disgusting

    Absolutely DISGUSTING coffee when I went there. I ordered a late', I could best discribe it as thick black water, with coffee 'sentiment' in it and half a cup of foam on top. My partner asked for a small coffee Extra hot, it was warm at best. I politely asked for a replacement, remaining them that I had ordered a late'. It came back exactly the same. Monday Morning Breakfast Coffee FAIL.

    Served recently late at night by 2 wonderfully presented attendees Karl and Selena. Great being on main coastal highway near Miami too. Food fresh, hot and tastey. Excellent for families, near the beach and gives a wonderful experience. Very clean. Tissues on handles end of cones. Well organised. Very happy.

    I know what I’m expecting when I go to a Maccas Drive through but the fries were terrible. The orange juice watery and the burger tasted like it had been sitting over an hour and dry. Staff were friendly though and not sure what you expect atmosphere wise in Burleigh on a Friday night

    Drive through is good, except the bloody speakers if your not repeating your order 2x n plus some the person taking orders can be so rude. Love frepees been there last 3 times to be told frepee machine isn't working, already have another 5 cars behind me n 4 in front. I mentioned each time be good idea to put sign up to let people know so there not waiting in line for nothing. I wont be going back, some staff can be very abrupt.

    First maccas that actually got our simple order right in 3 yrs! Yep all the other stores take 2-4 goes to get a simple cheeseburger order correct. Burleigh Water is the worst, once after 4 attempts we gave up. Well done Maccas Burleigh!

    I had a terrible experience at McDonald Burleigh Heads. The team, specially the manager, provided terrible customer service. The manager refuse to talk about our issues saying that he was very busy. I have a diploma in Hospitality management and that is definitely not a customer service that I expect from any restaurant.

    The way they have set it out now is just so wrong. It’s like the staff are just robots. You can’t order at the counter and speak to anyone. It’s awful and the food isn’t much better. Only had McDonald’s cause I was in a hurry and hungry l. Glad it’s not something I normally eat!!

    Every time I drive through this McDonald’s they have no idea what good customer service is. And they purposely do the opposite to what you order. This McDonald’s and Burleigh Waters is the worst for customer service!
