Would have to be the best chicken burger I have ever had. The service is outstanding.

Mushroom burger with extra beef petty. Mouth watering taste. Burger was too juicy. Great service. Staffs are so polite and very welcoming.

My partner and I ordered 2 Betty’s Deluxe takeaway for lunch the other day after our shopping at Robins. We had to wait quite a bit of time and the burgers were not hot enough even we ate them immediately in our car. The Angus beef tasted ok and Betty’s special sauce was just so so. Paid $15 each and didn’t feel worth the money.

Love the burgers here! But what really makes us coming back is the friendly staff, especially Ollie who served us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Not just great food but a rare great service experience on the Gold Coast! Highly recommend 🙌🏼

Food was okay. I don't like to root my own horn but I coulda made a better burger at home. Ingredients were fresh tho, which is a big plus. Service was good, very friendly. Chips were decent. 3/5 overall

This is always our go to when at Robina! We sadly don’t have a Betty’s burgers where we live so we always enjoy it when we dine here. Staff are always friendly and the restaurant is always clean, although it is busy at the moment staff always do their best to clean up when possible. The fries are always fresh, hot and well seasoned and paired with Betty’s special sauce, it’s always yummy!!

We’ve eaten here for years and no matter what we have it’s delicious. We really appreciate the wide number of tasty veggie options so meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans can find something scrumptious to eat. Thank you for another lovely meal!

Food was fantastic, my wife had Lobster burger and I had the classic burger and the chips and the special sauce was yum! Service was excellent (Kate I think) and everything was a really good experience, we’ll be back for sure. Thanks!

This is the 3rd time I have ordered Betty's Burgers through ubereats and had my drinks smash onto the floor due to poor packaging. The large size drinks are stored in flimsy paper cups, which is then stored in a flimsy paper bag which is thinner than a paper towel. By the time the driver delivers the order, the bottom of the paper bag is completely saturated and holds together for barely seconds before smashing onto the floor and leaving a huge pile of mess to clean up. Never had this problem with any of the other fast food joints, Maccas, HJs, KFC all deliver large drinks in paper bags and never have I had the issue of drinks falling through the bottom of the bag. I get it if it's a once off thing but this has happened over 3 times now out of the 12 times I've ordered Betty's and surely I'm not the only one who has been through this. Hope Betty's improves the quality of their drink cups and their packaging for delivery because the convenience of ordering takeaway and not having dishes to clean disappears very quickly like the drinks that smash and spill all over the floors..

My eating experience at Betty’s burgers was made particularly spectacular all thanks to the best customer service from Cate!! She was constantly making sure we were looked after and she is the ONLY reason I’ll be coming back😝 keep purring like u do cate😉

I decided to have a burger in the restaurant because of the obvious good rating and I gotta say that the burger was tasty and the employee was sympathetic. The reason I give 3 starts is because I ordered a truffle deluxe (truffle mayo and truffle cheese which I really love) and there was no truffle flavour at all. The meat was really tasty and it was packed with bacon, which made the burger taste really good. After all the 3 star is mainly because a truffle focused burger should focus more in the truffle flavour and also because the bread could be better. I did gave my feedback to the employee not as unsatisfied client but for them to pay more attention to the detail.

Had a delicious lunch today and an amazing experience ALL due to Cate. She was super helpful and went above and beyond with my order and even offering and getting me some water. Have never had that happen to me before at Betty’s. Thanks Cate, you’re a legend!

Ordered catering for an event for 40 people. The manager, Michael, and staff at Robina were extremely helpful and made catering for the event so much less stressful than it would have been otherwise. Extremely grateful for their professionalism, accommodation for all dietary restrictions, and timely manner in getting such a large order out. Burgers were a hit- would highly recommend Betty's Robina!

The chicken burgers are delicious and crunchy. All the burgers are so tasty. The thick shakes are so delicious. The onion rings are a little bit thin but still yummy. They have good prices and nice staff.

As expected, tasted delicious like all Betty's Burgers. Staff were very friendly, the vibe was nice (and restaurant was clean), food came out relatively quickly considering how many Uber Eats deliveries were picked up during our time there! Cate at Robina Town Centre was lovely and provided great service. The man who took our order was very friendly and the food was DELICIOUS. I had the Grand Delux burger and a Choc Peanut Butter thick shake. Highly recommend.

Took my sister and family who are visiting from the US and they loved their experience. Our server Cate was great! Very attentive which my American friends loved!!! Highly rate the Robina store for its delicious burgers, onion rings and great quality customer service.

As a burger fan, I would say that Betty’s Burgers have the best burgers! My to-go order is the Betty’s Classic burger, Thick Fries, as well as their Chocolate Thick Shake. Other than that, the Noosa Classic Surf and the Crispy Chicken is good as well. I would recommend dining in rather than take-out, as there is tremendous difference in the taste and experience. The well-designed shop also adds to the atmosphere when dining in. I love the colour scheme, and how it offers both outdoor and indoor sitting. They are well staffed as well, and the food comes pretty quickly. So far, the staff I’ve met are really nice too. Would 10/10 recommend trying if you have yet done so.

It's worth eating at more than once. The team are friendly and polite. The food is yummy and delicious. The place is clean and tidy One of the nicest place to eat in Robina.

Exceptional service today. I have food allergies and the girl who served me made sure to triple check everything with the kitchen. I then got tomato sauce and who I assume is the manager came out and let me know there was onion powder in the sauce and went over the ingredients with me and helped me choose another sauce. It’s not often you get service like this and it should be recognised.

Didn’t feel like fast food but it was super good! Similar prices but much better then mcdonald’s etc I got the classic burger, a sprite and some onion rings

The vege mushroom burger is ok, not as cheesy in flavour as one would hope. Super hot when you bite into the cheese, be careful. Friendly staff.
