I worked with Ben to create my partner’s engagement ring and Ben was so incredibly helpful and patient throughout the design (something completely bespoke), diamond selection process and final ring delivery. My partner and I then worked with Ben to create our wedding bands and again we had the same excellent service and my partner got to see Ben’s creativity, attention to detail and craftsmanship in action. The experience was made all the more unique when Ben invited us into the workshop to assist with the creation of our wedding bands - truly an unforgettable experience. We are so grateful to Ben and the whole team and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Fine Lines. It was the first one we visited and were 99% sure we wanted to go with them once we walked out but went to a few other jewelers just in case - the others didn’t feel as welcoming or have the style we liked. We were a bit overwhelmed and had no idea what the process would be of designing a ring, Elly was absolutely fantastic and made the whole process feel so easy and relaxed. Communication from them was great and my dream ring was made within the timeframe we needed for a visit back home. The ring itself is stunning, I’ve had so many compliments on it already. I tried to have a ring repaired for my anniversary and even though I told them how important it was and I followed up with them before I tried to collect it they ignored me and told me the repair was unimportant to them. Unsurprisingly they didn't bother to get it done on time for my anniversary. I was surprised to be treated is such a hostile way.

After visiting a number of jewellers, I came across Finelines and organised an appointment to discuss my ideas and options. From the get go, Ben’s professionalism and creative skill stood out from the rest. He whipped up a sketch of what was in my mind and was confident that he could work with the stones I had to create the set I imagined. Just had my eternity ring made here to complete the set after Ben redesigned my wedding and engagement ring last year (after 10 years decided to re make the engagement ring my hubby chose which I never liked!). LOVE my new rings!
