I absolutely love the rissole dinner but then again Sunday roast is great too! Actually love pretty well all the meals I order! I used a different vegan meal delivery service for a while and changed because Herbi has more variety and goodness. Thanks so much Herbidoor! Love Pat

Love my HeriDoor meals. Tofu based meals are really yummy, much better than I could cook myself. I've never had a bad meal, consistently great week after week.

Oh so disappointed. I feel like I would’ve been better off throwing my money in the bin. The food looks and tastes awful. I asked for a refund but they said no. I don’t mean to be rude but I just feel so ripped off. The schnitzel with potato “gratin” was soft and soggy and just general inedible.

As a new customer to Herbidoor I am finding the meals delicious, nutritious, diverse and friendly to my dietary needs and wants. Costumer service is also great 👍 My favourite meals so far are the Mexican Burrito bowl, scrambled tofu and Teriyaki power bowl. 🌱💚

I'm vegetarian and love these meals! Not so fond of the fake meat tasting like meat but everything else is delicious and because I'm eating better, I'm losing weight and feeling great!

Tldr; Herbidoor is GREAT! NDIS Friendly & I Highly recommend them! I decided to edit to add details after seeing other reviews & while I won't invalidate others experiences, I can speak to my own & that is that I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences with Herbidoor! Genuinely, you guys help me to eat well bc due to my mental health issues I struggle with self care stuff like cooking & cleaning. So knowing I have tasty comforting & imo healthy (or at least healthier than uber eats junk food) food helps me to take care of myself each week. It means one less thing for me to worry about. I'm grateful for your company and that whenever I email you guys you're always kind and willing to help with whatever the issue is. I also use my NDIS meal plan with them and they make that process REALLY easy for me. I email them my choices each week, they charge me through my bank account & then the NDIS Through the Plan Manager that I use. They don't force me to pay up front and be reimbursed by NDIS and they are ALWAYS willing to work WITH me and help me whenever I have any issues with eating & need to change my orders to more or less frequently. They ALWAYS respond promptly (I usually email them in the evening & will usually get a response the next morning, sometimes that evening.) And I've ONLY ever been treated with genuine warmth & respect. They give good quality food, but that would be empty without the kindness and respect they also give me. Oh and they also respected that phone calls cause me anxiety which is why I do emails with them. So if you need to email or talk on the phone they are flexible and willing to work WITH you to help. I'm pleasantly surprised by how wholesome they are! Finding a company that is vegan, cares about their customers AND NDIS approved was difficult & I'm grateful that I have that with them. If you've read this far, try the Banana Bread! you'll LOVE it!

We absolutely love HerbiDoor. Such a well priced, all vegan, very tasty and healthy, already prepared meal service - something we’ve been looking for, for a while! The fact they hit the mark on all we are after is amazing. They also have the loveliest people working for them. Thanks HerbiDoor! ❤️

Meals are generally good, some are great, some need improvement and some are just awful or have strange ingredients. I used to really like the service but I have noticed since their recent website update that reviews on their site only show the most positive comments and you can't see reviews for each specific meal anymore and reviews that provide constructive criticism are no longer shown. Prior to this update I would have given Herbidoor 4 stars however the lack of transparency and censorship of customers genuine feedback is disappointing and shows a lack of values particularly for a vegan meal service, whom you'd think would have a high standard of morality and ethics. I hope herbidoor sees this and does something soon. (Also the website still needs improvement particularly when updating orders, as is the companies transparency regarding changes in nutritional values).

Sodium filled, with weight from sauce. Two gooey vegetables and soy is the same for every meal. Vegan food can be incredible and creative and interesting but not at Herbidoor. Just the same sludge with a few different colours. If you are after actual vegan meal kits try anywhere but here. This company is just soy and two veg in different sauces. As for customer service forget it, the arrogance and rudeness is world class and sadly exactly what you would expect from a GC based company. Try and find a resolution to a failure entirely of their own making and you the customer will be blamed and trashed on socials. Save yourself the trauma, save your money (yes they will sting you for their mistakes) and chose a vegan company that does vegan with creativity and flair, this is NOT that kind of company or food 😳

HerbiDoor sends us the most yummy, filling meals. The size is just right and the packaging is easy to open and recyclable. I've tried several meal deliverers, all of which have limited Vegetarian options. HerbiDoor is totally plant based so I have so many meals to choose from. Even my partner, who eats meat loves them too. The best, most tasty meals 😍 Also the easiest site to navigate with great communication. Meals arrive when they say they will and I'm notified when they arrive. Can't imagine life without HerbiDoor. 5+ stars from me :)

I'm really impressed! The food is absolutely delicious! The price is fair and not expensive. They delivered on the scheduled time. And they had lots of Gluten-free options, which is never the case. I'm a fan now.😍

absolutely incredible!! from the first moment of recieving the delivery, i was impressed with the packaging and care taken in creating these awesome meals. i love there is a variety of gluten free options too, which other meal services lack!! all the meals have been super tasty and I highly recommend HerbiDoor 😍 super duper affordable too, the best on the market I have seen 😊❤️ my only comment is that if you are a big eater (like I am!) make sure you get the meals that are more filling, higher in calories, or pair the meals with something else like bread, protein balls or a smoothie. well done herbi!! 🌿

I love the range of choices/seasonal changes, customer service is always quick and super helpful/friendly. Little jokes on the invoice when the box arrives is always a cute laugh as you unpack. Lasagne bechamel is amazing, dal makhani is a staple I could eat forever... hoping berry porridge comes back this winter :)

I have been ordering Herbidoor for a while now and I must say this is quality food with excellent customer services, it is so refreshing. The food is consistency delicious. I have many favs but the Bakon carbonara, Sunday Roast, Mushroom Bourgunignon & Korean fried Rice. Yum Yum and Yum !

Hands down the best vegan meal delivery in the country!! Food is incredible, service is amazing and so personal, and prices are great too! Honestly could not recommend more highly. Family run business with fantastic values and beautiful hard working people, who save animals everyday.

I have tried Soulara and Chef Good and have to say Herbidoor is the winner. I am shocked at how good they taste, they are presented really well and I love the personalised thankyou text and video I received after a first order. They have so much selection I was really happy to be able to get a different meal, so far I have had the Lasange - so creamy and tasty would rate is 9/10 and the Cajun Chicken is SO GOOD 10/10. I am so excited to try the rest of the meals if this is what to expect. Finally being able to support an ethical business doing full vegan meals is amazing, I am so happy with Herbidoor. Well I’ve only just received my first delivery but up to this point the whole experience has been positive and the meals look amazing. I have had quite a few experiences with ready made meals- most fall so far short of expectations / not Herbi door.

I've only tried a few meals so far but they have been excellent!!!! I went in quite skeptical admittedly but I have been very impressed and can't wait to try the rest from my box!! 🥰

HerbiDoor meals are convenient, creative, delicious meals. Highly recommended. Great to have some in the fridge and just heat them up when you are ready for a meal.

PLEASE ONLY READ THE REAL REVIEWS WHICH IM SURE ARE ALL ONE STAR. Wish I could give minus 10 stars. This food was such a let down, I could literally have eaten out at a restaurant every night for the same price least I would have been able to actually finish a meal. The food either had no flavour at all, taste like what I imagine dog food would taste like or savoury meals tasted like they had been made with sweetened milk or seasoned with sugar not salt. The food was very fake looking and the calories are very high which is annoying because the meals taste so bad, literally wasted calories. Maybe the meals cost so much to make up for the amount they have to spend on fake reviews. I feel ripped off which is so disappointing! I would hate for these meals to be the first experience of vegan premade meals for anyone because they are giving vegan food a bad reputation! The frozen vegan meals in the supermarket put these to shame.

After trying numerous different meal delivery services, I find myself going back to Herbidoor because they truly are the best. They are generously sized, appropriately priced and are the only meals that don’t taste like sodium filled, mass produced rubbish. Their variety of vegan meals is also a standout amongst competitors. Delicious, quality food. I recommend them to all my vegan and non vegan friends!

Not bad, but there are better vegan offerings. The roast with mini yorkies was nice, but the stroganoff was utterly inedible!! **Response to owner's comment** The meals were delivered 25 February 2022, so I'm assuming it was the new stroganoff recipe. I ate the mushroom and lentil bolognese last night. The plastic seal was puffy and it looked like it was filled with air. I checked the expiry date, which was 6/3/22. It tasted a bit odd which may have been any wine used, or perhaps it had gone off? I'd really like to support you, as I like putting my money into family businesses, but think you need to tweak your recipes a bit, to entice me and probably others from the company I assume is your major competitor. All the best.

Wow! These meals are fantastic, and it is incredible to have a fully vegan food delivery service. I love protein meals, which are high in protein, which fits in with my health goals. I am so impressed with the flavour, freshness and convenience! Highly recommend.

If you are lazy, or time poor, or simply hate cooking after work (or all three, like me) then give Herbidoor a shot! Their customer service is incredible and their meals and delicious and have a great variety and feel "home made" in the best way possible. I've so far avoided trying any of the sweet treats, because I believe they will be too tasty and I'm trying to move some KGs!

Matt and Amanda and the team are producing delicious healthy meals... that are helping me so much with my energy... it's so good to know that they're easier to digest than meaty meals... and are packed with goodness.. I highly recommend them...
