What's Cambodian cuisine? I had the opportunity to have dinner in this little gem in Robina. Never had Cambodian food before, so I had no idea what to expect. And oh boy. Where should I start? You can taste the passion that this family have for their food. Every bite is an explosion of flavours and love. I was with a big group, so we all went for the banquet. They were so careful for those who had dietary restrictions. Creating meals that would translate the flavour what the original would give. The prawns with pomegranate seeds was amazing! The meatballs delicious! The fried rice out of this world! The curry with that spicy level just right (for non spicy lovers), and the dessert? Oh wow! So good! Thank you so much for the lovely staff and for the amazing food! I'm definitely coming back for more.

Food was good, and friendly service but the portions size is tiny , needed to stop at McDonald’s after. Had to laugh at the size of their spring roll. Also waited way to long for the food to come out.

I always wanted to try this restaurant and then it was my sister's birthday yesterday and we finally booked here for dinner. The restaurant owner is very friendly and because we have 10 people she suggested we try the banquet. The banquet consists of ten different food. I have attached all the pictures and my favourite of all is the prawns in betel leaf and the prawn that has the meat around it ( I forgot all the name lol). I highly recommend this restaurant fir the food 10/10, the service and the cosy place. This is a must try Cambodian restaurant.

A little gem tucked away in an old shopping village, Bunnath Kitchen was a gastronomic experience. Authentic flavours and friendly service. I wanted a dessert, just to discover what more they had in store... you won't be disappointed!

Bunnath's food is very nice and Ivy's care and service was very good. It has been a long time since we had Cambodian cuisine. So it was very nice to find Bunnath in Robina. Recommend to visit.

This is the first negative review I have ever had to leave a restaurant before. I am being generous leaving a one star review. Food is extremely overpriced. $29 for a tiny curry that barely feeds one person. The spring rolls were smaller than my pinky finger.. embarrassing. No sauce on the satay skewers which were extremely dry. Spent almost $100 for spring rolls, steamed rice, veggies, 1x curry and 2x satay skewers. My mum and I are small eaters, we usually share a meal but all 3 of us tonight were left still hungry. I even contacted the restaurant before leaving a review to give them the opportunity to fix. Absolutely zero customer service, the lady was rude, aggressive and talked over the top of me and told me over and over that her food is quality over quantity and basically told me to leave the review then. I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant. Our experience was the food was average at best. I will never recommend this restaurant or come here again.

Found this Robina gem last week and will not be looking back. Ivy, the owner looked after us so well. Every single meal was so tasty that we rebooked for two weeks time. Thanks for such an authentic and delicious experience.

Beautiful restaurant. We have eaten here several times and everything from the food to the service has been consistently excellent! The family who run this establishment are very warm, friendly and kind people who care a great deal about providing a quality dining experience; honestly this is one of our favourite places to eat on the Gold Coast. Can't wait to go again!

Five of us couldn't agree more how incredibly delicious all these cambodian dishes we had this evening at Bunnath Kitchen. Thank you sincerely for taking us into such a wonderful culinary journey, Aunty Ivy. We'll certainly bring along more peckish tourists and/or locals next time round. My apologies only few shots were attached (as we all were so busy tasting these yummy food)

Didn't know what to expect, but this place is a hidden gem. Fantastic food, reasonably priced, and Bunnath and Ivy (owners) are passionate about their cuisine and it showed. Can't recommend it highly enough. Thanks for a great night!

We couldn’t decide on what to eat for lunch so googled best restaurant in Robina and this popped up so we decided to check it out. We weren’t disappointed! Every single meal was delicious, we tried a range of things and everything was on point. The boxing chicken as a starter needs a special mention, I wish it was a main as I would have happily eaten a whole plate of it. The beef salad is absolutely divine but honestly, so are all of the dishes. Highly recommend!

This is my absolute fave place to go for a guaranteed awesome feed. The food is delicious. Ivy and Bunnath are gracious hosts and we always feel welcome and well looked after. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Easy to see why have such good ratings. My fave dishes are the chargrilled pork fillet & the entree betel leaf king prawn, but truly everything is so good - you can't go wrong with anything you order :)

Wonderful host, staff very friendly and accommodating, food was fantastic and the beer icy cold. Looking forward to dining here again. Met the owner/chef, food very fresh and had a great night. Thank you

Had a pleasant dessert here, authentic South East Asia taste, it is coconut kuih(steamed caramel coconut rice) and vanilla icecream with salted caramel sauce with crunchy sweet potato strips topping. Would love to visit agn ❤️

This is my first experience with Cambodian cuisine. Originally we planned to go to another restaurant but Cambodian sounded new so decided to give it a go. Food was nice, pretty spicy and full flavoured. However the dishes are very much overpriced. I understand "ingredients of the best quality" are pricey $30+ for a bowl of a fish curry is too much. Also, we had to wait for 40 mins until the food arrived. The young waitress was pretty attentive and probably noticed me looking at a wall clock, and let the kitchen know. Can't say we were ignored during all this time though- every now and then we were asked if we want more beer, which of course would have increased the bill. We were told that there is only one wok in the kitchen hence the wait is that long. I'm not convinced this is an unsurmountable problem for a restaurant. I will not come back again. Although the food was good, it was not that good to offset disappointing service and inflated price.

What an awesome little gem! Chef, your food was so flavorful, generous in quantity and the quality; amazing! We enjoyed the $55 banquet and not one thing on the menu was below 5 stars! Ivy and her staff were all friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely a new favorite that I will be coming back to often.

Amazing evening. The food is so delicious and the service is good. If you’d like to try something different and would like to eat locally caught fresh seafood rather than farmed seafood then try this little local gem.

Best Christmas lunch with no clean up afterwards at $80.00 a head The stuff we’re amazing in every way in which they were great with the five kids that accompanied us. Also very vocal with our group in making sure our table was clear and ready for the next dish and showing how to eat and best enjoy our food. LOVED THE CAMBODIAN FOOD ESPECIALLY THE BEAUTIFUL STUFF THAT GAVE THAT LITTLE EXTRA FIR OUR CHRISTMAS LUNCH.

Delicious food and Ivy is an amazing host We celebrated 2 birthdays & she had sparklers in the desert & sang happy birthday. The prawns in betel leaf were a taste sensation. We had the $55 buffet & so much tasty yummy food. We will be returning many more times

We went to Bunnath with a few friends last night. The owner suggested the banquet as we hadn't experienced Cambodian cuisine previously. The food was extremely fresh and tasty. All the dishes had their own unique flavour and we were shown how to assemble or eat the dishes ( which was a lovely touch ). The service from the staff was great! Highly recommend it as a lovely local and authentic family restaurant!

Food was very nice, but felt rather expensive for portion size. Most mains $33 & $20 for a bowl of fried rice as a side. Family friendly but no children's menu available.

Unfortunately Pandemic causing some grief to all restaurants in GC. So please give them support. Thank you BK for our fine dining
