Lovely
ring
but
terribly
disappointing
experience.
Would
not
recommend
this
store
at
all.
Customer
service
very
lacking
after
they
get
your
money
and
they
seem
unable
to
resize
a
ring
properly.
Buying
our
engagement
ring
on
the
day
the
sales
person
was
lovely
and
very
helpful.
But
that
is
all
I
can
say
that's
positive.
Ring
sent
for
resize,
took
14
days,
no
phone
call
to
advise
it
was
there
(I
had
to
call
and
chase
it).
The
woman
I
spoke
to
when
following
up
was
very
rude,
said
my
name
wasn't
in
the
system
at
all
and
"if"
something
came
for
me
I
would
be
called
(it's
an
engagement
ring
for
goodness
sake,
not
a
piece
of
costume
jewellery!).
After
calling
another
couple
of
times
the
ring
was
finally
in
to
collect.
However
the
size
wasn't
right
-
I
don't
believe
it
was
resized
at
all,
it
was
the
same
as
when
I
first
tried
it
on.
So
it
was
sent
away
with
"urgent"
for
another
resize.
I
have
collected
today
after
another
10
day
wait.
It's
still
too
big
and
not
resized
at
all!
I
took
the
ring
with
me
today
it
as
I'm
sick
of
dealing
with
a
company
that
can't
do
a
simple
resize
properly.
Taking
it
to
another
jeweller
to
test
size,
it's
still
an
L
as
it
was
initially!
They
upgraded
us
into
a
$500
care
plan
to
cover
the
resize
and
a
few
little
upkeeps,
that
they
are
botching
up
thus
far.
Care
plan
is
a
complete
waste
of
money,
wouldn't
recommend
at
all.
My
advice,
if
you
like
a
ring
there
get
it...and
take
it
to
another,
more
professional
jeweller,
for
accurate
resize
and
better
after
sale
customer
service.
