Snobby sales ladies, especially the Elderly blonde lady with glasses. Taken over 30min put through sales. I asked a valid question.. asking if they sell heart pendants separately… Assuming maybe?? as it’s a jewellery store… the elderly lady responded saying “ no sweets what kind of stupid silly question is that. We only sell it as whole thing not separately” she made me feel extremely stupid and embarrassed! I honestly would have given a 0 star if it was an option! But the young girl (possibly a Christmas casual) was extremely helpful that’s why I have given 3 stars!

Horrible customer service. My partner had bought me a ring and we were going to return it and then purchase one in a different size. The moment we stepped in the store all three lady at the counter were very unwelcoming and judgement clearing because of our age (we’re both in our early 20’s so it wasn’t as if 2 children walked in). We had ALL documentation and more. When we asked about the in store return they all said they had never heard of such a thing even though we had an email, as well as their STORE POLICY. They continued to deny us a refund but gave no reason. They then tried to charge us for random stuff such as a lifetime warranty for a ring we’re trying to return. Absolutely appalling customer service. Save yourself some time and humiliation and just shop at one of the many other jewellers they neighbour. Will be a making a formal complaint.

I enter the store to look for a silver necklace and a employee says hi to me, she asked me if I needed help and then brought me to a drawer. A few seconds later I found that the necklaces costed only $20-35 and the good quality ones were in a different place of the store. This old lady judged me on how I look and I will never come to this store again . Horrible .

Went to the store today (17/01) to buy a birthday gift with my mum, was looking for a bracelet. Had the small old lady serve us. Her attitude overall was that she didn't want to help. Asked her to show us something, she did reluctantly. Didn't have much knowledge on any of the products, stuggled to open the clasp. Asked her to look for something which said it was in stock, she didnt even check just said they don't have it. Overall very poor experience. Ended up going over to the jewelers opposite and buying from there.

Myself and partner Lea purchased some jewelry today, Nikita was super helpful and professional. We will surely be back in the future 😊 Thankyou!!!

Wow my partner giving the ring to ask me to marry him. Did not fit but the team at pacific fair changed that day looking after us to get white gold Dimond rings made in our size. So helpful and keep my secret so I can suprise my partner

I've been to many MH stores for many years and loved all the sales people as they're helpful, informative and always help me with whatever I've walked in for. However, I have to note the sales ladies at pacific fair store always appear the have poor customer service almost coming off rude and not interested (every time I have visited) which is a real shame.

Upon entering the Pacific Fair store I was greeted my three smiling ladies. I was served by Dominique who was extremely friendly and helpful. After a full day travelling it was such a relief to have a the dilema of losing the back of my earing sort quickly. Five star service from these wonderful ladies - you all deserve a champagne.

Great service at the Pacific fair shop. I was after a particular piece if jewellery and after a very disappointing service from the Australia fair store I called the Pac fair shop and they replied in 5 minutes and the jewellery was at the store the very next day. Will give them my business now.

Beautiful selection, easy to navigate the Web user interface, with very friendly service from the sales people inside when I collected a pearl gold necklace. I got a great price too!

All my years I’ve bought from Michael hill. Every piece of jewellery of mine!!! But todays experience was so disgusting and disappointing at pacific fair! The older lady’s just stood around staring at you up and down (definitely felt judgement) And didn’t even greet once even though we were their only customers! The worst part was, i finally got to speak to one of the older lady’s about my $6000 dollar ring i recently purchased (4ct cluster) about the claws being bent, and she didn’t once check the computer to see this recent purchase and see if I had a care plan (my husband purchased this ring as a gift hence why I didn’t know), she told me to GO GET my care plan paperwork from home (knowing i lived over a hour away) before she can “do anything” about it.. AND suggested I go to another store when I do!!!!!! (In other words, don’t come back) Also the way she spoke was like she didn’t believe I purchased this brand new from a MHJ store, “like” it was bought second hand. Yet didn’t flinch, to even check on the computer for my details! I don’t usually complain and go out of my way to write good or bad reviews but this HAD to be shared! And by the looks of it, THESE ELDERLY WOMEN from PACIFIC FAIR MHJ are absolutely disgustingly RUDE!!!! The reviews says it all! Something needs to be done because from what I can see that store doesn’t get customers for a reason. Why? BECAUSE NO ONE IS WELCOMED and is judged by looks, colour and age. Absolutely disgusting. Never returning to this store again! It doesn’t even deserve a one star. If I could choose ZERO stars I would.

It’s with pleasure that l share my review after my visit today at the Pacific Fair store. I was attended to by the store Manager Amanda with my purchase of a gents diamond dress ring. I felt confident in her experience and she guided me through my purchase with service excellence. Thank you Amanda and I can’t wait to get my new ring after resizing. Paul.
