I have a YCL Jewels necklace that I adore and wanted to buy one for my bestfriend who had just had her second Cancerian baby. When I went to order I notice that the Cancer Zodiac necklace was out of stock. I sent an email inquiry to see if they knew when they would be restocked and I was helped out by Adelaide who went above and beyond to help me out! I ordered a necklace with the cable chain and LOVED it. However i'd had it for only one month when the chain snapped. I was very disappointed so i emailed YCL and they responded within less than a day to let me know they were sorry and a new chain had been sent out. I was very impressed and want to say thanks again for the great customer service :) i will definitely be coming back !!

Oh my god. The word love can’t even begin to describe how I feel about YCL Jewels. I have many pieces from them, earrings and necklaces and the quality is beautiful and durable. I’ve had one of my pieces for two years now and it’s in the same shape as the day I received it. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve helped me, no questions asked. I’ve asked them to write hand written notes even for gifts of friends and they go above and beyond and do that for me. It’s such a special touch to any gift. Honestly the best customer service I have experienced in retail. I received a gold necklace as a birthday gift and unfortunately the chain broke.
