Rude receptionist.I went there to book an appointment and asked Her if their phone line is having issues and replied Yes they are having difficulty with their phone line.So i said its an inconvenience as i wasnt able to book an appt online as well and we have torrential rains.To which she replied yeah and I’m not a telephone technician so i cant do anything about it as it makes our work harder too.And they have put up a sign they dont tolerate aggressive behaviour.🥴🥴🥴But look at the way they treat the patients.🤯

Reception staff failed to check me in despite me going up to the counter, she took all my info and even updated my address, but completely neglected to mark my attendance so the doc thought I was a no show. After an hour of waiting I brought it to their attention and they apologised. The doctor was very apologetic and was able to quickly see me between appointments but didn't have time to do what I went there for in the first place. I won't be using this practice going forward.

I have recently taken my 5yo daughter in for her Covid vaccination and from start to finish the staff made her feel safe and calm. The owners of this business are very lucky to have them.

Even though the medical centre appears super busy every time I go the ladies at reception seem to keep everything flowing smoothly. Not an easy job. Highly impressed with the doctors I have seen. Dr. Samuel Medlin and Dr. Srisuvira Nathan both very professional and highly skilled doctors. Dr. Nathan is just lovely.

This is my local and they do an ok job:) Sometimes appointments are late, but I mean I'd prefer the doctors take the time needed with their patients than send them on their way so I give some leeway for this. Dr Chuck Fung Kong and Dr Srisuvira Nathan are 👌🏽

Both me and the wife have been patients of Dr Maria Macaspac for about 8 years now. We specifically go to her for a skin check. She’s very thorough, friendly and has a great sense of humor. Reception staff are also very friendly. Would recommend.

One of the doctors has taken on far too many patients, (greed), and consequently has a waiting list of almost three weeks! When I commented to her about this just got a shrug. I'm seeing another doctor there now and the experience has been better.

Checked in at 11:15am for my 11:30 appointment, waited 45 minutes as everyone else came and went, was assured only to find out an hour later that the middle age administration lady hadn’t checked me in. Not good enough, I’m guessing your name is Linda? Suits you

The doctor said she will call me back if she get my results, but only received a message no appointment required. I really want to know the results and call them avian, the receptionist said if you want get your results you have to book an appointment again, what a service!!!come from far away and make the payment every time?

My doctor I see here is the best. She is lovely and so caring. I always leave feeling like I received the best care. Thank you Dr Maria for all the time you take with your patients. You are truly one of the best doctors around.

Went to have a procedure done, samples were sent to pathology without being consulted. Received a pathology bill of a couple hundred dollars. When trying to sort out the issue they claimed that I was consulted by the doctor which was just not true. Not willing to help sort out their lack of communication leaving me with the bill and sort it out with my insurance. Will not go back and would not recommend.

I had a really positive experience with Dr Dushyant Chauhan who was very attentive and thorough. I'm usually very nervous of having bloodwork but the nurse working in pathology was incredibly kind and kept me preoccupied to calm my nerves.

Dr Li is a warm, friendly and knowledgeable doctor. I have no hesitation in recommending her. The clinic was running on time and staff were polite and helpful.

My health Burleigh waters is a wonderful practice with the highest quality doctors on the coast. The centre itself is clean , centrally located inside stocklands shopping centre and has an adjoining pharmacy. The girls at reception are welcoming and super friendly, I love this practice. 10/10 would recommend.

The doctor was on time. The front desk staff were friendly. The doctor was thorough and took his time. Treatment was good.

Nurse was very helpful during the procedure. Doctor prescribed and treated. Did not have to wait long. Usual doctor was away, happy to see other doctor as was urgent matter. A fine experience no worries.

I’ve been coming here for years I was very sick and booked an appointment on a Friday I got diagnosed with bronchitis got proscribed medication I then book an appointment on the Sunday cause I got worse got miss diagnosed and had a chest infection and got proscribed more medication Monday comes and I’m still not feeling well so my mum calls up the clinic begging and asking for help they were very unsympathetic said they would cal her back an hour later she gets a call basically disregarding me completely and tells me to go to the hospital. Turns out all the medication the doctors had given me were the issues for my sickness spent over $400 dollars on appointments and medication that didn’t even help me

Did not have to wait a lot , that is great . My new Dr was Phin Lim she was on point very acertive and lot of questions to better understanding . Very friendly staff .

Receptionists are quite rude over the phone. I’ve been attending this practice since 2020 and all the times I had to speak to someone over the phone, they make sure you feel like a burden by simply calling to ask for extra information or booking appointments. Today I had a telehealth call consult with doctor Sonia booked for 10:20AM. Called at 10:45AM to confirm if it’s still happening. The receptionist simply said “she will call when she can.” and made sure to sigh very loud so I could hear it. Not the first time the receptionists are rude to me - in person and at the phone. Not returning and wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone.

Myhealth Burleigh Waters, is the home of my G.P and has been for several year's now. I always find the staff professional, courteous and considerate of my needs. From Reception to the on site nurses who's assistance I require regularly I'm grateful for the care they have given me. My regular G.P is an exceptional individual and I truly hope He remains on staff there as long as I have my feet planted on this earth.

Previous experiences have been good BUT when you need a referral for a specialist and they want to charge you $50, unacceptable

Have always loved this practice but now charging $50 gap for a consult, didn’t know until after I got there too late to find another doctor. Disappointing

I have been there just the other day to ask for a prescription and they gave me one, but it was a completely wrong medicine and far from what i needed. The one they gave me doesn't help me the slightest.
